Notturno installed 4- Mini splits in our home during a remodel for heating and air conditioning , helped with getting a 0% heat loan, and a rebate through mass save. The whole team has been great to work with. (Except for getting answers to why the line connections were installed in the walls and not behind the heads, and connections not protected from the spray foam. ) but with there warranty hopefully it won’t be a problem. Can’t wait to get back into the house and put them to work!I will recommend Notturno plumbing and heating to all my friends and family. ( I got quotes from Notturno and 4 other companies, and Chris gave me some of the best prices and knowledge, and was an easy choice for the project in the end)

Very grateful for Nicole Tradd and Josh M. We had a leak in our hot water line. They repaired it quickly and also identified and resolved a potentially bigger issue with the expansion tank. They were knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was done, and how to identify this issue in the future. They were friendly and respectful of our home. We highly recommend Notturno and will use them in the future.

Called for emergency service for leaking water heater. Technicians arrived promptly (same day luckily), were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the property. New water heater installed same day, technicians took the time to explain what work was done, and what (if anything) was needed to be done on our end. They also confirmed that we had no unanswered questions before leaving and the work area was clean and clear of any debris. Definitely recommend Notturno Home Service!

All in all, good experience and we will consider having Notturno Home Service provide us ongoing maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. BTW, the office staff was also very friendly and informative. Made us feel comfortable as we were dealing with this new entity.

Notturno has been excellent in troubleshooting and then the replacement of our broken Goodman furnace and 30+ year old AC system.1. Furnace began acting up around New Year 2024 and the Notturno techs that helped out were very professional and took time to show me how to troubleshoot the unit to get it to working when it would short cycle. That was above and beyond what the service call was for and got me through the winter months.2. Chris Chartier in their sales/solutions group was very helpful and patient as went through unit sizing and navigating the MassSave/Heat Loan process to start the installation in March.3. The install happened on 3/13. I got a text notification they were on the way. The installation went very smoothly. The crew cleaned up the areas they were working in and walked us through what they did and how to use the new equipment.Excellent experience with the installation and service. Price for the HVAC replacement and install was right in line with my other quotes.4/5/2024 Edited to add: During the electrical permit walkdown, I talked to Mike Notturno and mentioned some of the noise we are hearing. He sent over his service crew to evaluate the heat pump they found a manufacturer issue that they are going to service and repair. That is great follow up service.

She took care to realign it so there was no gap between wall and pedestal and took time to remove hard water stain from around the faucet insert. She was professional and friendly. I wanted to recommend Notturno Plumbing! Our (very old & very large) hot water heater started to leak a few weeks ago -- I called Notturno in a panic and they came to check it out the very same day. We ended up ordering a new system, which was going to take a few days to come in. To hold us over, they installed a temporary hot water heater for us. A few days later, they installed our new tankless system perfectly and today we received a thank-you-for-your-business gift in the mail! Every person that we spoke to on the phone and every person that entered our house was kind, professional, and on time! They were awesome from start to finish. If youre in a need of a plumber (especially in a jam!), definitely give Notturno a call!

I was very pleased with my experience with Nicole today. She was here in the time I was told she would be. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and took care of the problem. She did an inspection to make sure there werent any water leaks in the bathrooms and under the sinks. She went over all the different membership plans and what they include. She is personable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Nicole and Notturno.

Chuck arrived right on time this morning, along with his assistants Ryan and Joshua. We live in a pre-1900 home and they had a huge job replacing cast iron pipes and faucets. They were very efficient and so pleasant to work with. The crew gave us advice on another issue we have to fix in the future and was extremely knowledgeable. My wife was thrilled, they left the work area cleaner than when they came in. Would highly recommend their services and they booked us very quickly.

First of all, i only ever leave reviews when i am highly impressed or deeply disappointed.That being said, Josh and Ryan were awesome! Josh was very knowledgeable and highly professional. He patiently explained what the issues were with my water heater and what the possible solutions were. Notturno Plumbing is a company that really cares about and listens to their customers. You can tell from the people you speak to in the office, to the technicians that come to your house, up to the upper management that they value the people they serve. My tankless water heater had been leaking, and when I called to hopefully schedule a service visit the team in the office was kind, supportive, and quick in scheduling a time for a technician to come out. The technicians were very professional, prompt, and took care to be neat inside the home, even cleaning up after themselves before they left. After the initial service there was some additional leaking (from a different part inside the water heater). The office scheduled a same day appointment to have someone come back out. Everyone I spoke with or had in my home was wonderful. It’s nice to see companies who put people first and work with the customer to have a positive outcome. Absolutely use Notturno for any of your home needs.

Overall a very positive experience. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable as I asked questions to gain knowledge during his diagnostic. He explained what service was needed for my central ac unit. I would recommend the company and would request the technician again. They are local and this was deliberate in making my selection if an emergency ever occurs. The technician did arrive little late due to dropping of his apprentice as he/she had school that evening,(great to have people in these trades!). I understand he doesn’t run logistics and schedule, and it was not a lot of time still outside my quoted window. If the company has the technology in place a text stating the tardiness would be an added plus in the customer service area.

Notturno had Scott and Cody out here within less than an hour of calling and once here they immediately did testing, supplied multiple options and had the selected option in within a few hours as well as supplied a temporary tank until the permanent tank could be wired the next day. Sean, the electrician and Jamie showed up first thing, the following day, completing the wiring, checking the final setup and removed the temporary tank. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future, if needed.

Very happy with the team that came out to replace the kitchen sink faucet as well as the bathroom sink faucet and the shut off valves under that sink. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The team leader also took the time to point out how much I would save if I purchase a low cost plumbing plan. When I saw that that the plan saved me more than the one plan cost -it didnt take long to whip out my credit card and close the deal. Very please with communications prior to the call and the follow up afterwards. We recently bought our house and the furnace needed some TLC. The folks at Notturno have been wonderful. Just today they came around after I rang to ask about the pressure relief valve operating. They looked everything over and replaced the faulty valve. They also recommended replacing an additional valve that was original to the system. When they opened it up it was almost fully blocked! Since it is housed on the first floor of our condo, it was necessary to have it repaired ASAP to avoid damage to the flooring in our unit. Our family had a complicated and expensive HVAC issue that took many months (and many trips to the house) to resolve. The techs were always personable and professional, and always arrived when they were supposed to.Management had to get involved for a significant issue that came up, and the team stepped up in a big way. Notturno absorbed the cost of a mistake that had been made, and they did it without a lot of hassle. I was surprised and impressed!You never know what youre going to get when you reach out to an unknown service provider in your area, but I would certainly recommend Notturno to new customers.

Just had an excellent experience with Notturno Plumbing and Heating. Onexys was our service technician and did our annual check-up on our AC. He was very polite and professional. He had one concern and contacted his supervisor, Mike Smith, who immediately showed up. We had been using the wrong filters and they advised us as to which ones that we should be using. We have always been very happy with all the work, both HVAC and plumbing that Notturno has done for us and highly recommend them.

We looked up the price of the item to be replaced. It was about $300 at the most. Company said it would be an all day job for a price of approximately $2200. They were here for 3 hours. Thats over $600/hour excluding cost of the part! That being said they did a good job and its fixed. Shouldve been a plumber...

Had a great experience with Notturno! We had our water tank die, and needed something new quickly. The front office was very helpful and responsive - the tank died on a weekend, but they were still able to answer and get someone out that same day. We discussed our options with the tech, Scott, including the option to upgrade to a Tankless system which is something we had been considering anyway. Scott was very knowledgeable and informative about the pros/cons of the various options, and we ended up deciding to upgrade to Tankless. Notturno was able to give us priority scheduling even though they were mostly booked for a few weeks, and within a day or two Scott came back and set up the entire system in a single day! By the end of the day we had hot water again and so far (about a month later) the system is doing its job - unlimited hot water, which is something our old tank definitely wasnt doing! Very happy with everything from Notturno

Super happy with Notturno in general and my service technician Rob in particular. Rob was a pleasure to work with as well as the two apprentices that joined him on the job. This was a major bathroom renovation replacing all of the cast iron from my roof to my basement, rehanging all the PVC in my basement, and plumbing out an entirely new footprint for my second floor bath. Pricey, but you cant over pay for quality work and confidence in a job well done!10/20/23 Update - Called them back to replace my Hot Water Tank with a new tankless unit. Same great service Ive come to expect.
