    I contacted All Ways Rooter as Id been having issues with my 30-year old toilets. I plan to replace two of them as part of a bigger remodel project, but I felt I needed to make sure at least one of them was working properly. I called Sam and he came out the same day and replaced it. I was thrilled...the new toilet is taller and much more water efficient. Sam was so great to work with...very friendly and knowledgeable.     I had very low water pressure on one outdoor faucet. I messaged All Ways Rooter and heard back from them quickly. Sam gave me an idea what may be wrong and offered to stop by for a no-cost investigation and estimate. I had him to do the work.     I am very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, customer service, and attention to detail Sam offered and provided. I had first contacted All Ways Rooter LLC for an estimate. I had requested several bids for a separate water leak in our crawlspace. The plumber(KD Plumbing) I eventually hired did a good job to repair the pipe leak, but was too busy with other new construction jobs they could not return to fix and repair the leaky toilet.Lucky for us we found All Ways Rooter LLC. Sam did an excellent job of communicating the work that needed to be done to repair the leak. He also provided updates throughout the repair process and showed me the work that needed to be done to finish the job and what may have contributed or caused the leak. Sam also provided recommendations regarding replacing our old toilets and old pipes in our laundry room. The wear and tear on the pipes are starting to produce some corrosion on the outside. And finally, Sam recommended a free inspection for our crawlspace to ensure the toilet leak is completely fixed and no additional cost.I highly recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter LLC for free estimates, plumbing advice, recommendations, referrals, and an honest opinion. We returned from a vacation to find we had a sewer line blockage that backed up into the bathroom with the first load of post vacation laundry we ran.I left an online request at the All Ways Rooter web site and Sam called me back within 5 minutes.     I had a problem with a clog that was deep in the pipe under the foundation of my house, where my husband couldn’t reach it with any tools. We were looking at thousands of dollars to dig up our yard and cut into the sewer pipe.     We absolutely loved Sam! I left him a voicemail at 3:41 asking for a call back as a first time customer, and he was at my house by 5:30pm same day. He fixed both my outdoor faucets, and addressed a couple of other concerns we had. He was thorough, explained his process, and answered all of our questions.     All Ways Rooter was very helpful to my situation. Tree roots had penetrated my pvc sewer line and Sam came and cleared my line the day after I requested his help. He provided video of before and after conditions and I was able to share that with the city sewer representative. Sam is also very reasonable and a hard worker. I would recommend Sam to anyone that I know having trouble with their sewer drains.
