I called DFW Home Maintenance with concerns that my hot water heater went out. I called Monday and they were able to come out same day to give me a quote.After being stood up multiple times by a chain company I decided to call DFW home maintenance for an appointment. I called at 10am on Wednesday and they has Jason (the plumber) at my house by 4pm ready to install my new water heater. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly to resolve our issue.After installation the home office called to set up a time for a city inspector to come out the next day for inspection. I think this is great customer service.My hot water was restored within a hour of installation.Damon was also great to work with and was very helpful and kept me informed.I greatly appreciate the responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction. We will definitely use DFW Home Maintenance again for future needs.

Com and they said they could cine that day within 2-3 hrs and they said they would give us a reasonably price quote on site, in accordance to the issue that they observed. They gave us their diagnosis of the expected problem and went to work. It would be nice if they can see whats going on and pinpoint what needs to get done and stick with the initial estimate. The plumber also didnt give us details regarding what tools/materials he bought nor receipts. Just told us a vague amount of what he spent.Couldve been more clarified.

We used DFW Home Maintenance twice to handle 2 very different jobs. Damon and Bosco were both very professional. First with the original call back to the thumbtack request I posted and all the way through the completion of both projects. We had our kitchen sink re-plumbed and small tank hot water heater installed to provide instant hot water. It was complex but their plumber took care of the install with ease. Later we had an entry way light, breakfast light, dining light, and pendant lights changed out. Damon assigned a very skillful team to tackle the job the next day which was extremely appreciated. Their team arrived as scheduled and tackled the job very professionally. We will definitely be contacting DFW Home Maintenance for all of our maintenance issues that arise with home ownership. I am glad we found this service and their dedication to complete projects timely and very professionally.
