Extremely expensive, a complete rip-off!!!!!! 355 dollars to cap a pipe that was already exposed, no digging, scooped out 6 cups water and put a cap on. I will never call them again!!!!!

I hope this is the right roto-rooter. Late Saturday night I had a catastrophic toilet issue that flooded my bathroom. The emergency number put me in touch with Brad. This man is a treasure. Unfortunately he had several other calls before mine. But he gave me tips and I was able to fix the issue on my own. It saved me time and money which Ill need to redo the floors lol. So even though you didnt make it too my house your service was amazing and I will be calling you for any future plumbing needs. And Brad if you see this, thank you for being awesome!

The best plumber in Temple. These guys were able to fix the mess caused by another plumber and they did for a better price than the other guys. They were friendly and helpful and made sure that I got what I needed. They made sure I got what I wanted and not what they wanted. They were even able to help me get back some stuff from the other guys that I wouldnt have gotten otherwise. A+++!!!

We had a leak in the wall. Brad responded and found the source and stopped it. Joe and Matt showed up soon later and began to remove the drywall and flooring. All three followed up with mitigation of the original leak and the remainder of water damage. 4 days later and all was left for insurance to fix the walls and floors.

Rick, the plumber who came out, was extremely nice and very helpful. We have had a recurring problem with our plumbing, so I asked several questions...got all the answers I needed. He fixed the current problem and gave me good recommendations to help prevent future issues. If I have any future plumbing needs, I would certainly call roto-rooter again and ask for Rick.

I had a clogged drain for the millionth time and again I called the only plumbers I would ever call when something like this happens. I trust them and find them very dependable and honest. Even though they come from Temple mostly I feel like they are always right next door. I will keep going back for future issues!!

BJ was my technician and he was awesome. Yes it was a pretty penny to repair my water heater but he showed me how to do everything on my own. He was a awesome teacher and technician. I think he deserves a raise bc this man was superb...I know about water heater main fence now and now how to do it!

Mr. Rooter and Jake for the 5 STARS! My initial phone call and scheduling was an excellent first impression. Very professional and able to address my concerns and schedule the same day. Jake arrived and his first impression was consistent with the phone call, very professional. He immediately explained how his services worked and what he would be doing. He immediately got to work and located the issue. He then explained how it would be fixed and the cost breakdown. Turns out that our clogged pipe was a bit more stubborn than some, but he did not give up and was able to successfully unclog it. He gave suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future and how we could better use our system. I am so grateful for Jakes level of expertise and customer service. I will be entering Mr. Rooter in my contacts for any future services I hope I wont need. Thanks so much!

I CALLED AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE ISSUE WAS THE LADY WAS SUPER NICE PAID 238 AND THE PROBLEM WAS STILL NOT FIXED CALLED BACK TO HAVE THEM SEND THE TECHNICIAN BACK OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM I PAID FOR AND IT COST ME ANOTHER 125.I FEEL WE GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THE COMPANY AND I CALLED TO TALK WITH A MANAGER AND HOW CONVENIENT THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON DUTY. SO I WAS FORCED TO MAKE A DECISION PAY THE ADDITIONAL MONEY TO THE TECHNICIAN OR CONTINUE TO HAVE THE ISSUE. DESPITE THE ISSUE WHICH WAS BAD COMMUNICATION I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND USING THEM. THE MANAGER CALLED ME TODAY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND APOLOGIZED ABOUT THE WHOLE MISCOMMUNICATION. THEY REALLY TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUS AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE MANAGER CALLING ME BACK.

I highly recommend this branch of Roto-rooter to anyone in the Bell County area who has an emergency plumbing situation. We had an exterior water pipe burst that was not noticed until it flooded 50% of the perimeter of our home. I called Roto-Rooter and they had two techs at our home in less than 10 minutes (which was mostly luck since they happened to be in the area, but the response was still fantastic). Robert and the other tech whose name began with a D were incredibly professional and helpful in getting the situation resolved. The price was certainly far from ideal but it was reasonable, which is more than worth it when your home is facing foundational damages. I wanted to ensure that Robert and the other tech who was with him (sorry man but Im bad with names, Robert is listed on the invoice) were recognized for their professionalism and customer service within the company

Our main line going to the septic backed up while I was on the road I called a company that sounds like roto rooter but wasnt they took $230 and said they could not clear the line so I called root- rooter which i should have done from the first they came out in 45 minutes and had the drain clear in 15 minutes for less than the other guys. Found I had a line colapsing they gave me a quote and setup everything including utility lookups and permits. Work was completed in one day they left the job site as clean as they found it. I will call them from now on. They were also very freindly well mannered and kept me informed as to what they were doing.
