This place has been wonderful to work with! I called Friday because my heat quit working. I was in a pickle, my son’s birthday is coming up and just like everyone else in this world money is tight. Aaron came out that same day but we were unable to figure out what was going on that evening, the part he thought we needed we couldn’t get because the stores were closed. He came back out first thing today and was able to get the part but it was a little more expensive than what I could afford at this moment. Not only were they willing to set up a payment plan, they also were willing to give me a couple weeks to make the first payment! These people have been the biggest blessing and so wonderful to work with! LORENZ WILL BE THE ONLY HVAC BUSINESS I WILL EVER USE AGAIN! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! ❤️

After I called Lorenz Plumbing and Heating, Rhonda worked me in same day. I wish I knew name of gentleman who came to check why no heat. He arrived at 6:30, after his shift. It was an easy fix. He Blessed me greatly. Thank You for excellent service. I highly recommend Lorenz. They have my future business!!

I called the Branson Lorenz location for preventive maintenance on my heating/air conditioning unit, Rhonda was very helpful in getting this set up and my technician Aaron was very knowledgable. During the process, he made sure I understood what he was doing in checking my unit out. My former company was Paschal who installed my unit, has become unreliable since they were bought out from Larsons, I couldnt get them out to serivce my unit and after going to the Nixa location in person, they told me I would have to schedule my maintenance online and I would have to pay monthly because they no longer had the option to pay the yearly cost. Good to see that there are still reputable businesss that quote you a price and perform the quality service you ask for.

These guys are truly awesome. I had an issue with my AC and they made it to us within an hour which was amazing considering it was 85 degrees in my house with 2 kids. They understood the situation and took it way more seriously than others, got there asap in between appointments, fixed it without trying to upsell or anything funny. Fair price, great work, and excellent customer service. Nothing more you could ask for. They will get my business going forward no matter what. Thanks guys

Lorenz is new but the guys have been working on my hvac for many years. Recently had the whole system replaced. Guys are great, system was replaced in one morning, system is quiet and does the job. Rhonda even did my paperwork for warranty! Love these people! Aaron and Wake work great together. They feel like family.

Robert was very helpful providing us information and options. No pressure. I wanted the variable speed heat pump and handler. I am so glad I got them. Quiet and efficient, they cost more but worth it. Wake and Dylan were great on installation; on time, friendly and detail oriented. Highly recommended !
