    I highly recommend!! My very intensive project took two months. We had a MAJOR issue. The drainage lines under our house cracked and Raider Rooter spent weeks repairing it all. The different crews that were here for each part of the job were fantastic. They worked hard (stayed until 5 some days) and were courteous and professional. We were given daily updates on the progress. Also, they didnt make any extra mess. They had to dig under both sides of the house and at the end of the day they secured the area. This is a wonderful company with great employees and I highly recommend them.

    The Raider Rooter team of Darwin, Stanley and Martell were very professional and did a great job. The work was completed very quickly, once the City of Delray FINALLY came out for inspections and approvals....the citys inspection process was the worst part of the experience.Id highly recommend Darwin and his team for your job. (they even left some fill for our backyard needs, as well)

    I found this company 6 years ago with my first house in Jupiter Farms. The guy I really liked since retired. 2 years ago at my new house I called for a pump out and was introduced to Kevin. He was great then and I got to see him again today. Super professional with an easy-going nature it made me smile when he pulled up. He set right about to work and we made small talk with the time it took to complete the service. All the while filling me in on his life for the last two years and gave me his opinion on the proper interval for pump out(s) going forward.     I have used Raider Rooter for years to empty out. Recently they replaced my entire septic drain field. Everyone was very thorough, very experienced and took care to make sure everything went as planned. Working with Mark Woodard - the on site supervisor - was great. He was there when needed, made sure that everything went according to plan and completed like I expected. I would recommend Raider Rooter and Mark to anyone who has need for a septic problem or even just a septic empty out. They are great to deal with.

    We had major roots in one of our sewer lines in our condo building. John Pisieczko pulled out the toilet and ran his Valor 300 snake and cutter thru the 4 plastic sewer line and cut all the roots out that had forced their way thru a crack in the pipe. A job well done. We will use root killer in a couple of months to stop future invasion. John did a great job for use and comes highly recommended.

    Raider Rooter is so reliable. They take care of all my plumbing and septic needs. They were so compassionate about my in laws emergency when I was out of town. The representatives that take the calls are so knowledgeable and nice. I spoke to Sabrina and she was such a sweet heart, great person to talk to. I will always ask for her when booking again.     Our condo building has old pipes. I received an early morning call saying aClean out valve was stopped up and water was pouring out of it into our parking area. I called Raider Rooter stating it was an emergency and they had men out there within an extremely short period of time. The problem was fixed before serious damage could be done to the units. Yay!     I just wanted to share my incredible experience with Raider Router. I had a serious issue in my house with the plumbing backing up on me. I gave them a call, they were courteous, prompt and had a great price compared to other companies called. I highly recommend them to everyone. There is no other company I would us.     We have just moved into our new home and had a septic tank issue over a weekend and needed service quickly, a different company came out and told me we had a pump issue and a replacement would be $1800. That didnt feel right so I contacted the previous owner of the house who told me the pump was only 2 years old and to call Raider Rooter, this I did they came out promptly and managed to diagnose something far more simple, thus saving me hundreds of dollars.     Eddie and Kevin came to my house for what I thought was a clogged toilet.They quickly assessed that the trees have shed leaves and debris in the roof vents over the past years resulting in clogs.Eddie gave me a price and he and Kevin quickly got to work .Both of them were very professional , explained everything and had great personalities making a bad situation better.I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again , myself.The owners should be very proud and are very lucky to have two employees with such an invested ownership attitude and commitment to their company.

    I cant speak highly enough of the team from Raider Rooter. The night of my sons birthday our septic system backed up and they answered the phone well after 6 pm. The only technician available was hours away and yet they still offered to send him to my house. I felt so bad I told them it could wait until the following day and they showed up that day as promised.     So, just had Raider Rooter out after a back up in our house occured at 6:30 this morning. Spoke with Michal. Very nice, very professional. Fit us in the Schedule. Got a phone call when they were on their way over. Nick showed up with tools in hand. Being we are the newest owners of the house, we had no clue where the tank was. And it definitely proved challenging to find. But Nick kept at it, and finally found it unusually far from our house. Started digging, pulled the lid and sure enough, she was full. Looked as though previous owner had never pumped it out. After some pumping out and cleaning, we are back to functioning. Nick performed a full inspection for us, gave me the write and up and we are all good. Major relief that everything is functioning the way it should be.I would definitely recommend Raider Rooter for service. Polite, professional and responsive given the issues septic back up can cause..

    I used them two years ago for plumbing work while renovating my home and loved them. Last night I received a message from Seacoast that my meter was running indicating a large leak. I called them late at night and they were here first thing as promised.     I called on Monday morning around 8:45 am because my toilets and shower were backed up. They were so professional. The rep arrived about 10:40 am and was finished by 11:15. He explained the process before and after and gave me recommendations. He did a great job trying to save my grass that he dug up to pump the septic tank.     I never write reviews online, but the people at raider rooter deserve my time and gratitude. I had my septic tank back up 6 months after another company serviced the tank in my house. The previous company tried to sell me a new drain field telling me that the reason my tank backed up was because my drain field was ruined. The expense was significant, so I decided to just pump the tank for now while I planned to replace the field later.Well, 6 months later the tank backs up, and Im thinking here we go again. I need to replace the field. I called several companies to try to get someone to pump the tank, and I was lucky enough to find the guys at Raider Rooter. The plumber they sent was efficient and courteous. He found the tank in no time, and proceeded to remove the covers in order to perform his job. As he removed the cover I noticed that there were two tanks. The previous company had only opened one tank. It turns out the previous company had only pumped one of the tanks, and had failed to mention that there is an important filter which leads into the drain field that needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. Furthermore he informed me that the drain field was working fine, and that there was no need to replace it. It only needed to be properly cleaned. He completed his work, and as he worked he went over proper maintenance of the septic tank and how to keep everything working in an efficient manner. He was very honest and to the point. No salesman pitch. My kids were curious about the tank, and he was nice enough to explain to them how the tank works while he worked. I was very impressed by his honesty, easy confident manner, and knowledge in his work. He was not looking to sell me stuff, but only cared about doing his job properly and efficiently. This is a great company, and I will continue to use them. I will recommend them to all my friends.

    Thankfully, Raider Rooter is a Gas Plumbing business. We have natural gas at our home here in Boca Raton. Never realized that the Gas company no longer does work inside your home. We needed a gas line capped off since it was no longer being used. They were right there at our home the day I called! Unbelievable service! I am so appreciative!

    When sewage began to creep up inside my shower, I knew something was wrong. The Raider Rooter team was out there right away. Curtis and L.J. could not have been more professional. They were able to determine that a root had penetrated the PVC piping on my main drain going out to the street and was thus preventing anything from properly draining. They were able to dig out the old drain and replace it with a brand new section of pipe all within a few hours. I wouldnt hesitate to use Raider Rooter again!

WE HAD BEEN TOYING WITH THE IDEA OF GETTING A NEW FRIDGE WHICH WE DID THE NEXT DAY AND THE SERICE MAN SAID TO CALL IF THE DELIVERY MEN DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION HE WOULD COME RIGHT OVER IF NEEDED.
