    Moe was so great, and came out to save us on a plumbing emergency on Thanksgiving-eve! He was a great communicator, answered right away (no “call center”), and was prompt and professional. He gave us the “quick-fix” we needed for the moment and talked me through our long-term options to fix the underlying problem (really old drain pipes). He was honest, professional, and I didn’t feel pressured. His prices were reasonable, and same or better than other emergency plumbers. I will absolutely use and recommend him in the future!

    I had a great experience with Moe today. My kitchen sink drain was clogged and Id tried everything to unclog it with no luck. I called Moe in the morning and he came out that day at a time that worked for me, showed up on time, and fixed the issue quickly. Moe took his time to make sure the fix was good and that there were no leaks anywhere in the house. He was very thorough. Moe was friendly, asked before going downstairs to check for leaks, and explained everything and answered my questions. Finally, the price was reasonable and I didnt feel pressured.     Moe and Russell were great! We had an emergency situation on a Sunday evening (Homeowner trying to install a kitchen sink gone wrong) and they were out at our home within 2 hours.     Moe did an awesome job! My kitchen sink drain was blocked and water even overflowed into the dishwasher. I called Mor after 7 pm the previous evening and he came very early next morning.     I stumbled across Knight Rooter while looking for a plumber online to have some drainage issues checked out and was hopeful based on the reviews I read. It wasn’t an emergency but Moe and his partner came by on a Sunday afternoon and fixed a few smaller things but luckily no major plumbing or sewer issues were found and everything is flowing normally again. And at the end he didn’t even want to charge me for anything.     An underground drain pipe for gutter water was abandoned by the previous owner of my home. I wanted to get it working again before the rainy season came again. I called Knight Rooter late on a Tuesday afternoon. Moe answered on the first ring and was at my home at 9am the next morning. He hydro-jetted the drain and used the drain camera multiple times. He also vacuumed out lots of rocks that had been placed into the drain. The entire time he explained what he was doing and why and answered all my questions. His customer service was top notch and the price for the service rendered was very reasonable. Being new to the area I was happy to find a good local drain service company and will definitely call upon them again in the future.

    My driveway drain was plugged and I called one company and they said they could come out in a week just to give me an estimate. So I called Moe at Knight Rooter and he said he would be out in an hour. He showed up, correctly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate right on the spot. He then went ahead and did the job and did an excellent job. He was able to clear the drain as well as cut out the roots that were causing all the problems. All along he explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend him.

    It was 2am when our toilet was backed up and sewage was running onto the ground. I tried to call a few services that claim they have 24 hour service but none of them was able to come. Until I reached Moe and he was at our unit within 30 minutes.     Lets call this The Freeze of 24. Woke up yesterday to find no water coming to any of the faucets in our home. Terrified of burst pipes, I googled the plumbers closest to me. I chatted with TWO (rude, seemingly annoyed and very unhelpful) companies before calling Knight Rooter. Moe lead me through a list of a few things to check to assess the potential risk the pipes were in. When I told him I couldnt get the steel plate off the main water valve to turn it off, he offered to come help me. He told me that he himself wasnt technically working today because of company car trouble but STILL headed over within 20 minutes in his personal vehicle. While here, he made quick work of the frozen water valve and set me up with a plan of action once the weather warms a bit. They didnt HAVE to come out. Many people/companies wouldnt have.. especially when their trucks were out of commission and they werent technically open for business. But Moe did. He showed an astounding level of integrity and thats why well always call Knight Rooter.

Please know, a major plumbing /heating company was out prior and was unable to unclog the line. Not only did Moe unclog the line, he located a portion of the line in need of urgent repair. Moe provided me with video of the newly discovered damaged pipe and thoroughly explained the steps needed to repair. Moe’s knowledge and skillset far exceeds that of other companies I have used prior. Moe was professional and courteous and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.     Totally deserves 5 stars. Mo is very thoughtful and thorough in his work. Definitely cares that he does excellent work. I had a very bad drain choked with sludge. He used a camera and high pressure washer. Drain now is completely clear and clean.

    Had a pretty bad septic backup , called at 11 am to see if they can help , they met me in 30min at one of out locations, cleared out the blockage , treated the tenets house like it was there own home and ,left it spotless , finding someone that works hard but stops to talk and explain whats going on is hard to find , and the price is very competitive for the quality of work

    When we try to replace our dishwasher, we found out our kitchen pipe was corroded, made us can’t install the new dishwasher. Because the kitchen pipe was already opened. It’s very urgent to fix the pipe to use the kitchen sink. Moe came to my house right after I called him.
