They had the right tools to do their job and even cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals for your needs.

Met James as he was the repairman contacted by my Choice Home warranty to fix my water heater. The warranty service is horrible and a nightmare to work with. It turned out the repairs weren’t covered and because of previous disappointments with Choice, we decided to go with RooterMan services. They were able to come to the rescue immediately which is something Choice is bad about. It takes them two weeks to a month out to send a repairman out to the house. James was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also able to help with adjusting the pice to help us. I would use these guys again!

Rooter Man was awesome. They came out and saw the burner assembly was out. The manufacturer does not make that burner assembly anymore. The only solution was to replace the entire water heater. My home warranty company didnt like to hear that. I was on the phone several times with Rooter Man. I talked to 2 wonderful women that were so polite and helpful. They worked with my warranty company and helped us get a brand new water heater, and then had the 2 techs come out the next morning. Lewis was great. He knew what he was doing, he was professional, and very polite on both of his times working here. His co-worker today was also great. They were also both great with our 2 little dogs who would raise hell every time they had to go outside and back in. We are very happy.

I was very impressed with James and Lewis in regards to coming to my house after the freeze as I was out of water and they quickly identified fixed the problem. I reported to my landlord that my water was leaking during the night and they had me turn off my water early Saturday morning when she called this company they responded within 3 hours of the call and had it fixed in this busy time I really appreciate their prompt service and attention to detail. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs they were very informative in letting me know what the problem was and I did everything I needed to do to try and keep my pipes from freezing thank you

I had them come out to hydrojet my drain lines. After 2 years of plumbing issues in this house we bought I thought maybe this would work. Boy am I glad I called them. It did take 2 days, different size equipment and the owner of the company to come on day 2 but I think they were actually able to clear a couple difficult clog that no other plumber was able to clear!I am still keeping an eye on things but just the sound of the water going down the drains sounds different now. Joe, Cody and Patrick put in the effort and I am so grateful. This is my new plumber!Update 4/12/24Another hydrojet to clean our our problem laundry room. A big thanks to Joe and Lewis for getting everything flowing again, see you next year for our annual maintenance! Excellent service.

James and Daniel came and installed a water softener on Friday. They were very informative about how to use the new system and explained how this would help extend the life of my appliances. I highly recommend this company.I called them later that day because I noticed an issue with my water heater that I did not understand. The pipe outside was leaking. James and Daniel came on Sunday to inspect the issue and it turned out to be the pressure valve and not the water heater (yeah). I would also recommend to all that you place an alarm in your hot water pan to let you know early when a leak is occurring. It will save you a lot of damage.Two great guys.

Hi. I’m in salado. These guys are so great and very special. We moved into a hard water issue that caused continuous problems. They resolved our issues, worked their butts off for us in every way they could. Everyone is super nice from the office gals to the plumbers themselves and their helpers. Choose these guys! 👍🏻It’s been a couple months since I got my sewage and waterlines redone through Rooterman, but I’ve had a recent experience that has made me HAVE to write a review.Let me back up... After they completed the job in March, I was unsure how I felt about it. I got an amazing price, but they don’t patch the drywall very well and they “let the dirt settle on its own” in the back yard. I agreed to both, so I knew beforehand. A little more frustrating was that in our attic (they ran the water lines above my house) I found some trash that they had left and a duct was knocked out of my A/C unit. I never followed up to “complain”, so I can’t say that they wouldn’t have made it right. I just say this to share what all I was processing.So, why do I rate them at 5 stars? Great question 😊*This is point in case that customer service carries a weight on customer satisfaction that is mind boggling.Although it’s taken 4 months, our dirt has settled and my view of repairing the drywall has gotten more optimistic (instead of me paying Rooterman extra money for them to hire a pro, they let me do it myself or hire someone without paying a premium). BUT this is not why I have rambled on for so long...I say ALL this because despite what I thought about the company (which wasn’t really negative, just unsure), Brianna’s customer care that I experienced convinced me that I can’t not give these guys a 5 star review. She has been absolutely exceptional. She has exuded what it means to go above and beyond for a customer. I came back to them 4 months later in need of an administrative favor and she’s been nothing but helpful. NOT pushed aside because they already got my money.I have been very impressed Brianna, keep up the good work and thank you so much for all your help!

Jay a good service before and decided to let these guys handle the new issue I’m having with a drain and sadly their fix lasted a little over a week for $130. Was told it was great and should not be an issue but sadly that does not seem to be the case. I will be using them though to try and use a jetter to resolve the issue so fingers crossed. I have some negative feelings on this obviously this is why we use plumbers but these people are really easy to work with and try to help.

The techs that came out for a water leak were amazing very nice and professional.. The home warranty company kept messing up the claim and eventually canceled the claim. However, they still came out and repaired the leak within 35 minutes and it took them less than 10 minutes to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company.
