Terry was awesome, he came out to run a camera to figure out what was causing a clog but graciously didn’t charge me because he’s seen our situation before, he gave me a recommendation to get with the city to fix the problem and quoted me if they weren’t able to fix the problem and his assumption wound up getting our problem fixed in less than an hour. City came and got the clog undone and had further testing done to make sure there wasn’t anymore issues on their side of the sewer! Thank you Mr Terry for saving us time and money! 5 stars from me, super knowledgeable plumbers at American Plumbing!

Last weekend I had water coming from the back of each toilet in both bathrooms. I was stressed. I called American Plumber early Monday morning. The receptionist was nice and kept me informed as to when a plumber would arrive. I liked that the plumbers explained what they thought was happening and gave me options of what I could do. They fixed the issue and the price was reasonable. Thank you Mr. Seth and your helper. I recommend American Plumber for your plumbing needs.

I had some serious plumbing issues and after several plumbers coming out over a 2 years period and still no relief. I found American plumbing through Angi’s list. Last month they came out and actually found the real issue causing my problems. I can’t remember the names of the guys that worked with me . They spent time explaining and showing me where the problem started. They didn’t waste any time scheduling my repairs and everything was completed in less than 2 days. Amazingly, their prices are the best out of the 4 other plumbers I called, and everyone I spoke and worked with through this was wonderful. Absolutely love Chelsea! She’s a so personable. Such a peach. So thankful for American. I can finally stop worrying about the plumbing!

Seth Szymanski came highly recommended by friends - I called him at 10 on a Saturday night freaking out because water was coming up from under the tile in the hall. He responded almost immediately - he was polite and patient as we began to troubleshoot the problem. We feared it was a foundation leak but he reassured me that if that was the case, we were in good hands and they handed them all the time. It isnt often that you see the president of a company working. I met Terry Smith today to check a possible collapsed sewer line and he gave me the BEST news a plumber possibly could. After scoping & tracing our house sewer deep into the back yard, he came back to tell me that the small swamp between me & my neighbor wasnt my problem. We Were Fine!!! I can wholeheartedly recommend doing business with this company. They previously did some minor work for me and the way they handled everything on those smaller jobs made it a no-brainer for me to choose them to tackle a very complex renovation project that most plumbers would have run away from either calling it impossible or charging me a fortune to make an attempt - but not Seth Szymanski and his apprentice, Logan Stephens. They made the nearly impossible look routine, all while maintaining a level of professionalism and communication that is genuinely rare in today’s competitive marketplace. I’d give them 6 stars if it was an option. Hire these guys if you need plumbers.

I had slab leak at my home. Terry from American Plumbing came out and did a leak detection. Seth and Mike from American Plumbing came out today, 08/21/2023 and fixed the slab leak. When I tell you these guys are awesome....I mean I would definitely call them back over and over again. I had like 200 questions and they answered every last question. These guys are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained everything step by step. They even cleaned up behind themselves. The job was supposed to be a day and a half. It was completed in one day. I would recommend this company and these guys (Seth and Mike) every time. They go above and beyond!!!!!!

Had quite an interesting problem with a clogged sewage line. The solution not only required a large drain cleaning machine but also troubleshooting a lift pit pump that wasnt running, thus causing further sewer line backups. American Plumbing had the experience to fix the problem and show me first hand how to spot future problems with the lift pit pump. They responded to my service call within 24 hours of first contact and all communication with them was clear and professional.

I called American Plumbing expecting to have to wait days for someone to fix our water heater. However, I was pleasantly surprised!They sent over Mike and Seth within a couple of hours. We quickly discovered that the water heater was actually kaput and needed to be replaced. And I was surprised yet again when the replacement heater was installed less than a few hours later.These two made an already stressful situation less stressful by being sympathetic, friendly, working efficiently, communicating effectively, and even being mindful of my sleeping child.

I have been working with Seth and his clients for several years on multiple projects and every one of them consistently has great things to say about him.In the restoration industry, we often arrive on site just after the leak has been stopped, while the customers panic or confusion is still fresh. But thats not the case with Seths customers. From my perspective, his clients are calm, and ready to take the next steps to repair their homes. That happens when a plumber takes the time to thoroughly investigate a problem, explain the issue, recommend a complete solution, and follows through with the repair.Seth does good work, and it shows in his clients.

Hans and Mike came out to replace my water heater so quickly! My attic is a struggle to work in because of the way that the air conditioning was installed several years ago, but they were totally up to the job. The old water heater was actually too large to even fit through the opening to the attic (how they got it up there originally, I have no idea) but they had it taken care of in no time. They were totally professional and wonderful to work with, Ill definitely be calling them back if I have any more plumbing needs!

My 50 gallon gas water heater went out on me. I left a message with a very nice lady and she said that someone would be in contact with me. I received a call within 15 minutes and sent up an appointment for the next day. Two very knowledgeable men came to our door and introduced themselves as employees of American Plumbing. They looked at the problem and explained what had to be done. I was given an estimated cost of the repairs and I agreed to it. They left for about an hour and returned with the new hot water heater and all the necessary parts. They did a fantastic job along with their courteous and the mindful of leaving our home as clean as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend the this company.

They did a great job for us. I highly recommend Complete Plumbing Solutions for the following reasons:They were responsive and came at an exact hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us their fee for doing the work. He broke down the cost for every imaginable plumbing item that he could encounter. I hate when I feel a plumber is pulling a number out of the air based on how much we can afford. The price for our work was a good price.Even though the job took much longer than he anticipated because of the mistakes of a past plumber he was still professional and fixed all of the previous errors. He thoroughly explained the problem to my wife and said that he would follow in a few days to see how the issue was resolved. Great experience.

I called American Plumbing after reading reviews online and seeing one that almost exactly fit my predicament with a gas hot water heater and how it was handled by employees Seth and Logan. Within a couple of hours that same day, Seth and Logan showed up at my house and diagnosed my problem - problems, I should say. They gave me my options to repair and also to replace and provided costs. Seth and Logan were courteous, respectful and answered all my questions as they were taking out my old heater and replacing with a new one as they worked - with me hovering and watching them perform their jobs. We had a leak in my daughters bedroom. Mr. Terry promptly came to my house and performed the leak test. His plumber Mr. Troy came within a few days to fix the problem. It took them a couple of days to take care of all of it. It was a tough job but Mr. Troy worked through it with a great attitude and dealt with me with utmost professionalism. Through all that at the end the supply line of a bathroom sink blew out and Mr. Troy got it fixed immediately. This was after them being at the job nonstop for 6 hours. I am very impressed at the service and a BIG thanks to Mr. Terry for taking care of me and doing right by me. Used this company once before when I had a small plumbing issue and was very satisfied. So when I needed a gas line tested for meter to be hooked up, I called them up as I had talked to them about this the last time and they did a good job on precious job. Scheduled an appointment and the day of, no call or show at time of appointment. So I called 20 minutes after appointment and was told he was running behind of first job. Ok, that happens. So an hour later still no show or call. Called them and said he was still behind, but they would call he back in a couple minutes with an estimated time. Still no call. So took off work and waiting for them to call and show and just have to wait. Tw and a half hours after scheduled appointment, called back and was told he was still backed up on first job , but would get a call by 12:30 when he could get there and if not they would send someone. That time cane and went. Patience tested and at 2:00 call and see what’s up. They say he’s still there and not coming today. They were like we can reschedule. Can’t do that as I would have to take off work again to do so and don’t want to wait all day. So after no calls and no show I just cancel appointment. Totally disappointed in this company and won’t use again.Update - After talking with the owner, he was able to do some leg work and help with information of what needed to be done. He ended up getting the gas line tested and no issues and took no time at all.

Very satisfied customer - Called Amer. Plumb. about a clogged toilet. Customer service called the day before to remind me & the plumber called the day of to say what time I could expect them. When the plumbers (Tristan and Troy) arrived, they told me up-front what they were going to try as a first step and the price. If that didnt work, they would discuss the next step and fees before proceeding. They had to work a while to solve the pbm but were successful so we (luckily) didnt have to take it to the next step. We called American Plumbing for some repairs after the extensive flooding in Baton Rouge. At the time, it was VERY difficult to find quality workmen who were honest and reliable. Among the many tradesmen who have visited our home for repairs over the last nine months, American Plumbing has stood out among the others as being the ONLY business that (1) came immediately after the first call to look at our work, (2) provided a prompt written estimate that was fair and complete, (3) completed the work ON TIME, (4) completed the work for the price originally agreed upon without trying to gouge us like many other tradesmen had done during our repairs, and (5) provided consistently high quality work throughout the job. Our work included installing several toilets (including installing a new flange in one bathroom), redoing the plumbing lines for a tub to shower conversion, rerouting some plumbing lines to move sinks, installing four sinks and related plumbing, installing a garbage disposal and dishwasher, replacing plumbing lines to the washing machine, repairing and replacing various faucets, and ensuring the sewer line was clear. This was a very involved job that required multiple days on site... for which they always arrived on time, with a call at the start of each day to confirm when they would arrive. In this time when so many tradesmen are taking advantage of customers and providing sloppy work, it was truly a Godsend to find a company that was fair and competent. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Plumbing.

We had an ongoing problem with our washing machine drain overflowing, even after snaking the drain line. I had made appointments with other plumbers that never showed up. Seth and his helper with American came by one afternoon and diagnosed the problem, made and appointment to fix it (it was a several hour job). They showed up on time, did what they said they needed to do and cleaned up after themselves. No more leaks! Good people, quality work and no hassles.
