Plum craft came through my home warranty because of hot water problems. They co tacked me one day after I filed the work order with the warranty company and set up appointment for the next day. At 8:30 am I received a text that they would be here by 9:40. Ben showed up, diagnosed the problem and the part needed is ordered. Great service very happyππ»π -

Ben and his assistant were very professional and efficient. Showed up on time to assess the problem. Showed up on time a few days later to install new water heater. Did a good job. Even came back in a few days at our request to increase the water pressure which was set too low. -
