I called Mister Sparky prior to calling Mr. Electric to come to my home and provide an estimate. The service technician was very unprofessional and the quote was ridiculously high. Then I contacted an electrician from a neighborhood app and he wanted me to pay him in addition to purchasing the breakers, wire, etc. Fed up, I reached out to Mr. Electric and spoke with the owner. He assured me that his team could provide me with the needed electrical services at a reasonable rate and that they would price match Mr. Sparky. Today, Jarred installed a 20/30/50 amp subpanel. Jarred was beyond respectful and carried himself in a professional manner the entire time he was in my home and on my property. I received the onsite quote on Tuesday and on Friday in less than two hours the work was done. Before he left, Jarred attempted to clean up ( I told him I would do it) and explained everything to me regarding my new installation. After Jarred left, I received a call from a contractor to schedule repairing my drywall where Jarred performed the installation and caused a little damage. I didnt initially see the damage and I just cant say enough about a company willing to go above and beyond to take care of a customers home by going above and beyond to win and keep their business. I will utilize their services in the near future for an upcoming project for my new home build on Lake Sinclair. Price, quality of work, and excellent customer service are everything to me as a consumer! Im very pleased with the price and professional service that I received from Mr. Electric and highly recommend them to you.

Thanks to Alan for helping save a small business. 18-wheeler ripped down power pole near my business, and GA power needed someone out there to check my panels before they turned power back on. We were in a huge time crunch doing to possibly losing cold product. Thankfully, he was able to respond quickly and worked to make sure power was safely turned back on to the building.

Great experience! Had a couple things I wanted done to my new home to make it better for me. I saw a Mr. electric truck and call them for information. They sent out a technician Allen L. very fast and he walked through and talked to me about everything I wanted done. He gave me a quote on the spot and was ok for me to think it over that night. I went with them and did not regret my decision. Made an appointment, showed up, and talked to me before starting. They did a professional and great job and cleaned up after themselves. After contacting Mr. Electric and explaining my problem (lights were flickering in the whole house and I couldnt use large appliances) prior to setting up an appointment or sending a service rep they said to contact GA Power just in case the issue was on their side. Turns out there was an issue at the transformer that GA Power fixed. Mr Electric actually lost money on a service call since they never needed to even send anyone out to my house after their bit of advice. Its definitely a stand up team out there at Mr. Electric! Theyll be the first number I call next time too.

This is another time I called Mr. Electric, recently. They set up a speedy appointment, notified me when they were on the way, told me who to expect, and they showed up on time. From customer service to the repairmen, this is by far the best electric company I have ever used and seen. Alex, our technician, and his assistant, were on time, identified the issue with my outside lighting and pool electric circuit breaker immediately and proceeded to install new. The owner, John, came over that evening, diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, and said that they could begin working the following day. They were quick to get our power restored, and worked well with GA Power and the county inspector to make sure that everything was correctly turned back on. We are very appreciative of how quickly they came and got everything working again.

They were wonderful! The receptionist was very nice and was genuinely willing to help out even though they were very busy on the day we called. Unlike most businesses, the tech suggested we call the power company first. Thank goodness we did. We found that a squirrel chewed through wires and this caused our electrical problem. It was a simple fix for the power company and saved us so much money. When I called back, they were genuinely happy that it was repaired and that we were safe. Very nice people and a very upstanding company. They will have my business from this day on.

We have well water. Our wiring broke somewhere between the panel box and the well , underneath our house. Previous owners had done some shotty work before we purchased the home. Anyway, called Thursday and spoke to Christina, who said she could schedule someone to come out to quote and then do the job Monday or Tuesday. When she sensed my apprehension about going that long without water, she quickly said she could have someone do it Friday instead. I was so relieved! JC and Jay ran the line, they were friendly, professional, and had it done in no time. I felt so bad they had to go under the house, but they got the job done. Me and my kids are so very thankful for your fast response. My four year old was happy his toilet works again. Pricing was very nice too, about what I expected to pay. The only thing Ill recommend is if you call after hours and get the answering service, check back in the morning to make sure they got ur message.

I called this company for a diagnostic, they were supposed to call me and set up an appt, and never did. Called again, got appt set, they never showed up in the time frame they were supposed to. Called to confirm if they were still coming-lady over the phone was unprofessional. When Logan did show up 2 hours later, unannounced.. I let him in and he ended up being able to fix the problem on that same visit. It didn’t cost as much as we had expected it to and they also had military discount. Gave them a 4 because they didn’t respect the timing arrangements. Threw my whole afternoon off-wasted my time (on my birthday!) so just be mindful of unprofessional office ends and time slots are not accurate. Electrician was good though.

It was the day before Thanksgiving, late in the afternoon. While, other electrical companies were getting ready to close; and said they could make an appointment for the following Tuesday after the holiday, Mr. Electric of Augusta responded to my urgent call and delivered.My electrical power box for my residence was sizzing and all I could do was turn off the power. I was concerned about having a residential fire. The electrician repaired the power panel , making the necessary changes. He was courteous, prompt, and explained everything. He completed the job, with a good price, and all done the night before Thanksgiving!

So my lights kept flickering and 2 days ago shut completely down. Jefferson energy showed up saying they got an alert they needed to check my box. After looking in the box on the side of the house he saw the wires were fried and the box would need to be replaced. He gave me Mr. Electrics card. I called them and got no answer, not 5 minutes later a sweet woman whos name I wish I remembered help me set up service for the next day. I explained I have a daughter with heart conditions plus 3 dogs, I wasnt comfortable waiting. She made each step very easy. This morning Logan, John and Eligah showed up. From 9am until 5pm they worked non stop, the guys kept us informed of everything they were putting into my house and taking out of my house. They even stopped to explain things I didnt understand. They were smiling and laughing with us the whole day. I didnt feel like I had 3 strangers in my home but instead old friends. Those guys made a very stressful situation into a way better experience. Mr Electric exceeded my expectations in quality service. I have a sauna that required a 240v 40 amp circuit. In addition, I needed a standard outlet installed on the opposite end of the room. Adam, one of the licensed master electrician, gave me an estimate and time for completion. Considering estimates and timelines I had received from other companies, I was baffled as to how these two task could be completed in such a short time for the price. Like myself, Adams had military experience, which gave me an additional sense of confidence in his ability. Adam and Chris, who were both very professional, attentive, and efficient; completed the job in under an hour. Needless to say I am very happy with the results and would recommend Mr Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

They came out just a day after requesting service. They were extremely trust worthy, clean, thorough, kind, and helpful with tips on yearly maintenancing to help avoid major issues and to know when to call in the professionals (them, they will be our forever electricians) . I called Mr. Electric after just a few seconds of googling my repair needs and seeing the positive reviews. Sure enough, they sent a skilled electrician, Allen, just the next day! He arrived early and knocked out my repair in less than 45 mins (maybe less actually). I am thankful that Allen suggested an upgrade to my previous kitchen lighting, that was not only super affordable but more efficient, more cost effective and BRIGHTER. Jared and Elisha worked diligently on the panel replacement. Two delays occurred because the panel they brought did not have a main breaker and the wires coming in from the meter were too short to reach the new panel. Jared had to leave the job twice to get the needed materials. At the end of the job, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Both men were quite personable.

Mr. E. was able to send someone to my home within a few hours of calling (time wasnt critical to me as I didnt have an emergency). Within 20 minutes of their arrival, they had diagnosed and resolved the issue. They also went above and beyond and fixed an unrelated issue with a lightswitch (again, within minutes of looking at it).I would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric, John, and J.B. and will be using them again if need arises.

We had an issue with our house when we first bought it and called Mr. Electric to check it out. Instead of scaring us into spending money the tech was honest about exactly what we needed in the moment and what we would need in the future. When we started having issue with lights flickering I called them again. Instead of charging us for a tech to come out he told me over the phone to call GA Power because he figured it was on their end not mine. He was correct GA Power had to fix a neutral that was bad. I then had a breaker that was flipping off and they came out and took care of everything and explained exactly what was happening and how they fixed it. This is ahonest company and I appreciate how they took care of my issues and gave me piece of mind.

I had an outlet problem i couldnt fix myself. As there is a certain satisfaction in doing it yourself , after much wasted time, I had to give up on this one, as what seemed like a simple change of receptacle became a big headache. I called and spoke with a very outstanding representative, Alicia, who worked within my time-frame and made the appointment seamless(appointment within one hour) , easy and rapid. Lance came over from Dr. Electric was very nice, gracious (sorry, consider it an honorary doctorate from the satisfied customers). I told him it would be 25 minutes until I got there, but he was already working on the problem, and kindly said he would wait on me. When the work started, Lance also included me in on what he was doing. He was a Sherlock Holmes of electricians, pin-pointing all the problems I had had over the years, due to a double wired circuit breaker. There was some trouble shooting involved, in terms of identifying this miswiring, and he solved it all. Finally all outlets are working, and the annoying problem with the shorts on the upstairs bathroom and the inoperable outdoor outlets has been resolved. Also, thank you to John, whom I only spoke to briefly, but explained all the work is guaranteed. Thank you Lance and Mr. Electric!!!12/27/18Epilogue: A year later and tried once again to fix another electrical dilemma myself. The problem: a light that had 3 switches but only a magical combination of switches would turn the light on or off, the dreaded 4 way 3 way switch puzzle—I finally decided time was up to fix the light that would only go on when I reached the top of steps switch—and even then sometimes I’d have to walk over to the other switch. DIY, for me every wiring combo failed, so I called mr electric. Enter JB and JC, who fixed it, took some troubleshooting (so I don’t feel too bad) as a faulty 4 way switch I just bought and some complicated wiring were at fault. Ty JC and JB!

I cant say anything about the quality of work because none was actually attempted or completed. That being said, we got whiplash from the professionalism and courtesy that the owner exhibited while evaluating our homes electrical issue compared to the experience with his technician who followed up. By follow up I mean that he showed more than 24 hours late, scheduled for a 10 a.m. Saturday appointment he came by on Sunday afternoon while I was gone.His explanation to my wife was reportedly well Im here now. My wife, who was there for the full initial visit and was tracking all of the information about the issue including a new development tried to brief the technician who ignored her. He then proceeded to dust off the old chestnut of chauvinism and regurgitate the same information she had given him with an extra layer of condescension.He left, having accomplished no work other than being a pathetic relic of a bygone era. We still have the issue with our upstairs electrical, so thats cool.EDIT:Thank you for reaching out, and thank you for showing that technician the door. We look forward to seeing you. Being willing to take that step is in and of itself worth a five-star review.

I was outside working in the yard and had a lot of things plugged into our electrical plugs. All of a sudden we lost all power to our equipment. I checked the CGIs in the garage and they werent tripped, so i checked the circuit breaker and there were no tripped breakers. So i put out a post on facebook asking for a reputable electrician. My friends all agreed that it was Mr. Electric. So at around 4:15 today i called and left a message for Mr. Electric. Within 15 minutes he called me back!!! 15 minutes!!! on a sunday no less. He walked me through some very simple trouble shooting steps and got my electric back up and running!!! As a homeowner it means a lot to know that there are professionals out there that will assist you even if it doesnt benefit them. So, in the future, i wont have to ask for an electrician, I already know who to call. Thank you Mr. Electric.
