    Sales call/estimate person Jake was very nice. Could have been more knowledgeable but was not afraid to call the office to get answers to my questions.One of the managers I spoke to with more questions later was super nice and another was maybe not cut out for customer service.Im set up for an install next week of insulation and a whole house air filter so well see how that goes!

    Got here quickly. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem which required replacement of a garbage disposal. Gave me an estimate which I agreed to and completed the job in a timely fashion keeping me informed the whole way through. They provide very good service.

    Paschal provided quick service and our technician, Caleb was very professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable about discovering our issue and resolving it. I received text messages about when they were arriving and a picture of the technician. Very good communication before and after the call. The cost was a little higher than what we expected, but in the long run it was worth it. I would definitely use them again in the future.

    Shane was very informative and he was able to answer my exhaustive questions. I’ve had poor experiences with proper company people and I have to put up with large amounts of pressure to pay for services nobody can afford. This time however, Shane provided me with an easy fix to my situation and helped me create a plan for the long term steps of repair without pressuring me into any additional sales. I was very happy with his work and help and I hope he is given the opportunity to climb higher in the financial ladder!

    It was a wonderful experience. They waited 30 minutes for me to get home to even get started! They were extremely nice and polite.     Paschal is the only HVAC company I have dealt with in the 11 years I’ve lived in my home that has delivered on their promises. My HVAC system they installed has been running trouble free which is a first since we bought our home in 2013. I have had two previous systems installed and worked on by several other HVAC companies and it was Paschal who finally solved our HVAC woes.     Called for a quote on our water pressure giving us issues. They came out same day, figured out the problem, and fixed it all within about 4 hours! We have had Tony the last few times they’ve come out and I would recommend him for anything plumbing related! He is very honest and fair! He was great with our dogs and very nice! Pascal may be on the pricier side but they are VERY worth it!!

    The service person did not make it to the site within the time window that was given to me that they would be coming. I played quite alot of phone tag with customer service trying to get a better eta for their service person as well. Once he arrived though, he was very courteous and thorough with locating and correcting our electrical issue. He also welcomed my overseeing of his investgation process to identify and resolve the problem. I was very pleased with the service provided and the final price for his work when all was completed.     This crew was hard working! They arrived early in the morning, and the last gentleman did not leave until after 7 pm. I had 2 different crews at my house that day: plumbing and electric. Both crews were courteous and kept me informed of progress they were making. Part of the plumbing job required some excavation in my yard. It was repaired neatly. I will always use Paschal for jobs at my house.

    Paschal did an excellent job for us, again. Today, my heat pump was functioning in a way that I was unsure was a problem. I was able to confer with them, and they suggested a tech come out to look based on my description. They were able to work me into the schedule, same day, came out, and quickly assessed the problem. They are always responsible and knowledgeable and able to schedule to get the job accomplished. My tech was able to identify and explain the problem and give the alternative solutions available. He was patient and answered all of my questions clearly.

    Our hot water heater had started leaking when on higher temps so we called Paschal. We got next day service and the amazing tech Armando Contreras and all in that same day he- Diagnosed the problem as not just an old water heater but high pressure in our utilities connection.- Walked us through the benefits and detriments of repairing our 2001 water heater with a new T&P valve.- At our request ordered the new unit to be delivered same day to our house.- Installed the pressure limiter in the crawl space- Removed the old water heater and cleaned up the mess that came with it.- Helped us set up financing with a local partnership.- Installed the new water heater and cleaned up any remaining mess.- At our request walked us through proper care and maintenance.Not only was Armando professional he was kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make both us and our over excited corgi feel at ease. We started the day panicked about our financial and thermal prospects and ended at ease and in a hotter shower than we have been able to have in awhile. 100% will Paschal again.

    This was our 3rd Service call with Paschal. This call, we had a drain blockage at about 2:15 pm. I called and the Person Answering the (my apologies for forgetting her name) was absolutely WONDERFUL. She expressed honest compassion and set to work getting us the earliest appt. At first she thought in ay be the next day, however, she kept trying and was able to get us a service call TODAY. She immediately booked it and said it may be later in the day. It didnt matter to us as long as it was today. My wife has stage 4 cancer and being with out PLUMBING of any kind is a MAJOR ISSUE. SO just getting same day service was AWESOME. I got a text less than 15 minutes later from the Service Tech saying he would be on his was shortly. We got a phone call 15 minutes later saying he would be here in a half hour, 18 minutes later He arrived. The Gentleman, Caleb Arrington, was AWESOME. He began the trouble shoot, Explained EVERY STEP in a everyday person way. Listened to what I said. Then explained the options and what he was doing and with prices...He worked the problem, got the issue fixed and offered real world advice. He was a complete Professional Gentleman. He worked clean, clean up after the work. Caleb was exactly what someone would want to perform a service call, specially on something that is NOT Cheap, is an absolute necessity. To say that for a bad situation, Paschal Plumbing made the absolute best experience possible is an understatement. And even though is was not in-expensive, it was much better than I anticipated. Over all, I give Pascal a 10 star rating, 1 for same day service, excellent customer service, excellent tech service and NOT UPSELLING. Like I said this is our 3rd service call, and each has been a fantastic experience, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PASCHAL for any service. In the future, and I know there will be (old home), I will consider no one else. In a day when Customer Service and Tech Service Quality is hard to find, Paschal is an example of how it should be.

    I called this morning to report that we had a leak in our ceiling that was dripping down from an upstairs bathroom. Paschal came out this afternoon and fixed the problem immediately.     The gentleman that came out was very professional, and due to the repair taking extra time, even repaired a blown connector for us for free. Their electrical employee repaired a loose connection on old wiring, which revived 2 sockets, and then provided a quote for replacing the wiring for free as a second opinion visit. We will be using them to rewire our house, and for any further repairs needed to our electrical and hvac systems.

Once here Michael quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to give me options for replacing a capacitor. He also checked out the heater and blower on our unit. He was able to give me advice for what we could do going forward and all in all, the very picture of a professional. I am sure I have found my HVAC people going forward.
