Gage our installer arrived and completed the installation of our new furnace and set our new Air conditioner for later hookup when the weather is warmer. He did have some assistance from a co-worker. They arrived after 8 am but we’re finished before 5pm. I am very pleased with Gage and his co-worker and HER Heating & Cooling making me a very satisfied customer.

The whole family is amazing and Chantal the wife and mom of the business is the hardest working lady I’ve ever worked with trying to get a job done. This lady worked tirelessly trying to get the financing for the church she never gave up on us. No one would finance a church, but the church family at Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church came through and raised the money and we was not going to let anyone else do this work after all her hard work and effort. They came in and got the job done the Father Tracy and son Gage and the other young man helping were all wonderful to work with. Thank you thank you thank you.

I could not recommend this company more. We noticed our water heater was leaking gas and HER responded almost immediately. They came out to help the next morning. They were very responsive, friendly and straight forward. There were no surprises when it came to cost, every step of the way they kept us informed and updated us if anything changed.
