My heading would be a diamond in the ruffFor several months I couldnt get a plumbers to fix my issues, no call back or show upThank God at the doctor office I work, Zicaros did a big job on the building, I questioned if they did residential work they gave me a number told who to ask for. When I called they were very understanding, told me to send pictures. Lisa took the time to hear my issues from that call till now I finally found great company. We set up a time, they were there, Omg outstanding work. again from the first call to the billing it went smoothly. Lisa and Rick thank you for being the diamond. Truly which there were more companies like yours. any other plumbing issues Ill definitely will be calling them -

Genuinely friendly folks. The plumber they sent over was very experienced while still being humble. My issue wasnt exactly simple but he understood it, made me aware of risks before he moved forward and repaired it without any of the possible complications he described. The cost was very fair and now Zicaros is now this households go to plumbing company. -

Wonderful people. Dont have much of a need for plumbers, thankfully, and when I do call, Zicaro is always ready. Give you a date and follow up with an hour window and always have shown up on time.Plumbers are always courteous and professional. Let you know if there is a way to save money and have saved me money by not doing work that wasnt necessary.Love these guys (and gals I assume). -

Within the last month Zicaros replaced a toilet, removed and reinstalled two faucets from bathroom vanity counters being replaced. The scheduling of these projects was great, exactly what we needed. The service men were on time and very easy to work with. The prices were also great. I would use them again and again. -

I had called two other plumbers to come out and install my toilet, however company #1 did not know how to install if because it was European. Company #2 installed it but it leaked. Then came Zicaros who was able to install immediately. The staff is great and the owner is very accommodating!Thank you so much! -

These guys won the bid for my house main shut-off valve replacement. The plumber showed up on time and did the job, but in the process caused slight damage to the exterior surface of my house (understandable) and melted my rain sensor low voltage cable (not cool - see the picture). The reason why Im still giving them 4 stars is because the rain sensor is still operational, the valve works, and there are no leaks. Also minor complaint is that theyve used the cheapest valve possible ($15 retail; even though they go up to $60), but charged me more than 10 times the amount - I guess for labor. -
