    Your team didn’t do a good job, they did a GREAT job. They are top of the line professionals. The generator itself is being set in place today. We are VERY please with the crew. (9/11). Today (9/12) the generator was set and connected to the home. The Mr. Sparky team at my home coordinated well with Dixie LP Gas to set and connect the propane tank and then Columbia County to perform the electrical inspection. Everything went smoothly and now I am ready for the next power outage. An overall GREAT job!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a whole-home generator.

    Being new residents to Georgia, we weren’t sure about what company to go with for our electrical needs. I am so glad we went with Mr. Sparky! We read the reviews and decided to take a shot. We were not disappointed. Mr Lawrence Kirksey represented his company very well. He called ahead to let us know when to expect him, introduced himself with a smile and explained everything that he’d be doing after the office scheduled us for service.     After the Hurricane Helene we had a property needing a new point of service. I had called several electricians and was getting the runaround. I called Mr. Sparky of Augusta and they sent Lawrence out in just a couple of hours. Lawrence was professional, courteous, explained what he needed to do and got it done FAST! I had such a great experience that I will never use another electrician again.

    Called inquiring service due to a faulty outlet. Mr. Joe came out replaced my outlet and educated me on my main panel. Very nice and polite. Will definitely be calling back. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. I was very satisfied with the work done.

    Joe did a great job and answered all my many questions! I had two ceiling lights including a chandelier that I wanted installed and connected to two existing switches that didn’t seem to control anything. Joe inspected the wiring, and explained why it wasn’t working the way I wanted it to, then he installed the lights and fixed the connections so I can control them with normal wall switches instead of being dependent on WiFi bulbs. Five stars for efficient and friendly service!

    Cant really say much. I had a problem with the electricity in my master bedroom. Stuart came out and noticed it had a loose wire, tightened it up, and that fixed the problem. I can say Stuart was early. When I scheduled the appointment the week b4, I was told the electrician would be there between 1 and 5. I was expecting to have to wait until then and really ruin my day off. Happily, I got a call around 10 a.m. saying Stuart was on his way. I drive a Tractor Trailer, am only home on weekends, and because it was a Saturday, the simple loose wire still cost me $129! Thats the only reason I only gave 4 stars. I didnt expect it to be free, but I also didnt expect $129 just to tighten a loose wire!

    I am already a big fan and long time customer of Duggan 1 hour. And when my roofer found an unexpected exposed wiring when removing plywood I knew exactly who I would call! Not only did they dispatch Stuart the same day, he was able to make all the repairs necessary while saving a drywall repair to boot before the day was over. Stuart worked extra hard but diligent to complete his work so the roofers could finish up one area of my porch today. Once again this company has exceeded expectations and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

    Mister Sparky and their technician Stuart St. John did an amazing job for us! My 96 year old Dads home received significant damage from a nearby lightening strike. We had contacted 2 other electricians before contacting Mr. Sparky. One ghosted us and the other was slow to respond. Mr. Sparky responded quickly and dispatched Stuart same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced 3 duplex outlets, 2 switches and 2 breakers. He inspected and tested everything. He explained in detail what was wrong and his proposed fix. The price was fair for the response and amount of work. I was very impressed and glad that my Dads home is repaired and safe! I definitely would recommend the Augusta, GA Mr. Sparky and their excellent Technician Stuart St. John!

    Lawrence was great fixed 8 outdoor outlets on an older home. 2 were easy (gfci trips) but the other 6 were wild. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for and at the end, all 8 outlets now work with a year of warranty. So all in all Im happy to get them fixed up.

    I was hearing a crackling sound at my Main Electrical Panel. I called Mister Sparky and they sent out Lawrence, our Technician, to diagnose the problem. It was quickly determined to be a Breaker, that had gone bad. Lawrence showed me what he found, answered my questions and was finished replacing the Breaker in about 30 minutes. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

    Mister Sparky responded immediately to my inquiry for a technician to come to my house and fix an issue in an out building on the property. Lawrence was the technician that that showed up. After listening to my explanation of the problem he went to work. It didn’t take him more than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. Another 30 minutes later he the job completed. It may not seem like a big deal but, I’ve been dealing with this issue since 2015 and already had two other companies come out and try to diagnose and fix the problem. They spent one day replacing my electric drop, all panels, installing ground rods, surge protection, wiring in a new service panel. Came back the second day to add two dedicated feeds for the kitchen and also to label the panel. Inspected their own work again, located and fixed a small problem. Even took care of a dangerous situation for me in my childs room. Ive dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and a lot of companies. Mister Sparky of Augusta is certainly one of the good ones. Also needed to use their HVAC side and that was a great experience too. Tech showed up in less than an hour, located the issues, fixed the issue, all in a very friendly and professional manner and in less than an hour.
