Corbin did a fantastic job on my project. I had a scheduled appointment with him, but an emergency plumbing issue popped up (broken water pump leading to backed up sinks and leaky pipes) the day before his arrival and he was able to pivot on the spot.The work was thorough--he not only replaced the faulty pump, but cleaned out the basin, and rearranged plumbing for easier access. The new pump is also much quieter than my old one--so this is a huge upgrade I wasnt even suspecting.Corbin was punctual, answered my questions, and had the entire job done in half a day. The space was left clean and the problem is solved.This is the second plumbing project Ive used CPI for. Luis re-worked a tricky venting issue Id been having that was causing a sewage smell in my basement apartment. He was creative in solving the problem, and like Corbin, the work was efficient and tidy. Most importantly, the problem was solved.Im a new homeowner and have worked with a few different plumbers to fix up my house. CPI is the best in my experience, and Ill continue using them for all my projects going forward!

Very happy and satisfied with service and replacement of our leaking hot water heater today by CPI Plumbing. Corbin White and Christian Julius came out on the call, and were friendly, courteous, professional and did a great job, explaining everything to us and answering our questions, and did a good thorough job of cleaning up before they left. We were very pleased, overall, and even asked for estimates for some future plumbing work. I would recommend CPI Plumbing to anyone looking for a good, honest plumber, that gives you a fast response time with employees who do a good job and aim to please.

We appreciated his intelligent response and positive attitude despite the nuisance of dealing with the oddities of an older home! Tyler followed up with a team approach that got the work done efficiently and effectively. Really appreciated the teamwork, and the fact that they showed up right on time, but giving us plenty of notice, went right to work, and fixed the leak and restored the ducting that had to be removed to get at the leak. Justin Kalmus was amazing! He arrived on time and in uniform. He explained the process and pricing to me and my mother. He provided financing options, if needed. He replaced shower diverters and shower heads in two bathrooms that were 20+ years old. He had to solder a part and even corrected an upside down overflow drain cover. Once completed, he had me checkout his work. He cleaned up and disposed of the old parts. We were so happy with the results! I highly recommend CPI. They were very professional from scheduling to work onsite.

This week I had to call CPI to come out to figure out a drip situation in the garage. It was a pipe that had a slow drip.Ryan Frizzell from CPI and was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of arriving there. The problem was an old pressure gauge that had failed. Thankfully, Ryan had a replacement for the gauge. He estimated that it would be fixed within an hour. He had it working in less time than that. Both he and Julio (technician assistant) were both professional and friendly. Ryan was really knowledgeable. I just really appreciated them being there and fixing the problem.This is my second time using CPI and I think they are awesome. Ryan is awesome! Thank you Ryan & CPI :-)

CPI had great advice to start when we thought a unit was going to start a fire in our house...and no, there was no off switch and the breaker wasnt killing it. So we called the fire dept who cut the wiring. The danger was past, but now we needed repairs. Next morning it got even better... Nicholas arrived! What a wonderful man he was. Professional, but friendly. My dog went right to him too.... big plus!! He determined the problem but didnt have a replacement...then went out of his way to go get one and install it. He is the kind of employee that makes good companies great!!! Kudos!

Couple of leaks fixed up efficiently and quickly by Ryan our plumber. He immediately figured out the source of the leak, described the fixes, then went to work and had all the materials in the truck that it only took a few hours. He thoroughly tested it after to make sure it was resolved and also let me know of another thing that needs to get resolved soonish. I really appreciated how courteous and professional he was. When leaks happen, time is of the essence. Always a relief when it gets done quickly! I will call these guys again for other needs based on my experience with Ryan.
