We have had the pleasure of having CTX Maximum Plumbing help us out this year. In July we had a whole new garbage disposal put in. JD and Chris did an awesome job explaining the work they were doing and were super friendly.Recently we had to have a toilet replaced. It was done the very next day. Chris and his crew took care of us so quick. They left our restroom clean and once again were pleasurable to work with.We will always go with CTX Maximum Plumbing. Very good experience with them. They were able to fit me into their schedule to take care of a leaking toilet before family was in town for the holidays. Simply amazing service! I called CTX plumbing in a very tough situation. I had a house that was scheduled to close and had a tough leak that needed to be identified and repaired. While other plumbing company’s said they didn’t offer that specific service, CTX maximum plumbing sent a rep out and they completed the job. Yesterday, I was helped by my neighbors who let me know that the pipes on the side of my home had burst. The first place I called was CTX and I talked to Miss Terri who put my worries to rest and said that there was only two people ahead of me and they would come as soon as they could. (Phew!) Three gentlemen came by, two of them by the name of J.D. and Chris. They were extremely friendly and even gave me the advice to get a outdoor backflow preventer insulated cover for it. They decided to wait to get the supplies until the next day (which is today) for a better cost and came back by to fix it. They did a great job with the work and they were very patient with me, explaining what I needed to do on my part. Thank you guys and Miss Terri for your great customer service.

Okay so where do I begin with this company? Do I start by talking about Ms Terri and how courteous, caring and responsive she was? Or maybe I’ll tell you about JD and how engaging, knowledgeable, and efficient he was. JD made me feel extremely comfortable with the job/s they were performing. He went beyond the call of duty when troubleshooting every possibility. Now last and certainly not least is the man himself, Chris. This guy is just a big Texan teddy bear (that happens to be a master plumber)! He is THE BEST! No matter what I requested of Chris, he patiently and happily obliged. Initially, I contacted the company to fix a flow valve on my sprinkler system. When he and JD arrived I showed them a guest bathroom toilet that was giving trouble. They got right to work and immediately identified the problem, got the replacement parts and knocked it out. Complete with a 2 year warranty. Then they moved into my master bathroom where my whirlpool tub was draining very slowly. Within what seemed like 10 seconds he had it cleared and running like new. They proceeded outside and fixed the flow valve and had my sprinklers running again. Finally as we were having casual conversation in the kitchen for a second, I mentioned to Chris my water line for my refrigerator wasn’t working, and you guessed it, he immediately got to work on that, replacing the line. They fixed it all! Additionally, their prices are GREAT! I really appreciate them not trying to price gouge or take advantage of me. Chris was adamant about refusing to allow me to even tip them. I got a couple of quotes previously from other companies and these guys were unmatched. They were complete professionals and gentlemen. I am soooooo ecstatic about this company and I trust them so much. Everyone I encountered in the process had such great energy and were so comforting and reassuring. Both JD and Chris even tried to educate me on the jobs they’d done but I trust them to take care of my home plumbing needs from now on. I wish there was a way I could remove the plumbing portion of my home warranty because I don’t need any other plumbing service.Chris, JD, Ms Terri, you have a new loyal customer for the lifetime of my residence in Central Texas! Last week, my boyfriends sink would not drain and caused the entire house to stink to high heavens…I called their team and within 24 hours they had a group of hard-working individuals at my front door ready to save the day!! Atmos recently upgraded gas lines on our block and would not turn our gas back on due to failed pressure test. CTX came the same day and repaired the small leak. We didnt miss a day of hot showers or hot food! The two men who came were polite and friendly.
