Above and Beyond Service - Highly Recommend!I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter Plumbing! Last night, we had a potential emergency with our pump system and were understandably panicked. Even though it was after hours, Logan answered our call and was incredibly kind and reassuring. He went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot the issue and ease our worries, even at 9 pm!This morning, Richard D. came out to our home to assess the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of, even though we were in a stressful situation. Both Logan and Richard genuinely cared about helping us find the best long-term solution for our family.Mr. Rooter truly exceeded our expectations with their exceptional customer service and expertise. We thought we would have to replace our garbage disposal. We purchased a new one and called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to assess and replace if necessary. Chris and Richard came out, took a look at the disposal and were able to fix the one already installed quickly. Now we will return the unopened box and keep Mr. Rooter Plumbing card handy for any plumbing needs we have. They more than earned our trust!

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and called Mr. Rooter. Our tech N. Fletcher was amazing. Not only did he arrive with a great attitude but he was very knowledgeable, fixed our issue and answered all of my questions. He fully explained our situation and showed me our issues with a camera he put into our line. What great service. I cant recommend Mr. Router and N.Fletcher enough. N. Fletcher is my guy for plumbing issues. Great company.
