Once again, I am absolutely satisfied with Individualized Repair and with Martin. He has worked on my mowers for a few years now and is exceptional at his work and are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very honest when they are slammed with work and will let you know upfront what the turn around time will be. They ask beforehand if you want an estimate before making any repairs or if you are okay with them making the repairs right away. And, there is a strong possibility that Martin was being very polite to me when I didn’t know how my own mower works and what buttons to push to make it drive forward. 😊 I have recommended their work to many people and will continue to do so. Thank you Martin!! Your staff is exceptional as well.

When our lawn mower wouldnt start, we werent sure if it was fixable. Individualized Repair, picked it up, diagnosed the problem, repaired the issue, tuned it up, and dropped it off all in a very short time! Their pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially considering our mower works better than it ever has now, including its fuel efficiency. From now on, they will be our go-to for any mechanical issues!

Its not a fancy shop but if you want your lawn mower serviced at a fair price then this is the place to go. The mechanics seem to know their small engines and despite being busy will get your mower back to you in reasonable time. Ive gone to some of the flashier places and paid the price. I recommend giving these guys and gals a try and they wont rip you off. I definitely will be going back to them.

They were FANTASTIC. Snow blower wouldn’t start and I was dreading trying to get it repaired. Called them up and they came and picked it up same day(LOVE that they do that cause I sure can’t lift the thing and get it in my car). Within 2 days it was fixed and dropped back off to me! Very reasonable pricing too.. definitely recommend!!!

Most honest repair shop anywhere! This spring he fixed my old Craftsman lawn mower for only $90; then it stopped working. After checking it out again, it was discovered that it had low compression most likely caused by low oil in the past. Even though it was not his fault, he offered to give my $90 back. I asked if he had any used lawn mowers for sale. He had a used Toro available for $150 but he let me have it for the $90 I had invested into the old Craftsman. The Toro ran great all summer and I am very happy. This shop is fair and trustworthy!
