Our water heater tank started leaking at around 7 PM and we reached out to Reza. I had expected that I would hear back from him only the next day and it would likely take a few days to get a replacement installed.I was pleasantly surprised when he called back the same night and talked me through the options. The next morning, he came over for a quick inspection and gave us an estimate and walked us through what needed to be done.Before the end of the day, we had our hot water back! But that was not all - he went beyond just replacing the tank; he walk ed us through our high water pressure and options to mitigate it. He even replaced some of the old plumbing around our tank since it was getting old and was poorly designed the first time around.Most people I hire to help with things around the house do a good job. We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have found Reza from Fast Rooter when we had no hot water on a Saturday morning. He arrived to save the day and while we had his attention we had him schedule to install a whole house water filtration system as well as new plumbing in our master bath. I had the opportunity to observe him and note the attention he paid to detail. The supplies (fittings) he used were all name brand and of the best quality. He was an educator as well who enjoyed explaining what he was doing and why. Dealing with the sole proprietor is the only way to go: he has a sense of pride in the work that has his name on it and if there is ever a concern, he is the one to speak with. Great service and pleasant person to have working in our home. Five stars +!

I contacted couple of plumbers and Reza was very prompt and showed up within an hour. We had a pipe burst in our garage at about 3:30pm today on a Saturday (coldest day so far this winter). We called 4 plumber businesses and left voicemails for 3 of them and they said they would call back by the end of the day. Fast Rooter answered the phone when we called and said he could stop by in 2-3 hrs. The other 3 plumbing businesses didnt return the call.Reza from Fast Rooter came in the evening (about 2 hrs after the call) and went over our options clearly before he started. He found the burst pipe and gave use a few options on how to fix the problem. He then fixed the problem efficiently. He gave what seemed like a fair price and the paperwork was written in a helpful way for the insurance. He also connected us with another company for the water damage. Quick response and good work. Overall good experience.

After 35 years in our townhome condo, the kitchen sinks drain line became sufficiently clogged that it required the services of a professional plumber. In the middle of the afternoon, I left a voicemail for Fast Rooter which was quickly responded to. Reza said that he was currently on a job but could come first thing the next morning. About an hour later, he called back saying that he could stop by on his way home for the day if that was OK with me. I told him that was definitely OK with me.Reza arrived at the time he stated he would arrive. He studied the situation and asked some questions about the drain lines past functioning. He then carefully explained his plan for addressing the clogged drain line and the fact that even the best drain lines in homes of the age of ours, the lines slowly develop sludge in them over the years and eventually become clogged. In addition, he identified issues with the drains plumbing under the sink which was installed during a kitchen remodel about 10 years ago. Before starting work, he provided me with a written estimate for the work to be done. While the estimate exceeded my expectation, I realized that expectation was based on not having had a plumber work in our home since the kitchen remodel.Reza proceeded in a most professional manner by first making sure the work area was protected from water and equipment damage. I could see that he had meticulously organized his tools to facilitate his expeditious completing the job. When he completed the work, he carefully cleaned up the area under and in front of the sink. He let us know that while he expected the drain to work properly, please call him if his drain clearing process didnt fully resolve the problem due to the age of drain.A week later, the drain clogged again as Reza had anticipated it might. He came within an hour to apply a second drain line cleaning process. When I asked how much he charged for his service, he said there was no charge for his second visit. I felt more than compensated for the fee Reza charged during his first visit by his professionalism and reliability for standing behind his work.In my experiences with plumbers over the years, I felt like Reza was not only an excellent plumber, but a professional businessperson as well. Under the circumstances, I could not have been more pleased to have found him. If we need a plumbing issue addressed in the future, Fast Rooter is the first place I will call.

I am absolutely delighted with the work done by Fast Rooter.Reza answered his phone immediately and came by right away. What first looked to me to be a clogged drain beyond my skill level turned out to be caused by serious issues underneath. Rezas skill and experience was on display as he predicted, and then confirmed, that both my current clog and longstanding maintenance challenges were due to out-of-code fittings. Even though the fix turned out to be much more complicated, Reza kept at it until our drains were good as new. While doing the work, he pointed out other issues like leaky valves and a problem with the sealing around a pipe coming into the home for me to keep an eye on. He even added a port to make cleaning the new pipe much easier than before.I never hired a plumber before - everything up to this point Ive DIYd. As the day went by the scale of the problem and the complexity of the fix skyrocketed, however at no point did Reza give up or not have a plan of how to progress forward. One of the major things that Reza brought to the table was when we needed specialized people or equipment for one step in the repairs, he had someone who could be there on the same day, which likely saved us 1-2 days getting this issue fixed, which was invaluable given how disruptive it can be to not have a working sewer.When it was all said and done, Reza had been at our place for something over 10 hours, doing multiple repairs and bringing in two different specialists, was able to get the issue resolved on the same day and did nothing but top quality work.
