Patrick is the best plumber in the Bedford/Franklin area! He is extremely professional, personable, and dependable. I had a problem on a Sunday and he helped without any question. He also let me know exactly what my options were and chose the cheapest one without thinking about higher profit. I highly recommend.

We were in a bind when our hot water heater tank needed replacing. I called Lock’s Plumbing that afternoon and spoke with Patrick; he came early the next morning(right on time)and was both polite and professional. He replaced our water heater in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely call again for future plumbing issues and highly recommend!!

Patrick was the only plumber I could find in the Lynchburg/Bedford area after some recent cold weather in our area. Despite a busy day beforehand, he still found time to come fix two leaks that had sprung up Friday night before a holiday weekend. I called at least 10 other plumbers in the area with no luck. For this guy, there needs to be a 10th star. He went out of his way to help my parents. We asked for help and he did so much more than that! I would deff recommend him for anyones plumbing needs.
