The phone agents where courteous and quick to follow up. The plumber was dispatched within a couple of hours and confirmed through call and text. The plumber (Daniel H.) was very friendly and was able to resolve a tricky issue. If I have anymore issues hopefully Im able to get him again!

This was my first time working with AccuTemp but it will certainly not be my last.I ran into plumbing issues over the Labor Day weekend and was worried I would have to wait a few days for help. AccuTemp was able to schedule a technician within 30 minutes which was my first surprise.About 30 minutes later Perow knocked on my door and proceeded to start the most impressive home service experience Ive ever had. From his friendly greeting, to his helpful explanation as he walked through the house and shared what he was checking, I felt confident in his expertise the entire time.When he diagnosed the issue, his fix was lightning fast, he had a smile on his face the entire time, and even when he was sharing with me future work that he recommended he was patient with my questions and incredibly helpful with his explanation.I hate to sound like a salesman, but I will 100% be using AccuTemp moving forward for any plumbing and electrical needs I have in the future, and you better believe Ill be requesting Perow if its possible.This level of friendly service is unheard of in this industry and I was pleasantly surprised to find a team delivering like this here in town. We reported a problem we’ve reported in the past to other techs. He said he would figure out the solution and get it fixed. He made a 2nd trip out today and fixed everything! He was so helpful. We are grateful for his knowledge and professionalism and for his persistence in getting everything resolved for us. I will request him every time from now on!

Frank and Scott were the technicians who came to replace the ducts that were aged and crushed in places and had cracks after the inspection of my house listed on the market.They arrived at the estimated time and were very professional in how the identified the work that had to be done and started promptly, continuing until the end of the day.They had to return a day or so later in the morning to make sure they had an exact cut in one of the ducts. They worked until the job was finished, cleaned away all work debris and disposable materials. They had the professional knowledge to perform the job effectively and efficiently.I give them a 5 star rating. They work well together.

Susan with the design team came out the same day and went through everything with us. I felt like I had made a friend and she was so kind and patient with all the questions we asked. The technicians came out the next morning and installed the unit. I had Accucheck come out today to fix a drain pan issue for my AC unit. Cory Mabile, was the technician. He was very thorough in his evaluation of our issue and identified some issues with the outside unit that would hinder performance in the long run. He was knowledgeable and communicated well so both my husband and I could understand. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable and safe with a stranger in my home. His customer service was top tier. He managed his time well and cleaned up behind himself. I now have a maintenance plan to keep the HV system in great working order moving forward. Cody and his team performed a difficult and complex job in an excellent manner.They replaced my washing machine drain and sink drain with an external drain. They had to locate the main drain line, then dig out a trench around it so they could access it, then cut thru a concrete sidewalk and dig a trench thru my back yard to tie into the main line. First, I was able to schedule quickly and conveniently online. Next, they dispatched a very professional and courteous technician, Angelo. Angelo thoroughly investigated the issues with my air conditioning unit, discussed the solutions to rectify the problem, and fixed the problem. Finally, Angelo worked quickly, cleaned his work area, and took pictures to document the finished work. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable.I was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and work completed by AccuTemp. They will not be the lowest cost option for your HVAC and plumbing needs, but I’m convinced that they will be among the best. Going to AccuTemp is like taking your car to the dealership for service and maintenance: possibly (slightly) more costly, but definitely worth the piece of mind and top tier customer service.
