I recently had a microwave installed by Chad Lebright, HOME360 appliance technician. Chad truly went above and beyond. Not only was he incredibly kind and professional, but he also took great care to make sure the install was perfect and kept the area clean throughout the installation process. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail made a significant difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.I cant say enough great things about him. Highly recommend to everyone!

Mr Larry came out today to service my air conditioner, he had a great personality, top notch professionalism, knew exactly how to fix our issue. Our air is working better than ever, and we didn’t have to break the bank to do it. Some other companies tried to price gouge us. Mr Larry made us very comfortable and confident that he knew what he was doing and he did, ask for him if you have any issues.

Often, I rely on Home360 to help with jobs around my house. They are easy to book and do business. I am writing this review because Harry Munster (carpenter) requested. He had the proper tools to do the job. He communicated well with me. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time. The work hasn’t failed after a few weeks. Pricing was reasonable for the degree of effort needed. If needed, I would contact Home 360 again if needed to get a quote for other carpentry jobs.

Ive used home360 for various reasons throughout the years and they never seem to disappoint. Recently Mr. Harry completed some work repairing my exterior door. He did an amazing job at repairing the door and saved me a lot of money with repairing instead of replacing the whole door. We have used many specialists at Home360 over the years. Last year we needed to install safety grab bars in the shower. Harry Munster came out and he did an excellent job installing them. He measured everything very carefully before drilling into the shower wall, and consulted with us to be sure we would be pleased with the final locations. He needed to add reinforcing in the wall behind the shower which required removing drywall. After he had installed the additional 2 x 4 and completed the job, he did an excellent job of patching and painting the area where the drywall was removed. We will definitely call Mr. Munster again when we need some carpentry work.

We have used Home360 for all our home repairs since we bought our home in 2011 when we had a new roof installed. One of our most recent repairs was for the wood pillars at the front of our home. They were very worn and with cracks on several and the bottom of each had rotted. Thanks to Harry Munster, a very skilled carpenter, they now look brand new! We initially believed we would have to replace all four, but Harry assured us he could fix them at a fraction of the cost for new pillars. In less than a day, Harry trimmed, patched, cleaned and painted them. We highly recommend Harry for any carpentry work.

I highly recommend Home360. My parents were in need of having work done around the house and it’s nice to have a trustworthy company that is state licensed and insured that can be called 24/7. It’s their customer service, they are second to none. When I call their office, I am always pleased with their representatives which are always courteous and helpful. The craftsmen used were always professional, punctual and always took great care to leave the home just as they found it. The quality of work done was outstanding, and my parents would definitely use them again.

Michael Farrar is a great electrician! He has been out to our house several times and weve been happy with his work each time. He is very polite and professional. Michael is so knowledgeable too. Not only did he fix our problem but he took the time to explain what was causing the issue so we could prevent it from happening again. If you need an electrician, request Michael every time. Have hired Mike Farrar for numerous services through Home 360. Mike is an excellent electrician and has earned my trust through numerous projects including electrical repairs, installation of accessory devices like bathroom light/vent fan/heater units (2), installation of ring camera and door bell systems, and troubleshooting/repairing electrical problems coming from my breaker panel that impacted the operation of a new oven. Mike provided turnkey service. It has been mutually beneficial each time I have hired him to do work. I have a policy that says, “Leave the skilled crafts work to the skilled craftsmen.” Mike Farrar fits that bill and is the only one I ask for when I call Home 360. If he’s busy, I’m willing to wait. He’s taken excellent care of my service needs on numerous occasions.

Home 360 sent me a carpenter named John Doss. He is the best!! He did more than carpentry for me. He did tile in my bathroom and kitchen, which I love. Mr. Harry Munster III has done several jobs for me at my home. He is an excellent carpenter and cut a very old antique mantel to fit my fireplace. You could not see any seams or places where he had to drill into the brick. He cleaned everything up and I could not tell any mess was made. We have used Home 360 for various repairs over the past 12-15 years. The professionals sent to our home have been consistently honest, fair, and polite. They have done the math on repair versus replace of our home essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioner, hot water heater, and others). Many times they have done a quick repair such as this week with our dishwasher. But they have also told us when it was time to replace, such as lack of available parts for our ac or our 40 year old water heater. We didnt know it was THAT old. I value their honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

I needed a small storage shed from Home Depot to be put together in my back yard. Mr. Thomas Wise, Jr. was one of the individuals referred to me by Home 360 and he was the only one that responded by actually coming to my home to see exactly what the project looked like. While the project was going to cost more than I had hoped, Thomas price was comparable to the other bids I had received online and I could tell that he was someone who would do a good job and who took pride in his work. He was prompt in scheduling and even showed up 30 minutes early on the day of the appointment. The work was completed within the time Thomas had allotted and the shed looks very well-assembled. He and his assistant made sure everything was picked up before they left.I have several other home repair projects and I will most likely be contacting Home 360 again and asking for Thomas specifically to get some of these things done.

I had a great experience yesterday with Home 360. I had a complete stoppage in my main sewer line outside for a few days by then. It was funny because another company I had called recommended a man named David, who worked at Home 360, and had the equipment needed for my problem. Wow that was nice of that guy.I then called Home 360 and specifically asked for David to come out. He was here within 2 hours. He was a complete professional, he had the right equipment (a powerful drain cleaner), he quickly assessed the situation and went to work, and he even wore a mask and gloves in 92* heat. After a few tries, he successfully unclogged my sewer line. It took him under an hour.His name is David Johnson. I highly recommend this man for any of your Home 360 repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, offerred some advice about my issue, and was a complete professional! And guess what else? The price was the best of all, under $120! Thank you Trudy. Thank you David. David Johnson of Daves Drain Cleaning came out to find out why we were not getting ample hot water in our showers. I explained what was happening when he arrived and before even taking a look in either bathroom, he knew exactly what the problem was... and within 35-40 mins he had both showers working properly! Unbelievable. Weve been dealing with this for almost 2 years and at the advice of another plumber, I even replaced a hot water heater thinking that was the problem. My water bill will be much higher now that weve got free-flowing hot water, thus longer, relaxing showers, but this is one of those simple things in life we shall not ever take for granted again! THANK YOU DAVID!

My air went out Saturday 5/13/23 and I called to see if someone could come out that night. Mel answered the phone and said that everyone was out on call but someone could Sunday at 12:00 pm. So Sunday came and I went to engagement I had to attend at 10:00 am. When I got back home at 11:37 a.m. my air was fixed. The capacitator went out and it was something they could do from the outside. Installing something while the customer isnt home is something they dont normally do but Mel told John to proceed. I am very appreciate of home 360 and though my AC man could have been a few dollars cheaper, accessibility was important to me and being without heat until Monday is something I couldnt bear to do. I have used Home360 before and they never cease to amaze me.Thanks Mel

Had to replace gas water heater due to a gas leak. Ricky was prompt and very helpful. Most economical solution was to replace with an electric water heater and he guided me thru the process. My fiancé was being super helpful yesterday while I was cleaning he thought to do the dishes so I had on less thing on my list. Well shortly after both drains filled with water. Neither of us are plumbers so a call was made to home360. Within an hour or so Mr. Mack was at my door and within 20 minutes my sinks were both unclogged. Not only was he great with my sink but he also looked at my toilet. He never told me that he doesn’t work on mobile homes much. He still took time out of his night to see what he could do. Unfortunately, 1 of my 3 boys lodged a toy in it and he didn’t have that tool on hand. (once again, he came just for a sink) That is above and beyond great service. Within minutes of him leaving after my fiancé pulled up and talked to him about everything, I got a call from the company offering to send out another plumber to work on my toilet tomorrow! I wish I got her name as well. Super friendly and helpful company. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future! Thank you home360!

Used them a few times, decent all around.Had a gentleman out to replace the glass in a mostly glass door. Was able to find the right size we needed to fix it that day, even if it wasnt exactly the same design as what we had. On time and very friendly.Had a break in the main water line so water to the entire house cut off. No other plumber would even come out until next week. Guy from Home 360 was on time, friendly, and got us fixed up. Whoever put in the plumbing when the house was built did a stupid job doing it so the guy had to deal with a difficult fix (could not even warranty part of the work because of how badly the plumbing was done originally) but he got it done.Highly recommend.

Had a plumbing problem, so I called up Home360 to give me a quote. Their secretary was professional and courteous on the phone, the plumber came out the next day, and he arrived exactly when he said he would be there, we talked through the problem, and he gave me a quote.They werent the lowest bid I got, so I ended up going with another company. Even so, I found them to be very pleasant and only have good things to say about them. I will give them a chance to bid on any future projects I do.

Ive utilized Home 360 on 3 different occasions for 3 different things and every single time theyve never failed to impress me.Roof Repair:My first use of them was to fix a leak in my roof that had been present since the house had been built 3 years before. I called them and they said theyd send someone out to provide me with a quote. They also let you know that if you choose not to use them they would have a $75 fee for quoting the project, BUT would roll that into the repair fix if they were used. The roofer came out within a day of calling AND arrived early. He was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. Not only did he repair the roof properly by removing a section of the plywood that had rotted underneath, replace the plywood, the felt underlayment, matched the shingles extremely close, and replaced shingles elsewhere on the roof that were compromised.Drywall Repair:Ive used them for two separate instances here. Once when i stepped through my attic in the main entrance to my home. The Home 360 tech squared up the hole, patched the hole to near perfection, and matched the paint so closely that the light has to hit just right to even see where the paint is ever so slightly discolored. This tech also offered to patch another hole elsewhere in my house at no additional cost. The other instance Ive used them is due to a plumbing issue mentioned below.Plumbing:A friend of mines house had been recently renovated when she noticed her baseboards warping. Home 360 came out, gave a VERY reasonable estimate, cut a section out of her drywall, found the leak, and repaired it within 3 days. Since her wall texture was heavier than standard, the drywall tech said he believed he could match it and he did to near perfection. She was thoroughly impressed with Home 360s prompt response time and cordial employees.Price and Quality:As a Civil Engineer familiar with residential construction and DIYer, I understand a great deal pertaining to material costs and the effort required for home repairs. Every time Ive gotten an estimate from Home 360 for one of the aforementioned repairs theyve either been spot on with what I anticipated or less. The quality of their repairs is very good and Id recommend to ANYONE that uses them to just openly communicate. If you want something done, just explain the best you can to the Home 360 techs. Trust me, they are there to help you and are genuinely interested in doing a great job.Caveat/Con:They are a service and, as such, cost more than doing something yourself. That said, they wont (and havent) always been the cheapest in every area. Id once gotten a quote from them for an A/C condenser replacement and they were WAY off from other reputable, local A/C companies. They wont always be the cheapest, but from the experiences I have had with them they will get a satisfactory job done!

Very professional, called for repairing an oven that was hit by lightning, they called me just before the appointment to cancel it. repairman told me im not going to come out just to take your money, i cant get parts for that oven anymore so you should just save your money and replace it.I also had an electrician from here come out and he went everywhere searching for the burning smell that my wife reported after our lightning strike and then reassured us that there was nothing wrong with the house wiring, then he wrote us a report recommending the insurance company replace all our power strips not just our surge protectors after the lightning strike, which they accepted.

They are a very good and reliable company. Will do what they say they will do, within the timeframe quoted and for the price given. If something is not right they will return as many times needed to get it to your standards. They are always professional, neatly dressed and friendly. Been using them since they were called Homecare. All of that being said their quotes tend to be more expensive than other companies, sometimes so much so until I had to pass on using them due to budget restraints. That is why I can only give them 4 stars vs 5. But sometimes, depending on the job, its worth paying extra to get that guarantee it will be done timely and right. So you have to ask yourself which is more important for that particular job, accuracy and timeliness or cost. I have no problem recommending them and also get them to do work on my mothers home. But I always tell people their quote might be higher than others so get at least two bids from other companies.
