These guys are awesome!My septic tank was overflowing which isnt fun but Jon Hancock (the owner) was great at helping us understand the process for determining what it could be.... including an idea of the potential cost (which is scary) of the several possibilities.At the end every step they took was explained along with my options. Again, it wasnt fun, but this was beyond my expectations for how well it was handled.

Had water issues around our shop. Envirotek Systems saved us! Jon is very professional and had our issue resolved quickly. That was almost a year ago. So glad we called Envirotek Systems first as we have had no issues since they provided their solution! Our septic system will soon need attention - I know who I will call! We unfortunately discovered that it was not up to code and Envirotek gratefully helped us to replace it just in time for the new owners of our property. We moved into our first house with a septic system 12 years ago. Our family has grown and so has my familiarity with septic. We went thru a rough patch in 2009, digging clean-outs and discovering that we seem to only have 30 feet of lateral pipe. Apparently the city decided to run electrical line across the yard (before we bought it) and yanked out some lateral pipe! We had the lateral field cleaned with a high-pressure hose in 2009 and it has done an heroic job since then. But I didnt pump out the tank often enough and our lateral field got clogged again with dark matter from the tank.I found Envirotek on the Web by searching for lateral line cleaning services. They dug everything up, had an engineer analyze the soil and we discussed options. Plan A (another tank and uphill lateral field) was overwhelming and depended on cooperation from the county, which was unlikely. We went with Plan B: enhance the existing system with a high-tech pump inside the tank, and put back some of the removed lateral field. They also cleaned the pipes going to the house and reworked all of the access points to prevent ground water from entering the tank.I really appreciated Jons willingness to scale back and take a staged approach to our project. The alarm has gone off a couple of times and Jon has rushed over to adjust settings. It was pricey work but I tell everyone that we bought the Cadillac of septic pumps. ;)

ENVIROTEK SYSTEMS did a great job repairing my septic system. I recently sold my house they did a septic inspection as well as made sure all components met the Stone County regulations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Jon and the team and Envirotek did a great job. They worked exceptionally hard and put in long hours in an attempt to get the job done as quickly as possible. Communication was great throughout the entire process. They even took pictures/videos to document all of the work that was being done, which helped as I was not able to be there over those days.You could not find a nicer, more honest group to work with. In addition, they just flat out know their business.
