    When we had a pipe break in the wall behind our Master bathroom toilet at 3:30am, on point plumbing was the first to respond of many companies we called for emergency service on a Saturday morning. Deacon did an amazing job diagnosing the leak and the repairs were done quickly. Deacon was very thorough in explaining what would be done to fix the problem, and he even adjusted the water level of our toilet after noticing it was too high. I would recommend Deacon at on point to anyone with a plumbing problem. Pricing was fair and competitive for the DFW area. They offer a one year warranty on work. Photos of the work were emailed to me, and they even offer a 10% military discount which we greatly appreciate. Thank you Deacon for your professionalism and support.     On Point Plumbing was incredible from start to finish! After reading several reviews we decided to call On Point Plumbing when our hot water heater quit. I called to set up an appointment thinking it’d be at least a week before someone would be available to come look, but they literally had someone at my house within 30 minutes (keep in mind this was after 4:30pm). Clinton was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would need to be done in simple to understand language. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision to move forward with the repairs. By the next morning, we had hot water again! We have used other plumbers in the past that have just been mediocre, but On Point Plumbing went above and beyond. We will definitely reach out to them again if we ever have plumbing needs!

    On Point was able to come out a day after I made the request. Deacon was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, polite and personable, and very knowledgeable. He replaced the gas line behind the stove which required cutting out the Sheetrock. He was neat, precise, and efficient in his work. We were happy with the service and would use them again.

    Wasn’t having success dealing with new build plumbers so decided to seek a 3rd party. Called on a Saturday to see if we could get service and On Point was the first out of several calls to connect us with an actual plumber. Deacon talked to me on the phone for more than 30 minutes and I scheduled him for a service appointment the following Monday. He showed up on time and got my issue sorted in less than an hour that the builder plumbers couldn’t get in several hours. Would highly recommend for anyone needing plumbing service!

    We had a backup of water coming through our tub and shower. Called On Point and they had someone out there within an hour. They offered a discount for the drain clean out, solved the problem, gave free estimates on a few other issues and did a camera down the drains to verify no other issues.     I called On Point Plumbing about a toilet that water wouldn’t go down. She dispatched Clint within 30 minutes. He opened the cap in the front yard and sent the camera thru. He found the clog immediately and was able to flush it out. He also detected another clog in the shower, which he snaked and ran water down (he used a more scientific term) and it cleared the clog. All the while explaining what he was doing. I mentioned that my kitchen garbage disposal died. He re-set it (using more technical terms), cleaned it out and it works fine!SO WORTH the money spent, and Clint was great !!

    I initially contacted On Point for a toilet seal issue and received service the next day from Billy. As luck would have it, the next day, I had a second issue with a blockage in my sewer line. I immediately sent a text to Billy, who responded right away and was at my house within 15 minutes. He carefully unclogged the blockage and discovered a crack in the pipe. He diligently worked through the issue and identified the location of the crack, explaining the entire process along the way. Fortunately, I have a sewer line warranty, so the repair will be fully covered. Without his extensive knowledge and skill set, I would have had no idea about the crack and would have eventually encountered an emergency situation. Grateful for Billy and On Point for wonderful customer service!

    If you’re looking for a good Plumber boy oh boy, do I have one. On Point plumbing came out to put in a disposal that I had bought and thought I could put in myself. When Billy got here, he explained to me that the one I had bought was perfectly OK, but I did not need that high of a horsepower on a disposal. As it turned out, he had a little smaller one in His truck he was able to put the new disposal in in about an hour , that included cleaning up the mess, and cleaning up a little mold that had formed under the sink. It was a Spot on job. Not only was he very efficient, but he explained to me why the other one Had stopped working and what to do in the future to keep problems from happening. This Disposal came with a year warranty from them and a two-year warranty From the manufacturer. These people have been in the business for 30 years and believe you me they know what they’re doing. Don’t hesitate to call them. Extra friendly, efficient and reasonable thank you for replacing a disposal that I really need.

    Incredible experience. Had a leak coming from under the slab. Called on Saturday (after calling multiple other plumbers who had terrible Customer Service) and they came out FIRST thing Monday morning. Diagnosed the issue under an hour and resolved the issue + replaced hot water heater in the same day. My garage was in rough shape (home is under remodeling and it became a catch all) Billy was more than kind of enough to clear himself a safe workspace (honestly, he organized my garage). Every aspect of working with this company was incredible. Will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.     I can’t say enough about Nick and the On Point Plumbing Team! My water heater failed, it was on the second floor, and ON a Saturday night at that. In a quickness they answered the call and Nick was here that same night making sure there were no major issues and fixing it the right way until I could get replaced later that week. No major flood or damage outside of the failure.They returned to do the replacement in a couple of days and the pricing was affordable with an upgrade to the outdated plumbing. Nick went above and beyond to walk through the fix as well as upgrades. Highly knowledgeable, locally owned, and great communication. The work is estimated accordingly and they’re not ripping you off to earn an extra nickel.Hands down a customer from here on out and will recommend to any/all that are looking for an honest plumber.With technology setting appointments and base fees being added without context, my last plumber generated an estimate out of thin air for 15 minutes of work that cost me $230 for snaking a drain.     I had a leaking ceiling over quite a large area late January. I scheduled an appointment with On Point Plumbing after doing much research. Clinton troubleshooted and identified the cause was from the shower drain on the second floor. He walked me through pros and cons of 2 different solutions to help me to make an informed decision. Clinton came back next time with Nick and Jerry as they needed to cut through the sheetrock and worked from the top and the bottom. I was very impressed with their punctuality, cleanliness, respect, transparency, and professionalism. One part of the shower drain was defective; they purchased a similar part from another local vendor; unfortunately, it was not a perfect fit. My house was 22 years old and the part was outdated and discontinued. Clinton came back the third time and said that Nick was able to find the part that was an exact match. I was so thrilled. Clinton finally put that in and completed the job perfectly. In summary, On Point Plumbing provided me the best customer service, high quality workmanship at a very reasonable pricing with undivided attention. On Point was the first plumber I called at 10:30 this morning, and they answered the phone immediately. Nick was here by 11:15, and he had the blockage cleared and camerad by 12:15 PM. Their invoicing system is concise and transparent, and they were by far the best experience Ive ever had with a plumber.     By far best plumbers we have ever worked with. They were able to fix our pipes and then worked with us on installing PEX pipes to try to avoid further pipe bursts. After repairs to our home was made we had gotten them back out to reinstall a toilet and bathroom vanity and had no trouble working with them through every step along the way.
