Atkins gets an A++ in my book! Super friendly folks, on time and a job done right.Hired a previous electrician who quoted the job and then basically told me it couldn’t be done without additional equipment due to height. Atkins came over and effortlessly knocked the job out. Honestly, they made it look easy! Just shows that they’re professionals at what they do, and not a fly by night company.I couldn’t be happier with our new fixtures. Our air conditioning unit stopped working on Saturday. We called the company and they came out Monday morning and did a diagnostic. There wasn’t anything wrong with the unit, but we needed an Electrician. The unit was only getting 70 V of power. We called Atkins Electric and Kenny came over the next morning. He assessed what the issue was and repaired it on the spot. He was very prompt and professional. We will definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. ThankYou Atkins Electric

A neighbor recommended Kenny to us and I’m so glad that they did. We texted him on Saturday because we lost power to one side of our kitchen and despite our best efforts we couldn’t fix it ourselves. Kenny responded promptly and showed up within a few hours of us contacting him (most other companies said I had to wait until Monday). And he fixed the issue within minutes and charged us a very reasonable price. I’d absolutely call him again if I have any other electrical issues in the future and I’d certainly recommend him to others.

I purchased a stove from Lowe’s and they wouldn’t install it because our current range was “hard wired”. We found this out when they delivered our new range. I called a few companies asking for a quote and their availability. We decided to go with Mr Atkins because his prices were comparable and fair, he was able to fit us in to the schedule pretty quickly and he knew exactly what we were requesting and said he would bring the necessary equipment. He installed our range fairly quickly, tested it out and that was it! He is extremely courteous and efficient. I’ll definitely be calling on Atkins for my future electrical needs. Woke up to a plastic smell in my house and called Atkins, they were quick to respond and came out within an hour to assess the issue. Found it quickly (furnace) and recommended someone to help (heating and air issue, not electrical). He even called the owner of the business to see if someone could come out the same day. Very professional and nice. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Mr. Atkins came to fix our doorbell, he was 10 minutes early and completed the fix in less than 15 minutes. He was so nice and friendly and very professional. We liked the service so much we asked about replacing/fixing our exhaust fans! He quoted us $300 less than the other guy! Yes please:) We will continue to use him at our new home.

We needed electrical work done prior to selling our home, he gave us a very reasonable price for the work (two previous quotes for the same job from different companies came in a triple what Atkins Electric charged) and did a great job. To top it off, what I had asked him to do did not completely cover what the inspector needed done, Atkins Electric came back out the next day and fixed it free of charge.I will be using this company in the future and would 100% recommend them if anyone asks if I know an electrician I would trust to do a good job at a fair price.

We contacted Atkins Electric after our power had gone out. Kenny was awesome! He restored our power, checked EVERY single outlet, checked all our switches in the breaker box, checked our appliances to make sure they had power and explained why we’d lost power to begin with. Kenny was very thorough in his work. I highly recommend Atkins Electric to anyone looking for quality electrical that needs to be done.

Woke up to a strong electrical burning smell in our home. Texted Atkins Electric- got almost an immediate text back saying he could come over directly. Came out and didnt quit troubleshooting the problem until he found the our old AC unit that we dont use anymore had a transformer that had burned out. Cut power to the unit and made sure breaker was turned off. Excellent customer service, reasonable rate, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Yay for good electricians! Will be using this company again.

Amazing service! I had a very good experience with this electrician. I needed to install a ceiling fan in my bedroom and he was more than helpful and swift too! He put the fan together, installed it, and checked that it worked properly afterward. He also didn’t have any problem with taking off his shoes in the house and wearing a mask, so much respect for that! Overall, great customer service and if I ever need anything related to electricity, I will call on him!

He stayed several hours to fix it and would not accept additional payment because he felt he should have caught that problem the first time (even though it wasnt acting up then). This man literally saved our bacon.I called Kenny after hours after one of our GFCI outlets went kaput and I tried to repair it myself. I knew I was just a simple mistake or two away from having the solution but I was at my wits end so I gave him a call. Fast, efficient, reasonable! I tried getting in touch with 3 other electricians before contacting Atkins to install an electrical outlet: 1 didnt even show, the other 2 offered quotes that were ridiculously overpriced. I highly recommend Atkins Electric to anyone and plan to use them in the future for all of our electrical service needs.
