I would leave a 5 star review, however, Im not simply because when we received our unit 1 year ago, we apparently did not receive the filter with it when we should have. Trey came out to do our 1 year clean and check on the unit and was incredibly delightful. I highly recommend asking for Trey if anyone is ever concerned about their HVAC problems. He was helpful, answered all of my questions, and was extremely respectful. I will definitely be asking for him in the future if I should run into any problems. Outside of the filter issue, we have been smooth sailing with our new unit and it keeps us cool in this hot heat. Thank you so much Accutemp!

These guys come to you house when scheduled, that is very important. Then he listened to our concerns about our A/C. The tech went to check out, outside unit and then inside unit including furnace. He showed us how our wiring was the wrong size for our unit, then showed a video of all the problems with so much that had been ‘patched’ in the attic (we had a home warranty that originally did the shoddy work). Fortunately our A/C went out on a weekend, Accutemp came out in less than 2 hours and that is when the processed started. Yes we had to replace a lot of the messed up stuff BUT, now I feel very confident the work is done right now!All guys who came here were as nice as could be and did their job, cleaned up after and explained everything they did. So professional. Then Matt, the guy who quoted the repairs, came to check things out, taking more pics and videos as proof the work had been done with the quality that Accutemp prides itself on!

AC Technician Dameon Wicker did a really outstanding job on my attic AC unit. It turned out it was only the drip pan drain. So, he not only cleared the line, but he modified the line with a valve so that I could do it myself if I wanted to. He took pictures of the work and showed me the AC readings. He was a super nice guy who called and showed up on time. This was definitely 5 start service. AccuTemp is a top notch company, and I highly recommend!

Matthew was great! He walked me through the process of how every thing would go. He asked me questions. He checked out the problem. Once he gave me his estimation and I agreed, he immediately went to work. He checked to make sure the problem was solved and even scheduled a camera inspection to further ensure there will be no additional problems. He was friendly and courteous as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Mr DVante and Mr. William came to my home to work on a ceiling fan which had shorted out. We had bought a new one but asked them to check the old one to see if it could still be used. They checked it and repaired a wiring issue so it would not have to be replaced. Not only did this save me money on their charges but we also could take the new fan back for a refund. Also, Mr. DVante provided a complimentary electrical home system evaluation where he checked the GFIC safety functionality and outlets for each room and our garage.He also checked our breaker panel, performed a quick test on each breaker, and also offered recommendations for putting our outside freezer on a dedicated circuit (30 min job for $200-$300), what to watch out for with our garage lights when its time to upgrade them, and when to replacing our smoke alarms. Both Mr. DVante and Mr. William were pleasant, personable, professional, fast, and easy to work with. Highly recommend AccuTemp.

The installation of my new got water heater by Matthew and Will went flawless. Taking down the old unit from the attic and carrying up a new unit to the attic went very smoothly. Before leaving they removed every piece of old material from the site and asked if we had anymore questions to ask them about the hot water heater. Charles Frank and Thomas did an amazing job today! They were very professional, able to fix the water leaking through my ceiling (which another company failed to do 2x) and readjust my coil. It was also half the price that I was quoted by the previous company! Charles Frank was incredibly knowledgeable and he had a great partner. It was reassuring during a stressful time. Charles educated me about my system and thoroughly went through everything. I definitely won’t be calling anyone else anytime soon.

Our system was installed just over a year ago and has had constant problems since. AccuTemp had sent several technicians to find the problem and they were unsuccessful. Charles Frank came out and found a few problems with our system. He was understanding of our frustrations and was quick to fix the problems correctly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. We will be requesting him for all future service and 100% recommend him to anyone.

Came and installed a new HVAC system in my house. They were very professional and courteous, worked hard, and took the time to show us where things were, how they worked, and answer any questions he had. They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything just like they found it when they got there. Really enjoyed their services.Edit to update: we turned the heat on for the first time and it didn’t seem to be blowing warm. Called them back and they came out as soon as we were available to correct the problem (a simple tidy where a valve was forgotten to be turned on). Britney at dispatch and Luke who came out were awesome and had us fixed in no time. We also had an issue where a portion of our house electricity stopped working. When we called them, instead of just sending someone out and charging us for it, they suggested calling the electric company to make sure it wasn’t something on their end. Turned out it was and Jacob (the tech) suggesting that saved us a call out fee. I’m very happy with a business who actually puts their customers first.

The repair technician Mr. Austin Love was personable and professional. He explained the repair and possible future options. He was effective and efficient at repairing an in-walk shower pipe which had separated from the delivery pipe to the faucet, which disallowed shower use with a leak to the lower level ceiling as a consequence. Mr. Loves work was laudable as it was fast and finished well. Austin is an example of the type of expertise and excellence that will influence my decision to use AccuTemp plumbing again.

Brett is a hero at our house. The 5 star inspection revealed a nightmare waiting to happen. A connection fitting from the water heater in the attic was damaged and it was this close to bursting. Brett also did lots of other work like tightening a hose spigot outside. It had leaked for months. He tightened some faucet pieces in the bathroom which had been so irritating. He explained everything thoroughly. Brett is an asset to AccuTemp, I must say. Thank you AccuTemp.

Our air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days of the year (triple digits). We are so pleased that we called Accutemp. As soon as they showed up to evaluate everything, it was quite obvious that this company is thorough, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and all about customer satisfaction. Our unit was replaced the very next day. The guys that put it in are super heroes!! Not many people could do this work! It was 100 degrees outside and they stayed in our attic for 11 hours and we barely even knew they were there. Not only did they replace our unit they corrected our air flow woes that we have experienced for years. They could’ve just replaced the unit without pointing out the existing problems. We now have equal temperature on our first and second floor and we could not be happier!! Thank you for taking your customers seriously and working so hard to keep us cool!!

The tech (Colin) called me Monday morning and was at our house in about 30 minutes. He explained the process beforehand and during. Upfront pricing, and offered deal (which was listed on the website) and military discount.Luckily, we had no breaks or cracks in our pipes (he ran his power auger thru our clean out pipe and then did the video inspection). But he showed me what was the most likely culprit for the clogged pipe, and gave me an estimate if we decide to fix it in the future. Very honest and friendly, and hope if we need a plumber in the future - Colin is one of them. But Im sure all their techs are also great too.This was the 3rd time we have had to hire a pro plumber (in the last 6 years total), and it was the best experience so far and fair pricing too. Rather than talking me into unneeded work or services they are very honest with what needs or does not need to be done. my every interaction from calling in for help to the technicians completed work has always been incredible. Our home is new construction, it had a defective bath tub faucet setup since we bought it 3 years ago. The homebuilder sent two other plumbers before AccuTemp who were unable to fix it and ultimately said there was nothing they could do about it. We gave up on them and decided to pay for it out ourselves so we called AccuTemp. They sent a technician who was knowledgeable and competent. He efficiently addressed and fixed our issue (all in the same day). So even though AccuTemp is a little on the expensive side, you obviously get what you pay for....a usable tub for the first time in 3 years...Thank you AccuTemp!
