Peyman came out for emergency services when my primary plumber was swamped, and has done an excellent job. He was up front about costs, informed me on the condition of my pipes, and gave me tips on ongoing maintenance. He was also happy to accommodate my requests (I took the opportunity to replace my toilet since it needed to be removed, and he advised me on the new toilet and installed it). Id definitely turn to him again!

I called Snohomish Drain Co on a Saturday about installing a new outdoor faucet, and Peyman was at my house taking a look within an hour. Two days later, he performed the installation and replaced a faulty faucet as well. Great communication, fast, and professional. I will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs!UPDATE Feb 2024: Had an unrelated issue with a blocked septic drain line and contacted Peyman in the evening about it. He gave me some advice, and was there first thing the following morning to diagnose and clear the blockage. Similar to my previous experience, everything was fast and professional. 10 out of 10!

Prompt & professional service. I called when having a dishwasher installed and the installers noticed a leak in the kitchen sink hot water valve. We were able to get a next day appointment (lucky!) and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He showed us other problems areas (two other valves), which would clearly become future leaks and was able to take care of all of it in the same appointment. He was courteous and clean, and offered multiple tips and pointers. Definitely will be using this company again!

The services I received from Snohomish Drain Co were professional, friendly, informative, and equally important, the issue I was having with a clogged sewer line was resolved by the owner-operator Peyman.Since my property is on a septic tank system, it posed extraordinary challenges for unclogging the clogged sewer line.Before calling Snohomish Drain Co, I had spoken with two other plumbing companies, and they quoted me extremely high prices, and on top of that – they were unable to come out for at least another 3 to 5 days.I could not wait that long because there was sewage backing up into our bathroom and it was a crisis obviously.And so I continued to search for a local plumber - and discovered Snohomish Drain Co. I called and immediately a gentleman by the name of Peyman answered the phone, and after I described my serious issue, he said he had the right equipment to diagnose and most likely fix the problem.He gave me an estimate on the phone which was about half of the price of the other two companies I had spoken with.I called on a Friday afternoon; Peyman came out the very next morning, and was able to not only resolve my clogged sewer line, but also with his camera analysis of my pipes, was able to educate me on the various issues and technical information related to my pipes and the septic tank. Very very helpful information!!!I was so impressed with his efforts and success, I hired him to also fix a leaking toilet, which he successfully did.Everything about Snohomish Drain Co / and the owner-operator Peyman services was first-class, friendly, competent, professional, and affordable for an old senior citizen like myself.
