I had Jarrett from Ontime Service install a Tesla wall charger for me today and I am very pleased with the result! The service was quick and convenient and my new charger is neatly mounted with all the wiring hidden away neatly in the ceiling! He even told me how to set up the chargers software! Called On Time Service and Josh came to replace 5 light switches. He was on time and very pleasant young man. He checked all of the questionable switches and showed the problem and recommended replacement which we agreed to and gave us an estimate. He quickly replaced to unusable switches. Cleaned up after himself and provided us with an itemized receipt. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from a very pleasant young man who knew his job and preformed it very well well. On Time Plumbing showed up on time, the technician Braden was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained what needed to be done (kitchen drain cleaning), gave me the quote and didn’t rush the process. He checked and rechecked the drain after cleaning to make sure it was completely working right. He explained what he was doing, I asked a bunch of questions, and he was very personable and patient. He cleaned up when he was finished. I have used 3 other plumbing companies over the years but I will only use On Time again for my future plumbing needs.

When we finished our basement(~300 sq ft) a couple years ago, we used existing A/C ducts but did not install a return duct. We noticed basement humidity running as high as 78% during summer months & considered adding a whole house dehumidifier. Consultation with Victor Zagorski led us to reconsider and add just a Return Duct to the basement & route directly to A/C unit in adjoining garage. Installation was neat and routing to garage A/C was minimally intrusive. Basement humidity now seems improved staying consistently around 70 - 71% and air circulation also seems somewhat improved. Were hoping humidity in fall & winter improves even more, so we can avoid the additional cost of a whole house dehumidifier. Installers were courteous & professional. We were pleased with OnTime Service on this job.

I was very pleased with my plumbing service today. Dalton is a great guy who goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Now plumbing work is expensive, i was shocked at what i had to pay previously with another plumber who I used for a bathroom i gutted, but i know that the cost of everything has greatly increased! I wanted to use a reputable company this time because i had several things that the previous plumber did incorrectly and it was horrible trying to get him to return. On Time gives a 2 year warranty which as a widow is a huge relief and peace of mind! They were very nice, respectful, and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely call Dalton with On Time for any future plumbing needs! I am renovating my kitchen and i will ask for him when I need the sink and faucet installed. Ron with Ontime Services came out to repair my hot water heater. I replaced the burner assembly but had a gas leak. I wished I called them earlier because they are way more knowledgeable than DIY husbands but I was trying to please the wife. Ron immediately realized the valve nuts for each supply and pilot nuts were not tight enough and he tightened them made sure no leak or smell of gas. His knowledge of the unit was really impressive and I will not hesitate next time to call them. They are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

My situation was dire. Or it felt like it at the time. After seeing the aftermath of Helene, my situation was obviously no big deal. For which I am eternally grateful.The extenuating circumstances had led to us being out of our house for about a week. And Sam and Nick did everything in their power to get us home as fast as possible. I was ridiculously impressed with their efforts. It was the middle of September, and they took zero breaks (or as many breaks are as required by law), and worked until well after dark.OnTime is clearly a customer driven company. Our tech for this visit was Daniel and he did a great job. Several months ago, I called another electrical company. They sent someone out, charged me $149 to take a look at my two ceiling fans. I was told they were both broken and handed an almost $500 estimate just to do a replacement install. That did not include the cost of new fans. Daniel came in, fixed them both in maybe a little over an hour; wiring issues in each of them and neither were broken. He was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions throughly.
