KC Water Damage was so helpful, flexible, honest, and inexpensive. My sewer backed up in my unfinished basement and I had raw sewage and standing water down there. I compared the prices on this job against 5 different places because it can get pricey to vacuum out, wash, and sanitize. KC Water was by far the least expensive, most honest, and very flexible and speedy. It was done in just about an hour, and my basement is sparkling. Thank you!

I had some tenants who would flush anything and everything down the toilet. Eventually everything backed up into the house and we took on some really nasty water. I found KC online under keywords emergency water damage KC. I immediately called KC and the really nice person said that she would put me in touch with a tech. About 3 minutes later I got a call back and within 4 hours after the initial everything was pretty much back to normal. I had the emergency plumber and immediately after the team from KC was cleaning up. I truly HATE situations such as this and KC understood that. The calm demeanor of the team is what put my suspicions at ease. I really do wish KC Water Damage Restoration the best because they really helped me during this time. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things. Our sump pump went out early the morning we were leaving for my mother’s funeral. We had no choice but to leave. We found KCWaterDamage online and had to hope for the best. They went so far above and beyond keeping us informed and taking necessary steps to minimize the damage - all while we weren’t there to observe. To say they’re trustworthy is far more than a catchy slogan.

Our basement was infested with a benign mold when we first discovered it, we had neglected for lack of time and that grew out of proportion to spread across 2 walls in just 3 months. The guys at KC Water Damage responded quickly when they arrived and assessed our needs. They remediated the mold, located the source of the water infiltration through a tiny invisible crack behind the paint; stopped the water crack and repaired it. By spotting out the exact position of the source of the mold behind the wall and the humidity inside the basement they have now permanently removed it they told me. I have no hesitation recommending KC Water Damage to anyone looking for high quality service at a reasonable price.

We had a minor flood coming from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs kitchen, pouring through the light fixture. Patrick from KC Water Damage came out and inspected the damage and was very honest with us about our options. He didnt push any services on us and just provided us the information we needed and told us what he could do to help. He went above and beyond in helping us with drying the area, and came back to check in on it the next week. KC Water Damage should be the first call you make if you have any flooding issues!

The remediators were very cautious around the property and made sure that everything in the home was secure and that no other damage would result from the water leak. I was on vacation and found out about mold in my dads condo. I was devastated! I contacted kc water damage and they assured me they would take care of everything. They met me the next day, walked through the damage that needed to be done. Our second story toilet backed up, and the water spilled through our ceilings to the first floor. We had no idea what to do, but found KCWATERDAMAGE Emergency Services from our brother who had used them. They cleaned, disinfected, and dried all the mess. We were traveling, and were afraid we were coming home to an intolerable mess. When we returned, our floors were actually cleaning when we left, and other than a hole covered in plastic, you could barely tell something had happened. We also hired KC WATER DAMAGE to make the repairs to the house. Excellent job. CAN I SEND YOU SOME MORE TOMORROW

KC Water Damage has helped us twice for water damages within our home. Most recently, our sump pump failed which resulted in our basement being flooded. I called Patrick on a Saturday evening around 5pm (I had his number saved from a previous time he did work for us) and he was at our house in an hour helping get the water up and basement dried out. We are so lucky to have come across Patrick and this company whenever we have had a water emergency. Patrick is great to work with and is very courteous when working at our home. You can tell he really cares and wants to help people in these tough situations. Hopefully, we dont have anymore water damages occur but if we do, I know who to call everytime. KC water damage restoration really came through when I needed them. You really hardly ever think about needing someone specialized in water damage restoration until the day that you do. I could not believe my bad luck, old pipes! And of course no idea where the water was coming from. There was water everywhere and it could have been worse if they hadn´t shown up so fast. These guys helped me sooo much! I honestly thought the gross water damage in my home was just going to stay there forever and would never be fixed.. I was visiting some friends who had just purchased their first home a several months back. Talk about a happy couple! They were ecstatic...at least for a little while.When I was there, there was this weird smell. I asked them about it and they said that it had started a few weeks back. Well, living in the country one can get weird smells from time to time. By the 3rd day, the smell was getting worse. We decided to check it out and see what was going on. We followed the smell to the basement and found that there was sewage backing up in the toilet and started coming onto the floor.
