    My whole experience was amazing with Reliable. I had a gas leak and they came out and were transparent through the whole process. Having an old house, our gas lines were very tricky to deal with. They cleaned up some old work that wasn’t done properly. My initial inspection to get my gas back on failed, but David and Jacob came back out the same day and repaired the underlying issue for no extra fee. Wonderful experience

    I had a plumbing issue and saw the business as I was driving by. I stopped in for advice without having an appointment. Three men approached me and were extremely helpful and professional. They told me exactly what I needed to do to handle my issue myself. They even provided the parts I needed. I went home and was able to address my bathroom sink solely from thier advice within thirty minutes or so. Being a homeowner for 16 plus years, Ive had to deal with many different servicemen. Those three men that assisted me today, September 19, 2024 at about 3pm (I apologize, I didnt catch any names) were without a doubt the most professional, knowledgeable and straightforward people Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They definitely have earned a long-term customer.

    I called this morning because I had a clog in the AC drain line. Reliable plumbing was able to come out a few hours later and ran the cable (snake) I was so Thankful Jacob & Kade was here! Very professional, polite, & extremely knowledgeable & helpful! They unclog the drain, and cleaned up a mess, gave a reasonable estimate for a new hot water heater. The service they performed was $270, very fair price! I was very happy! Will be using Reliable again!

    Had a gas leak in the line between the house and gas meter (on the weekend). Reliable Plumbing was recommended to us, so we gave them a call. They were very friendly and had someone (Jacob) come first thing Monday morning. He assessed the situation quickly and gave us a plan of action and estimate. We gave him the go ahead, and he had it repaired in a couple hrs. He just came back to check yesterday’s repair…all is well! Waiting now for Entergy to turn gas back on.I definitely would recommend RELIABLE…friendly, prompt, knowledgeable.

    I was pleased with their work. It was done in a professional manner and the crew were experienced. They quickly analyzed the problem (an under the slab leak of hot water) and made the appropriate connection (a by-pass) with minimal disruption to the house and to our daily routine. Our plumber was Eric Smith. Great job.

    I bought my 62 yr. old house Dec. 30, 19. Troubles abounded right from the beginning, called a plumber but was never happy with my bills or how they communicated. So, I called Reliable and now for over 3 years they have been my first call for plumbing work that has been plentiful. I feel as though I should own stock in this company by now. Always punctual, courteous, and most helpful. David the estimator has been awesome!

    They were very professional and respectful of me and my property. They walked me through the process making sure I understood what was going on. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. The work was written up in a detailed invoice that was easily understandable. I would use them again in the future if need be and I would definitely refer anybody to them.

    Eric was awesome! He called before his arrival. Gave quotes for the initial work needed to be done and possible quotes for after depending on the extent of the problem. He explained everything in detail (which is a plus for women). He completed the work in a timely manner and even gave a follow up call. Very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend. 👌

    The technician Paul was at my home before the scheduled time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The office communicate well with me. But, I paid $348 to have a sewer cable run through my kitchen sink drain line and for him to run water through my sink several times to test the lines for proper drainage. Other than the cost, so far I am pleased with the service.

    Reliable Plumbing is excellent. I had no problems getting someone to come out to see me within thirty minutes of calling with frozen pipes. They fixed the problem very expertly and quickly and were nice to check everything over to make sure there werent any leaks.

    I had a problem with my pipes draining and have older septic system. I just knew I had a major problem, so I called Reliable Plumbing and they sent Eric and his helper, John. They diagnosed and fixed my problem, it was a clog. I was so glad it wasn’t a major problem and Eric explained the process as he worked.     I had a major water leak and called Reliable to get it fixed in a hurry because I had to go to work in a couple of hours. Eric showed up in a very short time and got the leak fixed and I still made it to work on time. I had another issue that needed to be fixed but didnt have time to get it done that day. I called back a month or so later and Eric came back to fix that problem also. He explained every detail of what he was doing both times and kept me updated on what was going on. I was expecting to pay WAY MORE than what I did but the prices were a lot less than I could imagine. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES. I highly recommend Reliable Plumbing.     Caleb and Dayton went above and beyond to take care of my kitchen faucet at my camp. They were polite, clean, professional and friendly! They got here earlier than expected (which worked out awesome!) and showed all the features of the new faucet. They even made some recommendations for remodels at my home residence. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. I would recommend Reliable Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! I will definitely be calling them soon for a few projects at my home!

    I have used them since August 2011 for all sorts of things. Over the years, I have given them more than $10k (I had a drain line go bad, and some other things, so thats why the high price tag).They are *not* the roto-rooter man; they are a full-blown plumbing company that can do it all. They have always done an excellent job of their work. If they miss something, they will gladly come back at no charge. I have never used another plumber. In particular, Eric Smith (one of their licensed plumbers) usually does the work for me. He takes pride in a job well done, which I appreciate.They probably are more expensive than some other plumbers, but you get what you pay for. Maybe for minor stuff, you can get by with someone else. But for serious plumbing issues, you should consider them.

    I am so very thankful for this company and the great group of folks that make Reliable Plumbing amazing! As a first time homeowner, and recently widowed , I was so unsure who to call to help me with hot water heater issues. I spoke with Ashley and she calmed my fears and sent out Eric to my home to repair an ancient hot water heater. Eric was so nice, explained every thing, showed me pictures of the issues and very respectful and did an amazing job.I chose Reliable to replace my hot water heater and get it all up to code.     These man knows how to run a business. I called. The owner was at my house the next day to review the work to be done to replace my 2 water heaters. He gave a thorough explanation of exactly what would be done and why. He very patiently answered all my questions. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet.     The pilot light went out on my water heater and I could not relight it. I called Reliable Plumbing to get a technician to get the water heater operational again. David came to my house and quickly had the water heater working. He explained what can cause the pilot light to go out and mentioned several options should it happen again.     Im very pleased with the work that David did on my toilet. I thought I would have to replace the whole toilet, but David saved the day. David also repaired my bath tub faucets on a previous service call and Im having no problems. Again, I was so worried about maybe having to replace the faucets because the fixtures are so old.     Baton Rouge, LA has been experiencing record rainfalls for the past several months. Needlessto say, when the sump pump for our pool up and died one evening, during a thunderstorm, it wascause for concern. You never knew if a pop up shower would bring sprinkles or 3+ inches.We had used Reliable Plumbing in the past and been very pleased. My husband called, explainedthe problem and was given an appointment for the very next day! Prompt is certainly apt! They pulled into our driveway 5 minutes early (their office called me 30 minutes prior to notify me :)In addition to rain, we were under a heat advisory! Starting at noon, the heat index was expectedto be in the triple digits for several days. 🥵 The time...High Noon!!! Our sump pump is located atthe end of a concrete walkway that leads to our pool gate. Even with a thin mat on it, everyone hasto wear flip flops and jump over the exposed concrete, or burn their feet!Eric greeted us with an enthusiastic smile! He introduced himself and his assistant, then went with my husband to take a look at the sump pump. After disconnecting itand testing it, he verified - it was indeed dead. Calling the office, he gave them the informationthey needed to call and order a new one. Eric left and was back in a flash. I couldn’t watch ashe carefully and expertly installed the new pump. He was completely stretched out - on that scaldingConcrete! I swear I could have fried an egg on it by this time, yet Eric’s mood remained jovial as hetalked with my husband and finished the job.They thoroughly cleaned up. Eric stressed to us, should we have ‘Any’ problems’ or even ‘Concerns’to please not hesitate to call!! And I have to say...Considering the fact that we had to get a NEWPump, have the old one disconnected and hauled away, a New one picked up and Installed, Wewere extremely pleased with the bill!The only thing that surpassed the bill was Eric!! The next time we need a plumber, we’ll be callingReliable Plumbing! I can’t recommend both enough!!

    I had two leaking bathtub faucet handles which I had unsuccessfully attempted to repair. Once scheduled, Reliable Plumbing arrived on time. The plumbers name was Ron and he was personable and professional. He listened when I explained what I had tried so far. Once he got into the job, he showed me why I needed a rebuild kit instead of the piecemeal parts I was trying. He completed the job and cleaned up after. No more leaks, and I received a 5% Senior discount. I would use Ron and Reliable Plumbing again.

    I’ve had a reoccurring clogged drain, I had several plumbers unstop it, however the problem was never fully resolved.     When we decided to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, we chose Reliable Plumbing to do the job. In the kitchen, we wanted a new double stainless steel sink, water faucet and counter tops. In the bath, we wanted a new shower wall, water fixtures, the existing tub cleaned, and a new ceramic tile floor.When the kitchen and bathroom projects were completed, we were very pleased.     Eric and Leyton showed up at my residence at 8:50 a.m.--I showed them the problem with the cold/clear water from the A/C in my bathroom lavatories. Eric immediately went up into the attic and saw that he needed to install a portal that would allow him to clear the pipe of the clog using an auger/snake. He successfully removed the clog after installing the Tee and using the auger/snake. He and Leyton completed the job very professionally, cleaned up the bathroom area and attic, and was gone by 10:00 a.m. I would recommend Reliable Plumbing to my friends if they need plumbing assistance.
