Unexpected same day repair on cracked disposal and leaky faucet. Technician noted age of faucet which I never cared for since taking over the property and had a perfect replacement in the truck. Steve even offered to pickup the style of my choice but this one worked out fine. They even cleaned up the brown stains under the sink which was the red flag for my call. Stephanie was great on the phone getting me scheduled. Top Notch service from start to finish.

Monday evening I had an emergency with our lines into our hot water heater. The emergency technician, Zack, got here in a timely manner and was very professional. He unfortunately didnt have all the parts he needed to replace our water lines on his truck due to to being an emergency call. He got us set the best he could with a very mild but manageable leak until another technician could get our during business hours to get our lines replaced. Today, Wednesday, we had Steven who definitely went above and beyond in getting us fixed and going again. Everything looks neat, clean and organized. He was professional and very kind during the entire process. Will highly recommend this company to anyone in need ever again.

I’m a facility Maintenance Director and every time I call DS&F plumbing they answer! We used to have to call another company local and not one time in two years did they return or answer an after hours call. So we call DS&F every time! Gotta give a shout out to all their guys to they are always ok with having to show up after hours!

DS&F are very professional. They answer their phone promptly. Our work was scheduled in a timely manner and then they called a day early and came ahead of schedule. That is Awesome! They called before arriving and kept us up to date on expected time of arrival. Once at our home, they did the work in a very timely and professional manner. The problem was diagnosed correctly and fixed with the one visit. I highly recommend DS&F plumbing for your needs.

Had a leak with a stop valve during a holiday period and DS&F sent a technician asap and fixed our problem. Some weeks later we hired DS&F to replace a water heater, install a circulating pump for hot water , install 3 hot water sensors and replace 13 stop valve. The technicians, Dalton & Nick were fantastic, did a super professional job, and exceeded our expectations. We’re sold on DS& F Plumbing, good honest folks that care about their customers! On January 10th I woke up to no water. I called the water district and they came out and said no issue with meter. He had thawed 5 earlier that morning due to the severe weather, but unfortunately the problem was all mine. I then called D.S.& F. Plumbing, who had done work for me before. Two of the companys employees came out in the afternoon and started troubleshooting the issue. This was not an easy fix since the main water line could not readily be found. They had to backtrack from the water heater. I knew it would not be easy. It did take a little over two days and the main line in was finally found in the basement bedroom closet. Whoever had installed the main line to the house did not install a shutoff valve and panel - go figure. I have to say, that once the issue was found (water line from meter to house frozen), Dennis and his crew got it fixed immediately.They had to run a new line from the meter to the house, and due to the ground being frozen, could not bury the line all the way. The old line was buried in rock right next to the block planter, which caused the issue. Dennis had to reroute the line and dig a trench from meter to house, along the bottom planter. Only half the line could be buried from meter, so Dennis applied heat tape and insulation on the remaining line to the house, until the ground thawed. That was only a few days away, and then Dennis came back and was able to finish digging the trench to bury the line. I must say that the job was done very professionally, and with care from all the guys that were on the job. I dont know if anyone has had an issue like this before, but it is a nightmare and not an easy task. I have to say, that the Dennis and his crew did an outstanding job....thanks much.

I had problem with a leak they thought they had fixed. Turned out it wasnt totally fixed and they came right out and took care of it. Steven knew what to do, was efficient and courteous. They didnt charge me to come back. I recommend these guys if you have a plumbing problem.

I was having trouble with my sink draining. My husband spent $$ buying stuff that would clear the drain. We thought we got it and then 2 days later it backed up again. Of course on a weekend and we were going out of town. As soon as we got back into town on Monday I called DS&F Plumbing and Linda & Jessica were amazing in the office and tried fitting me in for the day. Thank goodness they had someone out by the end of the day, unclogged the sink and have not had any problems since. Cheaper to call DS&F then all the money my husband spent on trying to unclog it. THANK YOU for superior service.

I received a call back from someone, who was so nice, by 730 and I had workers at my house by 830. Rick and Stacy did a fast, professional job removing the old water heater and installing a new one. We were referred to a local plumber who never returned a call after leaving messages on their voice mail, we then chose D S & F who came highly recommended from our real estate agent. Called, and the phone was answered by Amanda who quickly took our info and assured us of same day service. However moments later she returned a call saying that it would not be till the next day which for us worked out and we appreciated the integrity of the call back. Charlie called first thing the next morning alerting to us that he was on his way. Very personable and without and hours time our problem was fixed to perfection. We appreciate again the high integrity of this company who said what they were going to do and actually did it. Hard to find this kind of service in the Ozarks or anywhere else for that matter in todays world. We highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.
