From the first call to set up the appointment, to having a delay communicated well. My kitchen sink was badly backed up, Anthony came and was very courteous. He gave me an estimate and of course like everything else in this economy it was not cheap. Anthony fixed everything provided some meaningful feedback, he cleaned up any mess made and was complete. I truly appreciate them and for his service I’d definitely use this company again.

We’re first time customers using this company! Started out with a small snag which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, and because of it, that allowed us to see what excellent customer service the company has! They (Lee) and (Keno) went above and beyond to prove that customer service is top priority for them! Lee was very helpful in resolving the snag and Jessie (plumber) was very professional. He cleaned up any mess that was there after working in our shower to unclog a drain! Will use them if needed in the future and do honesty recommend them.

Several days prior to finding Ironman we had hired a different company that had not only noted the wrong pipe during their (far pricier) leak detection, but also given me incorrect information regarding local ordinances requiring hose bibs on both sides of a residence - a later phone call to the Town found this to be untrue.That first company also provided us with an estimate of work in the several thousand dollars range without breaking down the cost. We decided to get a second opinion before moving forward with the fix.I found Ironman Plumbing via internet search and was heartened by their many positive reviews. When I first met technician Eric P. from Ironman and informed him of the previous company’s quote, findings, and ordinance information he assured me that he was confident no such code existed, but also called to confirm this just in case.He gave us a quote that outlined exactly what work needed to be done and the cost - which was far less than the original company’s. We agreed with Ironman’s price and they started work immediately.Eric conducted his own leak-detection and located the correct pipe. He completed the work in a timely fashion, went out of his way to keep our costs down by contorting himself on the floor for hours to prevent the need to remove and replace the hot water heater, and when he noted what appeared to be mold, suggested a local company whom he trusted to help with its remediation.Eric even called that company for me right then and there, then stayed until the company representative arrived to go over his findings and show them what work had been done.Unfortunately, we developed two subsequent leaks over the next two weeks which we believe are due to the brittle CPVC with which our house’s plumbing is constructed.I called Ironman each time and Eric and another technician, Edgar P., were able to detect each of those leaks and repair them. Both times they did their absolute best to keep our costs down.Both Eric and Edgar took the time to make sure I understood why the leaks were happening, what repairs needed to be done, and how they were going to achieve those repairs. Neither batted an eye while answering my many… many questions.I never felt “spoken down to” as has sometimes happened in my previous interactions with male technicians, and I never for a moment felt as if they were trying to pull one over on me.They were both amiable, polite, forthright, and transparent about the nature of the leaks and the danger of future leaks due to the improper initial installation of the CPVC - some of which had apparently been improperly heated to bend it into place thus creating excessive torque and exacerbating its friable nature.After each visit we received a phone callto ensure we were satisfied with the service and if we had any further questions, concerns, or suggestions for any changes they might make.It can be a rare thing nowadays to find companies one can trust - especially with something as vital as plumbing. I am grateful to Ironman for taking such good care of us and for being so responsive. I would not hesitate to call upon them again for any plumbing need, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or neighbors.

My husband found a pin hole leak on one of the copper pipes behind the wall. We found the leak and cut the wall. Daniel Lee did a great job repairing and fixing the pipe however, the pricing was alittle steep. On my invoice it said 5 ft of copper piping which was $394 and he only used an elbow totaling about 4 inches. Service fee was $89 which was not bad but Im just floored this job costed this much when we found the problem and pipe just needed repair.

Our Easter weekend water crisis began on Saturday afternoon, worsened on Sunday, and my first call on Monday morning was to Shedrick at Iron Man Plumbing/South Floridas Leak Locators, LLC. We were stressed out at the water leakage problem - where the water seemed to be coming up through the dining area floor. When we called Shedrick, he said that an active leak needed immediate attention - and was here within the hour. From the instant he got here, his efficiency at determining and confirming the source of the problem (8 feet away from the lake in the dining room, and 6 feet away from the other lake in the utility room) had us confident we had made the right choice. He knew exactly what had to be done, and worked hard the entire day to make the repair - while steadily reassuring us that it could be fixed and would be fixed by the end of the day. In his spare time he called a water restoration company, who also was extremely helpful and professional in getting us the information we needed to get that procedure going (the lakes contained however many gallons of dirty dishwater, which now, 3 days later, stinks to high heaven).As to Shedrick - competent, friendly, empathetic, and devoted to getting us back in business in one day. I wish you had a star rating higher than 5! If anybody deserves it, its him.

Alex is the man. We have a very unique situation with a dip forming in our front yard. we thought it might be a sewer line, main water line, or sprinkler line leak. They came out tested all three and they were fine. These guys didnt just leave though. they investigated the dip further and found that it was a tank that wasnt filled properly after being abandoned. They went to Home Depot to caution off the area for us. Having someone come to the house and want to get to the bottom of something was so refreshing. truly cant recommend them more. ask for Alex, you wont be disappointed.
