We had a few minor issues that needed repair. We called Wards. They were very friendly and we were surprised when they said they could provide same day service!Randy came to our home to do the repairs. Very professional and very thorough. He not only repaired everything we were concerned about but he also did a quick inspection of our plumbing and even tested the water temperature at various faucets in our home. He took the time to listen to us about our concerns and he reviewed everything with us after he finished repairs. I can happily say he exceeded our every expectation.I was also very pleased - and surprised when he handed us the bill for services. It was very reasonable and fair and definitely a great value. Being that we are senior citizens we were also surprised when Randy said he would give us a special senior discount.We feel like we have found an old fashioned home town plumber in Wards and they will most definitely be the company we use for any future plumbing concerns. We also highly recommend them.

When my hot water tank went on a Saturday, I searched plumbing services and was impressed with Wards Plumbing reviews, which is why I contacted them. They were friendly, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They showed up when promised and completed the project in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Wards and will most definitely call them for any and all plumbing services I need in the future.

My upstairs bathroom was leaking through my ceiling. I called Wards Plumbing and they quickly came out to my house. The plumber quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He was on time for the job, very professional and put my mind at ease. I will definitely use Wards Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Had a small water leak, downstairs ceiling above master bathroom. on a Sunday, I submitted a request on their website for an apt. They called me first thing Monday morning and came out that day. The tech knew exactly what he was doing a fixed the leak from my toilet upstairs and completed the repair in under an hour. They were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use them again! Very good service.

Had a couple of Toto toilets that needed repair, one was running for so long that I could have replaced all my plumbing for what I wasted in water bills to PBCWU. Called Ward’s, and spoke to a mike the owner as a first time customer. Scheduled something immediately, tech was 30 minutes EARLY (amazing) and he was in and out in less than an hour (more amazing). No more running toilets and no wasted time running up the meter. Prompt, courteous, quality work at a fair price. Fully recommend Ward’s Plumbing.

A pipe was leaking in the garage. A friend recommended Ward Plumbing. Mike and Dave in the office were very helpful. It was not an emergency so they scheduled their team to come on within three days. Three men showed up. The were professional and polite. They explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. When the job was done, they cleaned up and left. Aside from the new pipe, it was like they were never there. The price was a fair deal. I would recommend using Ward Plumbing.

Last week I had Wards Plumbing replace the Polybutelene water pipes in my house with copper pipe. As expected the job was a messy pain to deal with but the entire crew from Wards made it as painless as possible. They made sure we had water available the first night. As for the guys themselves, they all went out of they’re way to be as unobtrusive as possible and every last one was pleasant and professional as they could be. In addition, they made me feel very confident that I had hired them. I would recommend Wards to anyone who needs a plumbing project done. I would most certainly give them a five star rating and would not even consider using anyone else.Special thanks to the entire crew that did the workMike. We had a stoppage plumbing problem in our toilets. Derek and Lino from Wards Plumbing came promptly to the rescue. They properly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Both were courteous, pleasant, competent and professional. We highly recommend Wards Plumbing (also under Marcum Plumbing).

I had a leak in my plumbing right after the water main shutoff valve in the house, and as fate would have it the leak got worse right after a big snowstorm. I called no less than 5 plumbers and even when I finally got the attention of one of them they scheduled me 3 times and never showed up any of those times. Then I called Wards Plumbing Services. Tom diagnosed the problem and a few hours later dispatched a team, which was Ray and Junior. They spent a considerable amount of time with the fitting, and eventually got it repaired. The cost was quite reasonable. They were also able to give me some advice about preventative maintenance.

Wards plumbing was fabulous. I have used other plumbing companies in the 25 years I have lived in Delray and Boynton. I called 5 of them for a outside spigot that would not shut off. Therefore we had to shut the water off to the house. We had no water. The only way to stop the hose from running was to shut off the water to the house. All 5 plumbing companies I contacted said the earliest they could schedule me would be on Thursday. This was Monday. Again I had no water. I called Ward Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor who works for a resort located in Delray. They answered the phone - I didnt get a recording. I got a nice human who listened to my plumbing issue and he then promised a plumber would arrive between 11-1. At 11:06 Dereck from Wards plumbing was knocking at my door. Neat, clean very sociable. Not only did Dereck efficiently repair the outside issue he fixed the handle of a master bath faucet that the last plumber would never come back to fix.I will use Ward Plumbing and and I will recommend this company. The fee charged was very reasonable. Less than I have paid before for a plumber. I strongly suggest this is the first plumber anyone calls.

My Tenant called this morning and said the toilet was leaking. Wards answered the phone right away, were extremely friendly and had someone out within a few hours to fix the issue. After years of concern over my Polybutelene pipes, I finally decided to have my entire house re-piped. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Wards Plumbing for the job. To start, their quote’s for doing copper and PEX were substantially lower than the other vendors I interviewed. I decided to go with PEX. Price aside, their plumbers treated my home like their own. They were polite and took the time to do quality work. The job required 8 large pieces of drywall to be cut out, in order to access the pipes. If done correctly, which Ward’s did, the job is neat and easy to put back together. The job went off without a hitch. I will definitely be recommending Ward’s plumbing to my friends, neighbors and clients.

I met with a few plumbing companies before meeting with David Ward. After David left my home, I knew I would be hiring Wards Plumbing to install PEX piping. He explained the installation to me thoroughly. I couldnt be more impressed with everyone who worked on my project, including Lindsey in the office. We had called to replace our hot water tank when it stopped working. They came out quickly and it turned out that since the hot water tank is in the same closet as the air conditioning handler the shelf gave extremely limited access to the top of the unit. This made the job a lot harder. What impressed me, was he explained and showed it to me and then did the job without complaining, even though it was much more difficult and time consuming.A few weeks later I called, because i thought the water could be hotter to fill our tub. He could have said that this was to be expected or told me how to do it, but instead the response was, no problem, we will come out to check and there will be no charge.I now have my go to plumber. Thank-you.

Wards Plumbing was scheduled on the July 8th 2019 between 10am to noon. With no call or or advanced notice on that day a representative arrived at 8:30 am to review the issue concerning my tenants instant water heater. My tenant and I had arranged 10am arrival so we could both be there upon there scheduled arrival to assess the issue. Needless to say this highly unprofessional approach was further worsened by the fact that the Wards representative lacked the knowledge and understanding of the issue he was sent to review and assess. Needless to say the matter was left unresolved. After consulting the manager who arranged the time the 10 to 12 appt. He abruptly lost his professionalism and would not answer why the appointment time was changed without consulting either me or my tenant. Furthermore I was billed $95.00 for this inconvenience, unprofessional service. I have used Wards Plumbing in the past on several occasions and had no issues with their services but this unprofessional untimely issue with no apologies for the rescheduled time is simply UNACCEPTABLE.FAVORABLE FOLLOWUPTHANKS TO MIKE, SENIOR MANAGER AT WARDS PLUMBINGI received a followup call from Mike yesterday regarding my initial complaint, he diligently listened to my comments reiterating my experience and subsequent disappointment. He pledged to return the the $95.00 charge which was assessed and paid. Needless to say I am especially thankful to Mike for his observations and favorable followup.Thanks again Mike I did receive your $95.00 refund promptly. I look forward to utilizing your services in the future when the need arises.
