Tony was our plumber and he had done a fantastic job keeping us updated on the job status, what they were going to do next and what the cost was going to be. Excellent service from Barkley Plumbing with an underground water leak at our business. Robert promptly came out and assessed the situation and had me contact the leak detection company. Once the leak detection found the area, Roberts guys came back and dug to find the leak. They repaired the leak and we are very happy with their service.

Great service! Had some clogged showers that Barkley Plumbing snaked and also they replaced a toilet that was leaking. The toilet replacement was unexpected but they provided thorough information and did the repair within 1.5 hours. Would recommend!

Excellent Experience!We had the situation where some 65-year-old drainpipes in the wall had corroded to the point they were no longer flowing. Barkley came out quickly and gave us a professional bid and the repair crew arrived within a week. Every step of the way their communication was clear and accurate. The quality of their work was good. They were polite and answered all my questions. They did exactly what they came to do and did it on time and within the bid. They cleaned up their mess and removed the debris. Everyone I dealt with from the front office to the plumbing assistant was honest and service oriented. Will I use them again in the future? YES. Would I recommend them to friends and family? YES.

Ive used Ball Plumbing twice in the last few months and both experiences were great. The first issue had to do with roots encroaching in the drain line causing everything to back up. I should mention that the house is a rental. I called Ball, and Robert headed to the property the same day, even though I called him late in the afternoon. He identified the problem and was able to fix the issue the next day. He was very upfront with different solutions and costing. The second time I called him was just the other day. I am turning the house over to new tenants. The old tenants had tried to fix a clogged drain and instead made it worse. Again Robert to the rescue on the same day with fair pricing and quality repairs. I highly recommend Ball Plumbing.update: 9/24/2016Ive now used Ball plumbing four times, and every experience has been great.

Our water heater suddenly died and as first time homeowners we didnt know what to do next. We called Barkley plumbing and they came out right away and reworked their schedule to get our new heater installed the same day. Our house gave them quite a challenge with our old water heater being located on a ledge 6 ft off the ground but they all worked together to get it figured out and checked in with me along the way. I highly recommend them!

Fixed two issues, the first issue was our furnace coils for the air conditioner drained into our crawl space incorrectly. He was able to come out the next day after I called him, and work on it. Looked over the issue before quoting it, and explained the work to be done very well.The second job, the same next day visit, and fixed the issue. I recommend if you want a plumbing job done well and completed the right way, this is the plumber for you.

Ball Plumbing is absolutely fantastic. I had a toilet replaced. They were there within hours of my call (and this wasnt an emergency), got the perfect size toilet for the space, installed it quickly and efficiently, charged a fair price, and best of all, never made fun of me for my 0 star plumbing skills that caused the issue in the first place. This company is top notch.

After 5 days of another company telling me theyd need to change my appointment yet again, I called Ball Plumbing. He told me hed come the next day at 9:00 and was there on the dot. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. It even was less time and money than he had quoted me. If you need a plumber call Ball first!

We have used Ball Plumbing twice: to install a kitchen faucet and re-route the dishwasher drain line, and replace a bathroom toilet/toilet line. In both cases, the service was timely, professional, and very fairly priced. We appreciated the personal touch provided during each visit. We will use this company for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet. I contacted Ball Plumbing and they were able to schedule me in right away. Robert came out and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I live out in Sudden Valley all the other plumbers in the area would of charge me a fee for coming out there, but Ball Plumbing didnt. Its also nice that this company post there service fees online and stick with it, no hidden fees. I will be going back to them in the future.

I could not recommend Robert more. I called with a just discovered plumbing issue discovered when someone else installed my dishwasher. He was at my house within a half hour for a non emergent issue, fixed the problem for more than a fair “price”; I can tell he cares about his work and the people he serves. I will use him for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

The two men that did the work were professional. They did a great job installing it. Showed me how to adjust hands if I wished to change it how to remove the aerator if I need to clean it out. Left the job cleaned up nicely. If we need more work in the future we will be calling them back.

Robert is the GREATEST PLUMBER and human being on the planet earth. I had a true plumbing emergency with water leaking from a very weirdly concocted hand held shower head. Water was pouring into my bathroom below and when I called he came immediately! Diagnosed the problem and took care of it in a very timely manner. And I wasnt blindsided by the price. He was upfront with his costs, NO SURPRISES. Given what he did to save my house I would say he was worth every cent! He is totally honest, has an incredible work ethic and knows everything there is to know about plumbing. If you are looking for a plumber and reading this review, CALL HIM IMMEDIATELY, you wont regret it!!!!!

I smelled propane in our laundry room late afternoon on Monday. I called Ball at 5:20 p.m, they answered immediately and scheduled the repair for the following morning at 9 a.m. The plumber arrived right on time and immediately got to work to fix the gas leak. I asked him to take a look at another issue with the drain out from our furnace, he quickly made the repairs and was out the door in under an hour.Invoicing is slick - all current with e-mailed invoices and instant payment processing from the iPad. For a grand total of $155 (that included labor, parts,tax) my leaks are fixed!I am in the real estate industry, I will HAPPILY refer Ball to my clients!Thanks for the great work.-Erinn Nobel

Last year I had a problem with a water heater that would not relight after a minor basement flood. I called Barkley Plumbing and, although it was late afternoon (after closing), Robert talked me through the process for several minutes until I got the heater relit. Robert refused to charge me then for his time or his advice, so I promised myself that I would call him the very next time I needed a plumber. Yesterday was that day. The tenants in our rental condo called to tell me that their water heater was leaking onto the floor of the storage closet. I called Robert this morning and within an hour he was at the condo and calling me back to report on what was needed… a new water heater and re-plumbing the expansion tank (the previous installer had placed it on the hot line instead of the cold line). A few hours later the work was done, at a very fair price, and Robert texted me a photo showing the finished job. Both I and my renters were very happy. If you want a skilled job done on time, and at a fair price, I recommend Barkley Plumbing. They are the best I’ve dealt with!

Honestly I dont write a lot of reviews but these guys were just super easy to work with, clear communication etc, that I felt like they deserved a shout out. Had them come out to replace a busted outdoor faucet, as well as install a new one in another location outside. They showed up on time (they even had a GPS tracking link they send when they were on their way), got under the house and identified the issue quickly, fixed the old one and installed the new faucet, and were on their way in only about 90 mins. James was friendly and helpful, as well the individual who schedule our service when we called originally. Will definitely use them in the future.

I highly recommend Barkley Plumbing. In the past, they have installed a new sink faucet and cleared our backed up pipes several times. This morning we had a flooded bathroom. I emailed them at 6:00 am and got a call back by 6:30. He suggested a possible fix related to our sewer pump, that we could do ourselves. It worked, saving us time and the cost of a plumber visit! Highly ethical!
