When we moved in on Halloween night Oct. 31, 2012 to our horror we discovered the previous tenants had flushed some plastic toys and so we had an overflow of sewage through 2 toilets, the tub and the shower drains. We thought we fixed it then with another companys snaking the system, but when we continually had to snake and pay every 6 months over the years, we determined it was a root intrusion at the Y fitting going to both toilets. The digging and fix would cost too much, and our estimates were very high UNTIL we met Nick and John from Home Angels. John did a camera inspection for a reasonable price and determined what the cost would be to fix the problem where roots had found a crack in the PVC fitting, strangling the pipe (see picture) and blocking toilet flow. They promptly provided a reasonable estimate which we accepted. The next week John and his professional, friendly team (Doug and Stewart) was here fixing the problem and finished within a few hours. Not only were they friendly and courteous when coming in the house by using protective wear, but they knew right away what they needed to do and got right to it. They even cut away all the roots they found growing under the house for us, added extra safety measures to the pipes, and took away the debris after of course re-compacting the hole. It ended up being less than the estimate! We are so happy that we hopefully never have to deal with this issue again, and now we can retire the plungers to the garage!

I attempted to do a simple tub spout replacement and followed all instructions but had a small annoying leak. I thought this may have been due to a cheap part but wanted to be safe so I contacted Home Angels. Mike was early to our 2pm appt but kindly offer to wait until I reached my residence. Mike took a look and confirmed what I thought, a cheap part. He said I did everything correctly and all I need was a better quality tub spout. Mike was honest and said that I had the job handled and did not charge me anything after a 5 mins review of the work. His honesty was refreshing in a time where everyone is pressed for money and work. I would highly recommend Home Angels and will use them again after this first experience.

The Best!!! I had multiple plumbing issues in the condo I just purchased. Not big urgent issues but issues needing attention so they wouldnt get worse so I phoned Home Angels. Doug arrived the same day and took care of all of them in a timely, neat, and professional manner. He addressed the toilet that needed new internal parts, the two dripping washing machine valves, moving the main shutoff valve, and capping off an outside pipe that I did not use but was dripping onto and rusting the outdoor telephone cover. For prices, Home Angels prices are comparable with other plumbers but I felt assured anything done once would be done right and that is worth more to me than what they charged. I highly recommend Home Angels.update 4/17/2021 - hot water heater blew and as usual Doug from Home Angels was there to rescue the day. Cant say enough about how good this company and its employees are even though I paid a premium price because it was Sunday.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Home Angel. I initially dealt with Ashley in their office. She was professional, friendly, and efficient. She answered all of my questions with ease and kept in contact with me as their schedule changed some to accommodate emergency repairs, which mine was not. Doug came out to inspect my issue. He was also very professional and friendly. I appreciated that he was honest with me about his concern about the product design and what may be required to repair it properly. They scheduled the repairs for two days later and the helper he brought with him was-you guessed it-professional and friendly. They came in on the lower end of the ball park estimate they gave me and were more than prepared to do the job properly. I am so thankful to have found a plumber that I can trust to do the job right the first time and at a fair price. Bravo!! Thank you Doug and Ashley.

I have used the services of Home Angels multiple times. They are very knowledgable and professional. They go beyond their job and finds way to save you money buy exploring warranties or coverage by you insurance company. John was great, by quickly identifying the problem, called the tankless water heater company and got them to send me a new one for free. Upon receiving the new one Michael installed it very quickly and took care of other plumbing issues I had. They were both very friendly and left all working areas very cleaned and disposed of all boxes and materials. Lastly, their prices are very fair. I will continue to use them and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

The plumber did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Before he even started he gave me an estimate of the job which I never even asked for!! He did a lot of small plumbing repairs and installed a few faucets. He even helped me pick which faucet would work best. I had bought 3 different ones. Great staff of people starting with Samantha in the office to plumbing technicians Doug and Mike. Responded quickly to my need and scheduled an appointment, confirming appointment and when they were delayed a few minutes called to let me know they were 10 min behind and showed up as noted. Have come out a few times for a few things and was either early or right on time. Both Doug and Mike were friendly and professional making it easier to work with. I came downstairs on a Sunday morning early to find our dining room flooded. I called our usual 24x7 plumber who failed to answer. We tried several times and finally got through only to be told they had no-one available until Monday. At that I checked the internet and found Home Angels. We called and got an immediate response, they said someone would arrive within an hour, which they did. They worked hard for many hours trying to locate the leak and remove the water from the carpet before removing it. They then installed 20+ high power fans and a few humidifiers to dry the ground floor. They then came every day for about 5 days checking for dampness, until finally we were all dry again. The plumber who found the leak then came back to relay a pipeline to the kitchen sink. All in all, a very good job done. Thoroughly recommend them.

Ive used Home Angels two times - both experiences have been very satisfactory. The first time was regarding a localized water issue. They were VERY thorough, asked questions, explained what they found and provided a detailed report at the end. The second time required fairly significant work in my kitchen and outside. All of the work was professionally completed. Both of the people I worked with were very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

We discussed my plumbing issue in great detail, with a view for avoiding future problems. Regrettably, it was the quickest $300 I had ever spent, because the work was completed in a little less than thirty minutes. Properly chastened after our discussions, I don’t anticipate requiring Angels again, certainly not in the near future. However, I will highly recommend Angels to any of my associates that may have a need.

The staff on the phone was very knowledgeable as well. Once the plumber arrived and I told him the details he analyzed the situation and had several options for me that he explained in full detail. The company is very honest , professional and easy to make appointments with. Sarah is a great asset as the voice up front. I had a leak under my driveway pavers. John cane out and did his best with locating the pipe. He worked for over an hour diligently trying to find the leak. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction noise and high traffic which made it difficult to pin point the leak itself. He was kind enough to offer an alternative solution and even gave me a tip to save money on the job. He didn’t even charge for the trip out since he couldn’t locate the leak!! The workers took pride in their work and their work was quality! The contractor, Pete Forte, kept in touch every step of the way! I dont have enough superlatives for Pete and his crew. The neighbors were so impressed with the work, the work ethic and quality people working on the condo. I had an emergency plumbing issue at my house last weekend , after calling at least 7 companies and being told either I had to wait until after hours in the evening to get someone out , or sorry were too busy. Very impressed and happy with the service provided by Home Angels. I was given a fair estimate and was able to schedule the work easily. The plumbers arrived on time and performed multiple tasks getting my recently purchased home into great shape. An HVAC company had previously done some work and damaged a pipe in the wall. The HVAC company had their “best” plumber come out to fix the leak. Ultimately, that plumber put a temporary fix onto the problem that would likely have blown out at a later date. The PEX used by that plumber was warped and protruding from where the drywall would have been placed. The the HVAC company then intended to put drywall on it and claim all is well. I had my doubts and ran it by Home Angels while they were replacing my water heater and working on my water main and my doubts were validated. They took the time to correct the poor repair and ensure the repair was correct and to code to put behind drywall. Sincerely appreciate the extra work and giving me true peace of mind. For my future plumbing needs, I will absolutely use Home Angels again without hesitation.

I am so grateful for the service I received from Home Angels on Tues Nov. 8th. Sarah took my call on Monday evening (Nov. 7th) and took all my information and asked relevant questions. I could tell right away that she wanted to give me good service. Sarah called me back and told me someone would be at my house at 8:30 am the next morning. John showed up on time and resolved my plugged drain in an hour. He knew what he was doing and explained his approach to me and I felt confident in his ability. The charge was more than reasonable for the quick and effective service. Another plumber spent 6 hours trying to unclog the drain the day before and was unsuccessful and charged me more than Home Angels! I have found a new plumber without a doubt and will ask for John each time.

My Dad found a leak under his sink this past Saturday and was unable to locate where it was coming from. I called Home Angels because of all the good reviews. I was put in touch with Doug who was able to come out within the hour. Usually when a business says they will be there in the hour its never the case but Doug was there right on time. Was able to find the leak and put a fix in place. Problem solved and quickly. The $149 to just come out was a little steep but it was a Saturday and I was worried that it was going to turn into something worse. After though I was ok with it since Doug was professional, on time, and was able to fix the problem on a Weekend. I plan on using them in future.

We received a visit to make an estimate, and while the cost wasn’t the lowest estimate we had received, there was a feeling of professionalism and candor about the man which inspired confidence. Installation: Doug and his apprentice were punctual, extremely careful of our property, meticulous and thorough in their work, to the point of redoing something that “wasn’t 100% right”, and they cleaned up to our high standards. In one bathroom they discovered that additional work was needed, and they clearly explained why, and sought approval from us before proceeding. When it came time to pay it was easy, and the cost was exactly what they’d quoted, without surprises. This was an entirely positive experience, from start to finish. He arrived within an hour of our emergency call (an exploding faucet), immediately identified the solution and explained the process. My other two large company representatives came in talking about major mediation and construction costs without even taking a look into the walls and just wanted to work with my insurance company. Home Angel took an hour or more poking a camera into the wall spaces wherever he could, taking photos, trying to pinpoint the origin of the issue, taking measurements of the affected area and giving me a good idea of the best case and worse case scenarios of the issue. They would get the parts themselves and charge you for them. We called late on Friday after discovering a smell under our kitchen sink. It turned out that our garbage disposal was leaking and probably had been 2-4 days. The smell is either mildew or mold. John came Saturday morning as we asked. He was on time, very professional. We needed a new disposal which he installed. We are now trying to assess the extent of the water damage.
