My recent experience with Rob Zapatas Electric was fantastic. Jennifer scheduled the electricians, Johnathan and Thomas, to come to our home to change out some lighting fixtures and add new fixtures to rooms that didnt have a fixture at all (see island pendants and dining room). Jennifer and the electricians were professional, detailed and a pleasure to work with.

We have been very impressed and pleased with the quality work from the Zapta organization. We had Joe as our superintendent for a kitchen remodel and house add-on. They rewired our 1864 house and did electrical for the kitchen remodel and add-on. They were very efficient and professional. Joe exhibited excellent leadership and planning skills and he was very knowledgeable about his trade. We would highly recommend the Zapata’s group for all your electrical needs!

Zapata did a wonderful job wiring our house when we built a year ago. I overlooked a place I wanted an outlet and also needed two outside lights I overlooked. A team of three, including Joseph, the leader, did a neat, and thorough job of completing the 3 things we needed done. They worked hard and totally cleaned up after themselves. The cost was super reasonable and invoice easily paid online. I will call them for any further work we want done!!

Exceptional Service, they went above & beyond. Tree fell on service line, Joe H. and his crew responded quickly. Very friendly, explained in detail what the damage was. They worked efficiently and even called GA power to come restore the downed line. They stayed and helped GA power restore the line and made the process go probably an hour or two faster. Can’t recommend enough.

I had Joseph, Daniel and two more professionals come to my home to install wall lighting for a gallery wall. They had to add a switch as well for the wall. Joseph and the entire staff was professional and respectful of my home. They cleaned up thoroughly throughout their time at the house. I was prepared that there would be some damage to the wall however Joseph was able to complete the job with essentially no damage at all! He is beyond great and he takes pride in his work. He kept asking me if everything was the way I wanted throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am beyond happy with my wall. Vince and Skyler came out earlier today and provided me with amazing service. Previously, I had 3 other electricians visit my home and attempt to repair my outlets. Not one of them could figure out why my outlets werent working and they all tried to charge me an outrageous amount without ever diagnosing the problem. Vince and Skyler showed up on time, handled my initial requests swiftly and professionally, and fixed anything else that they saw wasnt up to code and/or could cause future issues. Vince even helped me install and customize my blinds!! And he did a great job!! I think he may have found his new calling. Seriously. He was that good. I would bring these guys back out in an instant. Any future electrical needs I have will definitely be taken care of by this company. They just gained a forever customer. Im truly grateful and will sing their praises to anyone that is willing to listen.

Fantastic electric company, customer service and electrician staff. Installed new breaker box for the generator we bought from Generac who partnered with the Zapata electric company. Also, electrician staff has installed a ceiling fan, closet lights, outlet boxes and outdoor lights and switches in my home. I highly recommend this company as they are very professional, well trained, courteous and on task with every job they do. Well done Zapata Electric!

As a retirement gift to myself I purchased a nice Hot Tub. I called and then went to see Rob and Jeremy to ask them all sorts of Customer questions on how best to have the Tub professionally electrically installed. Jeremy was nice enough to sit me down in the conference roof and explain all of my engineering options (and as a Customer....who is not too smart on electrical work....this was a blessing...I walked away much smarter about how the work could be accomplished). I provided Jeremy my budget for planning purposes and he worked within it. The Team that arrived at my home to complete the install were very professional and efficient. The install took a few hours, and the home was left in the same clean condition as when the team arrived. My highest professional recommendation for Rob and the Crew. Do your part as a good customer when you require additional electrical work to an existing home. Take pictures of the present areas, find a block of days you would like to have the work accomplished (have that area clear of obstructions), go see Jeremy for a consult.....then stand out of the way while the Crew works. I will use them again for future home improvements.

My day had gone from good to bad when I got home to discover that my power pole had fallen. I didnt know where to start by finding someone to repair/replace it, so I went to Google. Zapatas was my second call. Because it was after hours, I used one of the 911 contact nbrs listed on their v/m. I got Jeremy; explained to him what was going on & sent him pictures. He called me back with in moments to give me an estimate & time frame. In any case, his guys were out at about 8:20 the next morning, and the job Jeremy originally quoted to take about 5 hrs took about 3 1/2. A little too expensive for my liking, but I didnt really expect it to be cheap; figured Id have pay HUNDREDS, not THOUSANDS! But, their work was immaculate & their customer service was superb! Id recommend them any time; they took care of setting up the inspection & calling the power company to get my power back on. My ONLY complaint w/ Zapatas is that they refused to take one of my children as payment for services rendered; that kinda sucked. But if youre looking for QUALITY, CHEAP work, you probably wont get BOTH at the same time! Dealing with electrical situations, you want QUALITY above all else, & Zapatas is just that; they know the processes & are highly qualified to make sure you & your family are safe. Jeremy & your guys you sent out: thank you so much for such a pleasant experience during a very frustrating time for me & my children. You have another satisfied & hopefully NOT a repeat customer..lol. Id recommend you to anyone needing help & will definitely use you again if needed. He worked on the problem and discovered it was more in depth than he or I originally thought. He got it repaired quickly, professionally, and it was FIXED. Peace of mind is important and that is what Rob and his electricians gave us. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your electrical needs. The work was very fairly priced and we felt like we received a great value.
