The light that I have in my back yard kept on going off and on. I put in a new bulb, it stayed on all the time and eventually went off for good. I Knew that I needed a good* electrical company to fix my problem. After reading the raving reviews about the electric repair company WATTS THE PROBLEM. I decided to call. I called and spoke to Jessie and immediately began telling me what the problem could be and when it could be fixed. The very next week I had an appointment a day during the week between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. Travis and Jacob arrived 3:28 pm. Jessie had already given me many options when we spoke. My backyard fixture was old so I decided on a new type of fixture. My backyard is now illuminated*. Jessie called me that same evening to find out how the light looked and told me to send him pictures when the light came on that evening. I am so pleased. Jessie, Travis and Jacob are all so professional. Jessie also told me if I have any problems with the light that they would come back and fix it. What did I Pay, I believe in fee for service so I feel what paid was fine. Linda Congers

Was trying to fill up an old pump house with dirt for a garden when we discovered the wires going to it were still live. I turned off the breaker but wanted to make sure everything was good. Called Watts and they scheduled me SAME DAY and were to my house within an hour. Travis and D came out, checked the pump house (it was still getting power), killed off the power to it, and even checked a couple other issues Id been having in the house. And it was all covered under the flat service fee. Really nice and knowledgeable technicians. Will definitely reach out to Watts again if were having any issues. Heres a photo of what they had to contend with, but I feel comfortable working back there again. Thanks!

I had been looking for a electrician that could tackle a pretty large chandelier in our foyer that has 18 ft ceilings. After numerous dead-ends, I stumbled across Jesse.His crew is exceptional, with such ease they installed a 10 ft fixture within hour and a half. They are efficient and Jesse is a true professional. He followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied the next day. Not to many contractors exude that type of professional anymore, once again Jesse thank you for the amazing service!

A Great company that does great work. Great work and great attention to detail was noticeable as they took extra time, and equipment to hide the wires and conduit. Great communication and even followed up after hours to ensure that it was working and up to Our expectations. Price was fair. Not the cheapest but when I have my family staying in my home, I don’t want the cheapest; I want the best and safest! You can’t go wrong with this company in my opinion.

Highly recommend and I’d choose to work with them again in the future.I wanted an inspection done of some wiring I installed myself, an install of a new switch, and a wiring change on some light controls. I called a few places and their prices were very competitive. They were able to schedule and finish the service call within a week, and were on time and great to work with. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that the existing and new dimmer switches matched exactly, and they cleaned up really well after they were done.

Jesse was recommended to us by Jeff Barrow of Budget Blinds. We had a number of switch and outlet reallocations and new switch and outlet installs. We also needed to have a number of lights replaced with new lights. We were in somewhat of a time crunch because a new kitchen cabinet that was being installed which needed a switch moved and a new outlet installed prior to installation.Jesse came in and gave us a very reasonable quote and “saved the day” for us. He personally came over right away and exchanged some lights and later his crew came, as well. He was open to us adding a couple more items to our initial request, also.They were all very pleasant and did a great job taking care of our “to-do” list in short order. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Chris and his crew came and helped us with a couple problem switches which were quick and easy. They also helped replace a chandelier outlet box that crumbled into a million pieces when I was trying to DIY the replacement. The outlet box I had worked on for about an hour and had no luck. Chris had removed the old supporting rod and replaced it with a new one in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional, I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ll start with this is hands down one of the best companies here in Augusta. When my family first moved here to Augusta. My father was needing some things to be fixed around the house he had just purchased including electrical work. For about the first three years of us living in Augusta he got the biggest run around with other companies, and fly by night electricians. These people were causing more problems than what they were fixing. Just by chance my father was talking with a friend about some of the issues he was dealing with at the house. This friend was a mutual friend with Chris. He gave my father Chris’s info, and well let’s just say that’s when the magic happened. My father contacted him, and with a surprisingly short response time Chris was out at the house fixing things. My father never looked back after that. He did outstanding work, quick to respond, respectful, and professional. My father was a particular man. He wasn’t always the easiest person to please. However, I’m guessing Chris has a spirit that would entertain my father’s . Chris worked on everything electrical at that house. He worked on thing inside and outside including his garages. Chris and his crew did everything from simple electrician work of adding, changing out, and moving switches to complete power restoration after the ice storms we’ve had here. Chris, and his company has been blessing to my family. He’s loyal, honest, genuine, outgoing, and has impeccable customer service. He did work for my father up until the day he passed away. It was more then just my father calling him up when he needed something done. Over 15 years that bond became strong. Chris ended up becoming family. My father thought of him like a son. Sometimes if he hadn’t seen him in a while he would go around the house and find electrical work for Chris to come over and work on. That way he could catch up with him. Chris was one of the few who showed up to his memorial. So, I absolutely hands down give Chris and his crew the highest rating I can give them. My opinion would never change. If I could give a 10 or 20 I would. He was reliable, loyal, and an honorable friend to my father that would do amazing work for him. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. YES, YES YES. In short… yes, I would recommend this company. I got three quotes for upgrading my electrical panel and increasing overall amperage of the house. Watts was the middle priced quote, but I felt most capable of completing the job to my expectations. The company I got the higher quote from, I had to remind them of things I was initially told by Watts when completing my quote, including that the main wire for my house needed to be upgrade to support 200 amps and that hard wired smoke detectors were now part of code. So, in short Watts had the expertise to know everything that needed to be completed. I also needed plumbing work and they put in touch with a company that also did an excellent job. I appreciate the comradery of the employees. They seem to truly enjoy working with each other. Everyone was very friendly and not only to me but my dogs (one of which was extra anxious regarding all the people that were over). In the end I am very happy about the work that was completed and confident that my house is in a much better state, electrical-wise.

AMAZING SERVICE! I ordered a new stove, only to find out the my setup was dated (using a conjunction box), and I would need to have an electrician install a wall outlet. This company is second to none! My elderly parents had some complicated issues with their indoor/outdoor lighting system that were installed during a renovation a few years back. Oh my goodness what a crew. Jesse, Josh and Statten did the work three other electricians could not do. We have an old houseboat that has had electrical problems since we purchased it. They are well insured, which was the problem with one of the first we looked into. They were willing, which was the problem with another, They were professional and the day they came out; I thought they were going to just have a look and see if they could work on a houseboat but they actually stayed and got the power back on. I am so happy with the service provided by Jesse. We purchased our brand new builder grade home four years ago and always had issues with the lights flickering off in the master bedroom. Even when we needed to plug in the iron or turn the vacuum on, the outlets in the master bedroom would always trip the breaker. I called Jesse and explained my issue over the phone. Immediately he told me he knew exactly what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone, sight unseen. We scheduled a date and time and unfortunately I had to cancel the day of due to personal scheduling issues. I texted Jesse and we agreed on a new day that fit my schedule. When Jesse did show up to fix the problem, it took him less than an hour! He went straight to work and charged us the price he quoted over the phone. Jesse’s professionalism and integrity are truly refreshing in this day and age. Trust me. We are a military family that moves around quite a bit and had our share of service businesses.
