I’d rather spend money on new clothes but sometimes you just have to have a plumber! I’ve used Shaun a few times and he’s always done excellent work, shows up when he says he’s going to, cleans up behind himself and is very friendly too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Reached out to Veterans about getting my drop in sink removed and replaced with another one. Received a quick response from them and scheduled an appointment in days. Do to my work schedule they made an appointment to fit best when I was available. They showed up on time and the work was done quickly and effectively even after running into minor unforeseen issues. The quality of work was outstanding. The technicians were professional and friendly. After instilling the sink they made sure it worked and I knew how to use the no touch faucet. When finished there was no mess left for me to have to clean up. To top it off the price was good and true to his word Shaun takes care of veterans and first responders. Since the installation Shaun has reached out several times to make sure everything is still good. I will be using Veterans for all my future plumbing needs.

I hired Sean and his crew when I needed someone to repair my mobile home after a branch punched through my roof. We actually hired someone else, but they dropped the ball. Not only did Sean step in quickly, but he communicated with me daily about my project, charged a fair price, and did excellent work. Cant recommend Shaun enough for the plumbing work he completed at our home. We switched from an electric stove to natural gas, and needed the gas line shortened and fitted properly in the space. Shaun had excellent communication with what needed to be done and top knowledge of his craft. He also noticed electrical work that needed to be redone properly and he was able to fix that as well. Im so glad we found Shaun to finish this project. 11/10 recommend!

Shaun is the owner of Veterans Plumbing repair. WWe in love Prairieville and found out we had a bad leak in the gas line. When he observed that we found that our hot water heater leaking sulfur and calcium deposits at the bottom of the heater. Shaun replaces that with an outside tankless water heater. His work phenomenal and he was very patient, concerned for a well being and informative. His rates on the labor were very reasonable to our standards. We will definitely recommend him to all of our family and friends. He’s also a jack of all trades. He always puts in new decorative showers for your home which are also beautiful. Shaun deserves more than 5 stars because his help and service was just that reassuring. He serves New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette- area, and even more so just contact him for a walkthrough and quote and you won’t regret it!

My toilet was clogged and then the drains began backing up in my home at around 9:30 p.m. I went down the Google listing to try and get a plumber to come out and was told each time that no one was available. Once I reached Veterans Plumbing, Shaun was very informative. He explained the cost difference for emergency call outs and business hour calls, and also provided me with suggestions on what to do if I decided to wait until the morning. When they arrived the next day, everything was explained and they completed the job in a timely manner, all with my step dad cleaning the area while they were working😁. Thanks Veterans Plumbing!

If you are looking HONEST and professional work come here !!!! When the freeze happened plumbers everywhere were price gouging. Including Central Plumbing, Barker brothers, and Joshuas plumbing ! They were trying to charge $1600-$2000 just for the install , not including the Water heater itself. This guy got to us quick and finished in a timely manner . Seriously don’t go anywhere else !! Working with Veterans Plumbing was a delight the whole way through. Shaun (the owner) answered the first time I called and was very kind and professional. He didn’t rush me off the phone. He made sure he understood what needed fixing and even asked for pictures of the toilets,etc. so he could bring all necessary tools and equipment with him from the start. I truly appreciated that with my last experience in mind.We had some scheduling hiccups (on both of our parts) but Shaun kept in touch the whole time to keep me updated. It was quite a bit of work for just one person so, in order to finish everything within a few hours, he brought another plumber with him, Dallas, who was great also. They both came in and got right to work. They obviously knew what they were doing and are very diligent, focused workers. There was no laziness or time wasted whatsoever.Work was finished in a very timely manner and they both were constantly cleaning up after completing each job. They had some unexpected issues with one toilet and had to try a few different things to get it working. Shaun was persistent on making sure it was working right before leaving and didn’t even charge me for some of the work they went back and did on it. They got everything finished properly and in good time.It was so refreshing to have someone come and fix everything right the first time. They finished the work very quickly so no need to keep coming back 3 days in a row like my past experience. But, if they had to come back, I wouldn’t have minded it one bit because they do great work and stand behind it. You can tell Shaun has a conscience and doesn’t want to overcharge anyone. His main goal is to fix your problems and “get you taken care of.” 😊
