If you are looking for a plumbing contractor, Discount Plumbing is fair and reliable. I have had Jermon come by for numerous jobs big and small. He installed a new mainline pipe in the backyard. Not only was it the most affordable option, he performed the task efficiently and I have peace of mind knowing that the work was top tier. I hardly leave reviews but I am recommending this company to anyone who has plumbing needs!

Awesome customer service and professionalism! He was prompt and very knowledgeable in explaining and fixing the plumbing problem. My husband wasn’t home but he made sure I understood what happened and how to fix the problem if it was to ever happen again. He even went beyond and addressed another issue I was having and gave me a solution. And it worked!!! I highly recommend Discount Plumbing Repair. You won’t be disappointed!!!

This company is amazing. As a first time home owner it can be nerve wrecking when repairs are needed. Unfortunately my hot water begin to smell like eggs. I reached out to my home warranty twice. I was sent two different companies and neither of them knew how to change the anode rod (at least they were honest). My water heater is in my attic and can be a little difficult to get to and do repairs. However, Jerome and the other worker, (cant remember his name, but he was a cool white dude😊), completed the job very well. The two of them also noticed I had a small hole in my roof. If they were not professional and courteous I would have not known about the hole until it was too late. I chose to go with this company because I got tired of the hassel from my warranty. The best decision I could have ever made. Oh and I also received a call back a few days later to make sure everything was working properly! I highly recommend Discount Plumbing Repair.😁💯

Jermon arrived on time (actually a little early, which was nice) and he quickly determined the problem with my leaking toilet. He had it professionally repaired in under an hour. Upon completion, Jermon cleaned-up the area, leaving no mess at all. The pricing was extremely reasonable. It has been a couple of weeks since the repairs have been made and my toilet has worked perfectly ever since he came out. I highly recommend giving Jermon and Discount Plumbing Repair a call. Youll be glad you did!

I had originally obtained and estimate for a garden tub replacement from another plumber who left the area. I already had ordered the tub and hardware and I needed to get the job done. I searched around and after looking at the better business reviews and Angies decided to call Discount Plumbing Repair. I dont know about the previous reviewer, but I got an email and a text with the scheduled time and he called when he was on the way. Jermone was awesome. He gave me an estimate that was exactly the same price as the previous guy. We scheduled the replacement for an all day time and he showed up on time (he called on the way, also had a text confirmation for the timing). After he removed the old tub, he told me that I had ordered the wrong size tub. It was smaller than the previous one and needed a deck built to make up for the space. Obviously he is not a carpenter so we had to get a deck built before he could finish. I built the deck over the weekend and we rescheduled the tub install. He worked me in so I wouldnt have to wait for ever. He showed up on time and finished the install. Since he worked me in, it was about 2pm when he got there. It was a big job and it took long time to finish, but he got it done and did a great job. He didnt leave my house till close to 9pm and didnt charge me extra for my screw up which cost him time.I highly recommend Jermone and discount plumbing.

Very professional. Jermon and his assistant were efficient, patience and transparent. Fixed in the clogged toilet in no time flat and a bad previous installation of a garbage disposal. Their office was very friendly and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable for a hour and thirty minutes of work.

They might have named it Discount but I would call it Quality. The plumber they sent out was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed a bad job left by another plumber efficiently and cleanly. I would highly recommend this company. I know I will definitely use them again if I have any more problems. When he was done I didnt feel like I got screwed.

Totally exceeded my expectations. When they were running a little late(although they arrived before the end of the 2 hr appointment window) they called to let me know and again when they were 15 minutes away. They gave me a good price and did good work and cleaned up well. And they wore masks, important to me. They explained what was wrong, how they were going to fix it, and then went right to work. I couldnt be happier.
