Absolutely a life saver! Purchased a home and prior to moving in thiefs stole our copper pipes. Keith took my call on a holiday, came out the following day and got our entire house back with water in one day of hard work! Absolutely priceless! Great work and great communication!

Keith was great to work with! He took the time to explain the issues with our pipes, and how he will fix then. He also took the time to mention other things to watch out for in the future of our old house’s plumbing. He was knowledgeable and quick in resolving our issue, even squeezed us in before his vacation. He was also straight forward with pricing, which is hard to find these days. Found my forever plumber. I had several issues that were the result of janky work done by the previous owner who was a professional house flipper. Keith fixed the issues I had plus fixed a shower faucet for me. Great customer service, on time and within my budget. I’ve always had a hard time with trades not calling me back, not showing up and jacking up prices after the fact. Not the case with Dygert Designs. Definitely a reputable and professional tradesman fully vested in his craft.

We got home from vacation and our pipes were frozen. I found this company on Google. And I called the owner and the plumber of the company. Same guy, his name was keith and he was willing to come Right away!! Keith fixed them and touched up a couple of things around the house for me. Highly appreciaiden definitely will call him in the future.Whenever I have any plumbing problems.

My nightmare water backing up in every drain and water pouring from the underside of my house on Sunday Labor Day holiday weekend. I’m new to Missouri didn’t know a plumber contacted Dygert Designs and Plumbing I found online. That was the best find anyone could ask for! Keith the owner not only answered his phone on Sunday but came right over to do the repairs. Felt so thankful I found a plumber that cares about the quality of work he does! Definitely think highly of this guy. I will recommend him to all my friends and family cause I know they wouldn’t be disappointed. Thank you Keith😊

We have had Keith come & help us w/ several issues. Even when we felt they weren’t pressing, he would come immediately to fix our problem. We’ve had him moving an outdoor faucet to accommodate a new deck to cleaning out our shower drain. He also has replaced our grinder pump when it was backed up—yuck. He’s knowledgeable about plumbing problems & very conscientious about his work. He’s also a talented builder & furniture designer. We highly recommend Dygert Designs & Plumbing Co.

Called them at the end of the day on Friday, and they were able to accommodate and fix the issue in my condo. I had a shower issue.While there, they were also able to check multiple items for me and share photos with whats right and whats not.Great communication, great price, explained the options...perfect time as well. Dygert Designs did our plumbing during a remodel and went above and beyond. We have had other plumbers in the past and have always needed them to come back and fix the problem over and over again. Keith pays very close attention to details and his work is made to last. He likes to walk you through what he is doing and explains it with much detail. Would definitely have him back but I don’t think we will need to because his work will last unlike others in the area.

Previous reviews of 5.0 are all accurate. My Father was a plumber and I observed the work Keith does. He does it as it should be done. Punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably priced. My installation required the replacement/relocation of a water heater, plumbing the new water heater into a WaterFurnace (geo-thermal heat pump), and multiple drain installation requirements. Keith assessed and estimated the project in one session. The project was done in less than one day. I am no longer in need of a plumber. Keith is the one to call.

I highly recommend Keith and Dygert Designs & Plumbing. Keith did a big job at my house, installing two new water heaters with expansion tanks, a whole house filter, a NaturalSof water conditioner and a Moen Flo automatic water shut-off. I had never heard of the Moen Flo but it is a great concept and really gives a homeowner peace of mind. This could have been a messy job but you never would have known it as Keith left the house immaculate. Keith is a really good communicator, making sure I understood what he was doing, and is easy to reach by phone or text. I would totally trust Keith for the scope of any plumbing job and will surely use him in the future as needs arise.

Called Kieth based on a referral from a friend. He was able to get to us almost immediately even though it wasn’t an emergency. The project turned into something a bit harder and more time consuming but he got it done. It was a project I probably could have done myself but after what Kieth went through I was very glad we had hired him. Will I call him again. YES!!

We used Keith to do all of the plumbing at our new home we built. He was amazing to work with and reasonably priced. He communicated what he was doing and when very professionally. As well as paid close attention to detail down to the final pieces. We even changed to All black faucets and fixtures after he had installed drain covers and he took the time to switch them out to black to match. Fantastic work from rough in to finish detail. I would recommend anyone looking for a great plumber to use him.

After calling several technicians, all whom declined, I contacted Keith at the suggestion of a friend. I explained I had a problem with my ventilation system; he immediately responded and set up an appointment for the next morning. He was prompt, polite, professional, asked all the right questions, worked quickly & efficiently, and made sure the system was clean and working properly. The bonus?
