My mother had an oil delivery and much to our surprise, she woke up to a basement floor covered in oil the next morning. We called LHR and they sprang right into action--they were at her house within 20 minutes! The bad news--she had a crack in her oil tank. The good news--LHR could fix it immediately (unlike the service department where she gets her oil delivered from who told her it would be at least a week!) The price quoted to us we felt was very fair and appropriate for the work that was going to be done. Angel and his team (Im sorry I dont remember all your names) are AMAZING! I dont know what we wouldve done without them! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!

Our tankless water heater stopped working right before Christmas leaving us with not only no hot water, but not even water to do laundry or run the dish washer. They had someone at my house the day after I spoke to someone. They actually came and remarkabley fast. They actually communicated incredibly. They didnt give us an appointment time to call it off last minute or respond a week later. Unlike every other plumber in proximity to my home. They were very proficient, professional and expedient. LHR Plumbing will be my familys go to plumbing and heating company from now on.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at this company was so friendly and helpful! I tested my central ac and noticed an animal must have gotten to it, within 24 hours someone was able to come out and look at it. They were even able to get me in earlier than expected after checkingIf I was available.The representative and service manager took the time to explain step by step on what the process would look like. The person who came out was also great to work with and was really friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the service would cost me an arm and a leg but it was very very reasonable. I’m so glad I found this company and I’m so thankful to them that I will have central ac in this 90 degree weather. I highly recommend and will use them again and tell everyone about them !

LHR got my service scheduled immediately for 2 days out from the day I called. Cody, the technician, showed up on time and was professional, friendly, and efficient when completing the diagnostic to get to some options (this included working in my terrible crawl space and being patient and professional despite the less than favorable work space). Jeff was professional and open about options and pricing for my issue, and did not charge for any time that Cody was not working after the initial diagnosis. Once I selected an option, the work was completed quickly and my issue was resolved. Will definitely be calling again for my future plumbing needs.

I called Angel (owner of LHR), he said they were short staffed due to workers being out for spring break but said he’d show up personally. He was onsite within 15 minutes and he had it fixed within 3 hours. Incredible service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience with having LHR address our toilet plumbing problem. Office staff (Sadie) was pleasant to work with. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days. Infact we were notified the day before when some time in their schedule became available thus making it possible to get the job done early. Plumbing Service Technician Jeff Boisvert was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very meticulous about not tracking any septic material through our house by judiciously removing and donning shoe covers every time he would return from his service van and walk through our house. I can wholeheartedly recommend LHR plumbing and heating.

In any case, I’m glad I checked, because we were thrilled with LHR’s reasonable pricing and next-level service! Everyone from the phone (thank you, Sadie and Mary!) to the final service call (Matt provided old-school personal service with a friendly outgoing demeanor coupled with top-notch workmanship) made our experience with LHR the best we’ve ever had with a plumbing/heating company. Im extremely impressed by Brandon Stachuls expertise and honesty, of LHR plumbing and heating. This guy knows his stuff! He put me at ease immediately with his confidence and knowledge of how to handle our heating system. Brandon is everything a service man should be: smart, courteous, honest and personable. We hired a different, well known plumbing and heating company the day before for this situation. It was left undone and never started because of parts needing to be ordered and also left me with the worry of potentially having to replace the heater, if the parts ordered didn’t work. I called LHR the next morning and Brandon walks in and sincerely assured me, after looking at it for no more that 20 minutes that he would have it up and running. LHR came to the rescue!! Last week the hose to my ice maker had a tiny pin hole in it causing water to leak all over my basement. Angel Acevedo was great and showed me how to turn off the valve to the fridge so it would no longer leak. What looked to be an easy fix… I attempted the repair on my own… causing even more of a disaster in the piping! Yikes! I was able to get an appointment right away! Eric Ngo was my repair man! He was great. Very professional and walked me through the entire process of what he was doing. Within 20 minutes, I had new piping, my water was turned back on and I had a working ice maker.. with NO LEAKS!! I highly recommend LHR to everyone and will continue to use them moving forward!

Im delighted to say I found my new plumbers! I cannot say enough about the professionalism, respectfulness, and genuine decency I was treated to by Matt and his colleague-in-training Kamren (not a misspelling :-) ) Not only was LHR the first plumbing company to respond to our call, but they were on time, friendly, and went above and beyond what I expected. We have an old house with lots of old plumbing issues. They tackled each one with professionalism, explaining what they were doing as they went along. Dan and Jeff from LHR did a great job repiping the plumbing for our sink in the kitchen. It also needed a new valve and a garbage disposal installed. Dan and Jeff were super helpful and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why. They also offered us a few tips to help stop the dishwasher from backing up as well as keeping the pipes functioning properly. I also had them look at our bathtub drain that had been leaking down through our kitchen ceiling. They resolved the issue no problem. Friendly courteous and funny. They worked fast and I would definitely hire them on future projects.

My water heater had reduced water flow and was not getting up to temp. Turned out to need a new mixer valve. The technician was great all around (prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, etc...). I initially had an issue with the billing for the job performed and a manager reached out to me and turns out there has been a billing code error that was made. I appreciated hearing back and seeing the refund process immediately as promised. Company was quick and efficient in all areas.

These guys did an amazing job in basically reinstalling our outdoor shower. We found the existing outdoor shower in our new home unusable. These guys set it up so that my husband can flush the system out to avoid freezing/ leaks in future. Very knowledgeable, and neat. This was my third time using LHR and once again I was not disappointed. The first time the owner, Angel, showed up himself to fix our problem - such a humble, professional person he is! This time I had an emergency with my water heater right before leaving for vacation. LHR responded, showed up on time, were professional and courteous (very respectful of my home wearing face masks and boot covers as needed). The water heater got replaced right away. LHR is so trustworthy and gave me so much peace of mind that I left Mark and his apprentice to lock up my house when they were done, so I could leave with my family on vacation. Just Wow! My regular company H......e left me hanging after calling in advance to confirm they would reseat my toilet after doing a flooring project today. I called LHR Plumbing and Heating explained my situation and was told they would be here between12pm and 2 pm. They showed up around 12:30pm ready to work. They assessed the situation and went further to examine not only the toilet but went to the basement to make sure there were no issues underneath the toilet...very thorough. Gave us a reasonable price for the job and performed the service professionally thinking not only about today but the long term in the quality of parts and skill. Had a local company come to clean my boiler and was told oh, you have a cracked block. We got several quotes from recommended plumbing companies. LHR came in at a very reasonable price. I called LHR because of a tough clog in my tub and Kevin and Matt arrived the same day. They were very professional, assessed the problem and unclogged my drain pretty quickly. They also gave good advice on how to avoid it in the future. They also provided me with a quote to improve the pipe situation between my tub and sink so this problem will not happen as often. They were conscious of the cost to me, courteous, knowledgeable and effective. I wouldn’t hesitate to use LHR again.

Randy from LHR is fantastic. We bought our house 15 years ago, and we have a Laars Endurance combination unit (baseboard heat and hot water) that was installed by the previous owners. In the past, Ive had plumbers refuse to service the boiler because it wasnt a brand they supported. Even online, the original Laars Endurance is not highly regarded by plumbers.We called LHR because we had no heat, but hot water was fine. Randy from LHR arrived and was familiar with the Laars boiler. He was able to diagnose the problem (a bad transformer) within just a couple of minutes. What I appreciated most was Randys willingness to walk me through not only how the system works, but also to show me the test he ran that showed the failed transformer.At no point did I feel like Randy was rushing the job or trying to talk me into anything extra, though I did request an estimate to replace the boiler as well due to the great service and workmanship.I highly recommend LHR based on this interaction and fix.

I had a clog in my sink drain and couldnt use it at all. Matt & Jeff came and fixed the problem. I feel for people that do this work. They got very wet, smelly and gross but they know their stuff and didnt leave until it was fixed and cleaned up. I always prefer to use this company. I wanted to add that they were down a few plumbers yesterday and still managed to send someone over to help. I truly appreciated it.

Mark was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an expert in his field. Plus hes just a really nice guy! Mark replaced an expansion tank due to it being rusted and rotted from a previous Hyvent leak, fixed our heating problem by replacing two Taco zone valve powerheads which had failed for two zones, and completed a cleaning and tune-up for our gas boiler. We would not hesitate to use LHR Plumbing and Heating and especially Mark in the future.

I had an issue with my water heater and Christopher OHearn went above and beyond the call of duty. He quickly diagnosed the problem with an almost sixth sense within minutes of even looking at it.He then explained the options and thanks to his intervention I was saved an unknown amount of cost and headache. He took the time to explain exactly what caused the issue and fixed it in under an hour for an extremely reasonable rate. The most important aspect to me, was the personalized service, along with the time and energy to explain to me what was going on so I did not feel left in the dark. This is not the easiest thing to do when you have a family of floor with a basement threatening to flood. I could not recommend him more highly to anyone in the region.

Tech was very professional in all aspects. Covid included, although I hate the Covid control that the world is portraying. Its an attack on Liberty. The co. was attentive to my needs, as it was a surprise that my counters were short notice to be installed. So, I needed plumbing help immediately and after calling two cos LHR the third responded immediately. The job was about an hour and it was accomplished rapidly with quality service. Previously, I recommended LHR to my neighbor as I was told they do quality work and they were very satisfied. A toilet was purchased and installed with minimal down time. The President of the co., worked at another co., and installed a high pressure valve and other water fixtures in my house, a well system. Work was done 5 years ago and is still in top condition. It appears that quality is their mission. Cant say enough about LHR.

When I purchased my 1,400 sq ft home it had existing polybutylene piping from 1986 that was starting to rot out at the connections. I had called them to quote the job and scheduled it. One of the connections started leaking a week before the job was scheduled and they were able to come out and get that leak stopped until they could replace the entire system. I needed my whole home re-piped and these guys were able to complete the job in one day and put my mind at ease. They were professional and provided information regarding the system. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.

A septic company sent a rep who sloshed through the water and said he would provide an estimate in a few days to replace a bent intake pipe. We couldnt wait, so we called LHR Plumbing. Matt and Dan came out, did a thorough inspection and saw we were in crisis. They hand dug the area of septic pipe with the problem, traveled the extra mile to go pick up the pipe we needed (a lot of places were out) and cleared their schedule so they could resolve our issue. We are so grateful and highly recommend LHR.
