    Hurricane Milton led to some water intrusion and (once the flooring was removed) mold growth under our entryway. Andrew Vega and Jesus were extremely professional and timely in their work. They did exactly what was expected and we are completely satisfied with the end result. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and believe it or not when it comes to demolition and the like very clean! We are very happy with choosing ADU and they clearly have employees that are not just nice and well trained in their craft, but passionate about customer service, however corny that might sound. 5/5 would recommend

    I called ADU contractors for their services offered to quickly restore my property damage. I had water damage & mold problems to both my garage ceiling & guest bedroom walls that needed repairs badly. I was impressed for their quick response. Mold remediation was done first, then the repairs necessary followed. The team was a group of reliable & industrious technicians. Their team leader( Rafael) was a professional, accommodating & a thorough person. The pricing was reasonable.I would highly recommend them to my family & friends.

    I cannot recommend this company more. Let me start by saying, and please be aware MANY mold companies with fake Google reviews are trying to scam us of our hard-earned money with unnecessary panic-inducing hysteria and word salads that mean nothing to make us sign for various treatments, we DO NOT need AT ALL. This is the latest scam, with many unscrupulous, money-hungry, parasitic people latching onto it. Be especially aware of those who beg for immediate Google reviews and force to sign a contract right on the spot, demanding half the sum before even doing any work. Having mentioned all this to help anyone out there, Javier came over (free mold inspection visit) and immediately detected ZERO humidity or mold in our kitchen. Besides being incredibly professional, Javier was highly informed, educated in various subjects, and a right-to-the-point man. We had the BEST experience with ADU and will tell our friends, family, and neighbors to contact them if they ever need help. We appreciate honesty and ethics above everything else, and ADU is the company that will honor integrity. Javier is that man whom youll feel comfortable talking to.     If I could describe ADU in one word it would be EFFICIENT! I found them doing a google search and reached out to them with questions about getting a tarp put on my roof. Tracey reached out to me the same afternoon with answers to those questions. When speaking with her she was extremely polite, professional, informative, and genuine. She was able to get a hold of their service rep right there on the spot to get accurate information to my questions. They next morning, that same rep, Javier, was at my home at 9 a.m. on the dot! He as well was polite and professional and had an answer for all my questions. Explained the process that would be involved and any possible variables.Despite hurricane Milton bearing down on FL in 2 days time, they had their crew at my home the following morning, again at 9 a.m. on the dot! They went straight to work after introducing themselves and letting me know what their game plane was going to be. Three hours later, it was all completed and I couldnt be happier. The peace of mind that this has given me cant be measured. I would recommend ADU to anyone without hesitation.T.P.

    ADU came to our home after our public adjuster called them to help us out when no one else was willing to, but them being a large company over many states, they agreed to help us, and also were willing to bill our Insurance Company for mold remediation, after our home was devastated from Hurricane Ian. Me and my Wife were very grateful to Josh (Mitigation Manager), who came and looked at our damage and scheduled to have all mold issues fixed. He sent in his team, led by Martin, and the best group of guys I have ever experienced in our time of need. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers, from in office staff to Josh and his amazing team. They are truly 2nd to none. We are thankful to God for this company. If anyone is in need of this service or wants to make sure youre mold free, then dont try the rest, hire ADU, they are the best. We have a long way to go, but we are now mold free.     My place is beautiful. The supervisor, Andre, was very responsive. Oshane did a wonderful job on my kitchen and fixing little things that I pointed out. Gee and Charlie did a great job on the painting and backsplash. They were respectful of me and my home. Even though they sometimes thought I was incorrect about a concern, they came to follow up anyway. Andre made sure I was happy with the job. I recommend them for your home remodeling job.

    I called All Dry USA and I was fortunate to have Mia answer my call. What a caring, compassionate, caring and professional young lady. I explained I was trying to help a disabled senior couple who had a large gaping whole in their ceiling from water coming in from the rood when it rained. I told her I was trying to fundraise to help them. She listened to me and we both got emotional over the phone as I explained I was a stranger to the couple. I had found out about their plight when Mayor Pam Triolo of Lake Worth Beach called me and asked if I could help. I started making calls and I thank God I called All Dry USA and got Mia on the other end of my call. If more companies hired people like Mia they would be known for caring enough about their customers to give them the best, not only in their services but also staffing their company with STARS! Thank you Mia for your kindness and compassion that help this cause becoming so successful. My boss, a realtor, called me this morning after I told her about All Dry USA helping me. She request a quote for roof repairs for one of her investment properties.

    Kind people! Professional and knowledgeable in the industry. I love how the staff allowed me to have a two way conversation with them, something that for me has been impossible to have nowadays with other companies since the pandemic. Most companies are using the pandemic and current events and recent passed laws as an excuse to be short with customers and interrupting customers when speaking and then they claim that this is just them anticipating the customer needs.. but for me this is not a way of doing business. But ADU WAS NOT like that, the staff there were patiently listening to my request without interrupting me and they let me finish to what I had to say. Great customer service! They were able to put me on a schedule quickly. The scheduler was super nice and full of positive energy. I loved the frequent follow ups and appointments reminders because I reminders are always helpful for someone that has a lot of their plates. I totally recommend this company.

    I had Tracy assist me with my inquiry regarding my roof leak. She was very friendly and professional, making it very easy for me to schedule an in person consultation with one of their inspectors. I recommend using ADU to anyone with roof repair questions and/or leaky roofs.

    We unfortunately had a roof leak from our recent storm in our master bedroom.We needed to secure the roof temporary with a tarp. I had called a few places but got the run around telling me to patch it instead of the tarp.Fed up, I continued my search and the first call I made was toADU. I spoke with Tracy and she listened to everything I had to say. She was extremely friendly and very polite. She was able to put me on the list for today and said Javier will be calling me to let me know he would be on his way. She had set the time between 12:00 and noon.Javier called at 12:30 and he was at my house by 1:00. He was also very friendly and very knowledgeable. I showed him where the water was coming in and he took pictures and also went on the roof and took more pictures. He told me I would get the estimate emailed to me and if I agreed with it, he could have the tarp put on tomorrow.We feel very fortunate to have found this company.

    I was impressed with ADU from my initial discussion with Keyana through getting our estimate from Raphael and all of his follow up. Given my inexperience with our issues Keyana was pleasant, cooperative, informative and put me at ease that ADU would take good care of our situation. Raphael was incredibly responsive and, as promised, (literally) called me to follow up on his proposal at the exact time I was looking up his number to call him to go over it, fortuitous timing, without doubt. The proposaql was comprehensive, thorough and easy to follow. Raphael filled in the blanks and answered my questions exactly as I needed to make the decision. Ultimately, I decided on a more measured response to alleviate our issue. In no way a reflection on ADU. In fact, my thoughts on the situation was to use a graduating process, adding further resolution measures as needed rather than the full 100% right away. Should the measures not satisfy our issue completely, it is my intention to have ADU add their additional measures to ensure full resolution. Thank you ADU.

Their inspector was at my home the very next morning at 9:30am!My inspector, Rafael, arrived on time, was very personable and easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, and did a very professional and thorough check for existing mold and potential mold areas. He was very well-informed about Florida mold issues, and he discussed my concerns with me in very clear terms.AND, my FREE INSPECTION with All Dry USA was NOT just a sales gimmick, and truly offered me peace of mind regarding the safety of my home!! Rafael was able to assure me that I currently DO NOT have a dangerous mold issue, and he also advised me about what areas to pay close attention to in order to prevent and/or become aware of any potential future problems!!     I recently sought out a mold remediation company after I noticed mold growing in my home. I was fortunate to find ADU, who provided me with an excellent service. From the very beginning, Javier explained the process of dealing with insurance companies in detail, and I felt reassured that I was in good hands.The team of Eric and Marco were punctual, thorough, and very communicative. They demod the counter, removed the affected cabinetry and drywall, and cleaned the air conditioner and vents in the entire house.     Rafael arrived on time today to conduct an inspection of my A/C duct work and associated structure due to a water spot in the kitchen ceiling. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft. He indicated that my A/C ducts were not in need of maintenance or repair and that last years roof repair seems to have mitigated the problem. As there is currently no problem or issue, I did not contract with ADU at this time. I would definitely recommend Rafael for any future mitigation needs.     Had a roof leak in two places. AllDry came in with three distinct projects: a) mold removal and remediation b) roof repair c) restoration of drywall, insulation, etc. I was impressed with the thoroughness of their mold remediation protocol. Roof repair was fast and efficient. Restoration is underway as of this writing; but Im expecting fast and efficient completion.Now that all three projects are complete, I wanted to add on to the review. Nathan and his crew were excellent on the Mold Remediation portion. Alex Ortiz and his crew did an awesome job on the roof and restoration portions. They patched the drywall and matched the knockdown finish and the paint color perfectly. They totally cleaned up, and finished ahead of schedule. They encouraged me to make a full inspection and would not leave until I assured them that every thing was right and I was happy. I have to say, these guys exceeded my expectations in every way.Thank you AllDry!

The team that came to remove my belonging were very careful and labeled everything.     Javier Santos came out today to inspect a leak that has been a mystery to us and my homeowners association for the past 3 years.     During a home inspection mold was discovered on the backside of a shower wall. All Dry USA was my first and only phone call. They had someone out the same day to determine the scope of the issue.     AllDryUSA has been most professional in all stages of their work. We had a mold issue. Pete, Daniel, Jamar, and Eric saw to it that all aspects of preparing and protecting our home was taken prior to demo of the area. Great care was taken to protect our floors to roll in the needed machinery. Attention to detail was taken when they had to pack up or secure items away from potential debris on nearby areas. Each day that workmen were here they cleaned up and vacuumed the area they were working on before they left. Also very important is that Daniel responded to my questions or concerns almost immediately, putting me at ease at the beginning of the unknown. The workmen explained each day exactly what they would be doing and told us when they were leaving what to expect for the next day. We have received the certification that all was clear of mold, including detailed inspection and cleaning of A/C. If you are still reading my detailed review, then know that my husband and I highly recommend AllDryUSA. Call them.

    Professional, clean, and they care about their customers. All Dry remediated our home due do a roof leak. The working areas were protected properly, floors and furniture covered, and clean up was done at the end of every work day. I am truly grateful that All Dry took it upon themselves to install the replacement drywall all while waiting for my insurance company to approve the claim. This gave us peace versus living in a house that was not sealed and made of temporary plastic walls. It also helped save on electricity because we were pulling outside air in the house.     We had some mold on the ceiling from a roof leak- and the team came in and removed all the damaged drywall and tested to make sure it was clear. Afterwards a separate team (We had a little miscommunication on this part) came and repaired the hole. The team arrived on time and was finished on time.     This company was brought in as part of an insurance claim caused by a leak in my roof. The entire process went extremely well. They first sent a supervisor to estimate the extent of the problem and determine what equipment and how much equipment would be necessary. Within the same day, the men with the equipment showed up and took readings to determine any and every area that was affected by the water leaks from the roof, brought in fans and de-humidifiers and carefully set them up. They were very respectful of my property and took great care in setting up their equipment so as not to damage walls or furniture. They set up an incredible amount of equipment, explained what each piece did and addressed every concern I had including any possible liability with leaving the equpiment running while I was not at the house. The gentlemen that installed and subsequently removed the equipment were courteous, polite, well-organized and very efficient.

I was devasted to see what had happened to my beautiful wood flooring.. There were bubbles that had formed on the edges of the wood and let it be known that after their process of drying the areas, it is not very noticeable.     Mary V was the inspector that assisted my parents during the Polar Vortex aftermath in Chicago and all I have to say is we need more people like her in this world! My parents are elderly and they are Korean and dont know how to speak English much let alone know what to do but they said Mary was exceptional and helped them understand. She went first and then came back with her crew that same night my parents then found out from one of the techs Jordan that Mary was actually a supervisor and an inspector and i guess a tech too lol! I guess Mary just wears all the hats! Anyway, my parents said this girl worked as hard as the men and that after they left she stayed behind and cleaned the wood floor for my parents with a towel on her knees!     Cruz and Luis were part of the AllDry team that were responsible for removing moisture from an open bedroom wall that was being remediated because of mold due to water water seepage through the outside stucco, and for restoring the interior to its original condition. I have built walls in my own home and know what is entailed with this kind of work. And, I must say, that not only were Cruz and Luis really nice, friendly folks, but even more importantly, they knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. Moisture from the damp cinder blocks was completely removed within one day and there was no way anyone could tell that the interior bedroom wall was rebuilt. Hopefully, my home doesnt suffer from water/mold damage again, but if it does, I want Cruz and Luis to remediate. And, BTW, I might add, I found the AllDry company to be very, very responsive to my needs and questions. Very highly recommend them if you ever need remediation for mold/water damage

They arrived on scene very quickly upon being called in the middle of the night to extract water from a plumbing emergency. Johnny Mackey, All Drys rep for the repair work, went above and beyond the call of duty for the unit owner (who wasnt in the country), the owners property management company (who had been very uncooperative through much of this process), the Association (promptly produced the documents our Board required to approve the repair work despite setbacks from the aforementioned party), and delivered extraordinary customer service to the tenant in the unit (who has been caught in the middle of everything). As an Admin for the Association in question, I would not hesitate to recommend All Dry to anyone in need of their services.
