Water heater died and flooded basement - after many calls to many companies GEM responded promptly and with care . Team was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. And they were fast, efficient and cleaned up beautifully. The guys were so very nice. What’s was most appreciated was the continuous communication . We were kept in the loop as to timing, process and what needed to be done. Many thanks to all . Pricing was reasonable and timing was perfect. They made it happen quickly. 👍

Dennis was very helpful and informative during the town’s electrical inspection (after the outside and inside boxes were replaced due to storm damage). Dennis arrived early to be sure he would be here for the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and explains things very clearly.Ryan S is a competent electrician. He responded quickly during an emergency issue with my power lines and outside box being ripped off my house during a wind storm. He explained why the inside breaker box needed to be replaced as well. Ryan communicates well and the completed repairs are excellent. I would ask for Ryan again for any electrical work.

Prompt, pleasant and overly easy to understand and work with. Im changing my oil furnace to propane, every thing was out of my house with in 3-4hrs... Great company, very reasonably priced. Douglas came out in evening but needed a part. When part was ready, he came same day and did a great job. Professional, hardworking, cleaned area and did job in perfect timing. Wet happy with the job done!

Lost heat weekend before Christmas, GEM sent a tech out Sunday and he was excellent. Diagnosed the problem and said he would try to get the part on Monday. Christmas was wed and we were having our family for Christmas dinner and it was the coldest nights of the year . Anyway, we both looked for the part. he found it and recommended a smaller part which cost $110. He found the parts at the factory, i found the parts online for around $850, He called me before arriving and said the total cost would be over $2600. I said that sounded like a lot and could he breakdown parts snd labor, He said the company does not do that. I was desperate so I paid it,

Recently had a new boiler installed by GEM Plumbing. From initial diagnosis with Admilson, to project planning with Byron and finally installation with plumbing done by Jake, and Edwin and electrical done by Leonidas, the job went off without a hitch. Everyone was professional, highly qualified, clean, courteous and efficient. Very satisfied with the team!

I used GEM to disconnect and reconnect the gas line and water in my kitchen. I was replacing the granite counter tops with quartzite. They scheduled me right away, arrived on time for both the disconnect and reconnect. Their fees were competitive and the services were performed with no issues. I will certainly use them again.

So far, GEM Plumbing & Heating has been very helpful to us. Weve had the maintenance membership for a little more than a year, and they come twice a year to service our heat pump, minisplits and tankless water heater. Were happy with their service, and their technicians are usually very friendly, respectful and patience with us, taking time to explain maintenance aspects of our equipment, as well as, giving us usage and maintenance tips.
