Plumbers that are professional, punctual, proficient, polite and pleasant. Can’t ask for more.I was impressed by both Jake and Greg, and the way they extracted that large rock that had crushed our waterline through the decades we have lived here.I did do a double take at first at the price when presented with the estimate before the job, but that’s more a reflection of the inflationary times we live in than TopGun’s prices itself.It is what it is, and I appreciated Jake taking a couple of hundred off in recognition of me done a chunk of digging to locate the leak.

Replacing a water main is a difficult choice, a difficult job. I am glad I asked Topgun Plumbing to do the job and they sent their best team Jake and Greg to do the job using the best materials. Their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and respect for property and neighbors made this experience a very positive one for me, I have no regrets!

Last week, I received notice from my water utility that I likely had a leak. I determined that it was in the supply line between my water meter and my house. I called Topgun Plumbing and Jake came out the same day. He instructed me to get a leak detection service to come out and pinpoint the location of the leak, which I did. Topgun plumbing provided a very competitive and reasonable price bid to repair the leak which was under an asphalt driveway. They completed the repair in less than a full day. They arrived on time and the cost was exactly what was quoted.

TLDR; I had a great experience with Topgun, and you should call Topgun for excellent service, honest work, and fair prices.I had a leak in the ceiling. I called Topgun, the call taker was polite and courteous. Within minutes, I got a call back from the owner Al, who said he could stop by and look on the same day.Topgun team member Eric showed up shortly after and root caused the problem to a bad shower drain seal. The Topgun team, including Eric, Al and Josh all showed up and worked together quickly to solve the problem on the same day. The team was very polite and professional, which left me with no doubt they would do a great job. Topgun solved the leak problem in a timely and cost effective manner.I’m extremely satisfied with the Topgun’s work and the positive results. They charged a very fair price and I will definitely call Topgun first if I have any future plumbing issues. I’d recommend Topgun to my friends and family.

I found a small leak in our laundry room washing machine drainpipe and had to remove a small ant nest and replace a section of the bottom plate. I also found the shutoff valves leaked as well.Topgun Plumbing did a great job fixing the leaking ABS pipe and the shutoff valves.

Al and Eric just fixed a pressure issue with my hot water that’s vexed multiple other plumbers over multiple years - I had previously even replaced the water heater as an attempted solution to no avail. They patiently listened to the litany of things we tried before, experimented after narrowing down the potential culprits and our water is now back to normal… plus they knocked out 2 other smaller projects while here as well. Professional, friendly, and most of all EFFECTIVE. Fully recommend Top Gun!

We needed a main water regulator and valve replaced. The first bid was ridiculously high so we had to pay the despatch fee $100 and let them go. But Top Gun gave us a rough estimate online and on the phone. Eric came right away, fixed the problem at the original quote so there was no surprise at all. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent Job! I live out of state and have a rental in Bothell. I called Topgun and few other plumbers for bid to replace my old water heater. Al from Topgun was very professional and on time. He did way over items that were required and did not charge me any extra. Very clean job. Extremely happy with his service. Highly recommend Topgun.

First time needing a plumber and didnt like that most (not Top Gun) would not provide even a rough estimate over the phone but would need to come out first (and often charge a dispatch fee). I had a leaky angle stop under the kitchen sink and also wanted to install a new kitchen sink. I called and got the answering service and Eric called back within an hour. He gave me an estimate on the phone and arrived just a couple hours later. He quickly did the repairs and installation and even removed a soap dispenser for no additional charge. After he was already done, when I asked him to switch the hot and cold so that it was the way that I was used to, he gladly got his tools out again and fulfilled my request. I highly recommend this small business and now I have a plumber for the next time I need one!

I called them over for a leak under kitchen sink. They couldn’t replicate the leak so were willing to go back without any charge (unlike other money driven plumbers). I pointed another issue and they installed an air vent to resolve it. My dishwasher didn’t drain the next day so I called them and they came first thing on Monday. They debugged it thoroughly and didn’t charge for it at all.Very impressed with their professionalism and ownership to keep customers satisfied. Definitely recommend them.

My Rheem tankless water heater was failing. And even the installer did not want to come out and debug it. I called 10 plumbers and not a one wanted to debug it. But Top Gun sent Eric and he did a fantastic job of getting the right diagnosis, I got the part, and he installed it quickly and its perfect.

The service and schedule was efficient, but I found it very expensive. I thought the service I hired was a complex operation, but it took about 15 min to get it done and they charged me $500 with parts that usually cost $70... Well, perhaps this is what everything cost nowadays.. I might need to change my job to keep up with the price of things today

We had a water service line issue - a leak somewhere between the water meter and the main supply valve at the water line entry into the house, that resulted in two-fold increase in water / sewer bill. Based onreferences from different people whom we knew personally as being trustworthy in respect to this issue, we have contacted three plumbing companies for their ideas on how to deal with water service line leak, what strategy and technologies to use, and their cost estimate for the whole job. All three came to the property, performed their checks, provided their ideas, estimates and responded to our questions.We chose the Top Gun Plumbing, Inc. for the following reasons: 1 - they were easy to get in touch with and responded to our calls a bit faster vs. others. 2 - their ideas and suggestions on strategy and technologiescalled for the longest-lasting resolution of the issue combined with the least cumbersome and least-damaging to the landscaping work plan. 3 - their cost estimate for the whole job was the lowest. 4 - their estimate had no attached possible contingencies that may serve to justify cost increase halfway through the job. 5 - they were the least talkative of all three yet they provided the preemptive amount of information on the issue and proposed technologies, and their answers to our questions were complete and easy to understand.They did the whole work as tidily as could be done. There were no deviations in their actual schedule from their predicted timeline. As of today, they completed installation of the whole new water service line between the water meter and the house main supply valve - total length of about 70 feet - five week ago. The new installation works very well. Our whole experience resolving the water service line issue with the help of Top Gun Plumbing, Inc. is very positive.

If something goes wrong, they come back a fix it for free.Responding to 1-star reviewer: you can probably find a better price elsewhere, but its not a good reason to give a bad review, MHO.
