The company weve used for years for our maintenance came in a bit cheaper; however, the knowledge and insights Tommy Oswalt gave ua during our assessment was the deciding factor. It was clear Tommy cared about the industry, the products he sells, and our needs.Capital sent an absolute all star crew for installation, apologies as Ive misplaced my list of thier names. They worked throughout the day as an efficient team. I have asthma/allergies and needed a whole-house dehumidifier plus hospital-grade air purification/filtration. I decided on Aprilaire after a fairly exhaustive search, who in turn recommended Capital Heating and Cooling as a vendor and installer.Tommy (the owner) provided exceptional pre-sale and post-sale support and counsel. The installers were masters of their craft and demonstrated the highest level of skill and attention to detail while installing plumbing, electrical, ducting, and all requisite devices. My specific home presented unforseen challenges; I requested a change order midway through the install, and I was not charged extra though the company would have been well within their right to do so.I absolutely will not hesitate to use them for any of my future HVAC needs, and I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of the same.My final install included the Aprilaire e100, the Aprilaire 2416 housing and filter (MERV16) and the Nu-Calgon iWave-R ionizer device. Capital Heating & Cooling replaced the A/C portion (indoor evaporator coils and outdoor condenser coils) of two Trane HVAC systems at my home, one for the main level and one for upstairs. I am very happy with their work. They took the step of identifying that the original pvc piping used for the drain for the unit in the attic was not draining effectively (a worker in the attic poured a gallon of water into it while another worker in the garage observed and noted the water did not make it to the drain in the garage) and they corrected that, mounting fasteners in multiple places along the PVC pipe to ensure it sloped properly in its run across the attic, and they replaced the rusted overflow tray beneath the HVAC unit. They also eliminated the traps in the drains for both units, which is where algae would always build up; the traps were apparently redundant because both drains feed into a drain in the garage floor that has a trap beneath the concrete floor. They left straight cleanouts in place of the p-traps which should reduce algae buildup, and I can still pour vinegar or chlorine to reduce algae. I called Central Comfort Services and scheduled for them to send out a technician to repair 2 HVAC that either were not working or not working properly for a 7:30am appointment. On the day of the scheduled appointment I received a text message about 30 minutes prior to the appointment giving me the name of the technician coming to my house and providing me with his background experience. He arrived exacted on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He had both my HVAC units up and running in less than 2 hours. I asked him a lot of questions which he gladly answered. I had another company’s technician come out a few month earlier that has been providing me HVAC services under a maintenance contract for many years. He gave me a long list of problems with these units and some potential future problems along with the high cost to correct them. When I asked the Central Comfort technician if those replacement parts and motors needed to be replaced now, his response was that they would probably continue to work for several more years. I decided based on his judgement not to proceed with expensive replacements before they were needed. He put no pressure on me to make those future replacements now and I appreciated his honest opinion of what to do. I was pleased with his work, professionalism, and timeliness. I plan to use this Company for my future electrical needs.

Installed a Generac Generator 24 KW, Capital Heating & Cooling did just what they said they would do. They informed me they were on their way for the installation and showed up on time. The install was done professionally and provided me with all the information I needed to know about the unit. The installers were very polite and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done properly and professionally.Don. R
