Lite Electric did a free estimate which is uncommon with electricians. We had them do three small-ish projects at our house and they were in and out in no time. They charged us about 60% of the estimate we got from another company, so they were much less expensive and equally polite and professional. I highly recommend Lite Electric!

I cant say enough positive comments about these guys. Our business needed 3 calls on different items. So I was fortunate to meet a lot of the team including the owner, Richard. They were prompt, friendly, explains things, offer solutions, and fair billing. On one trip I mentioned that I thought the bill would be higher?. their reply, We dont gouge our customers.... Nice to hear. So if youre looking for a team you can count on...I highly recommend them.

Love this company!! They sent out help right away on a Friday evening for a small chandelier fire we had. They made us feel so safe. They came back to reinstall it after repairs and Josh and Blake went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to par and that our home and chandelier were safe. They educated me as well!! I have always had wonderful experiences with this company. So professional and knowledgeable!!! Thank you!!

I had a VERY positive experience with this company.The technician managed to fit me in before our appointment.The receptionist was not only helpful, but she has a sense of humor; shes not that kind of receptionist that automatically sounds like she regretted picking up the phone.They did not charge a dispatch fee.The electrician figured out my whole laundry list of electrical problems and did not try to invoice me for nickel and dime stuff. Just a flat labor fee and parts with nothing mysterious on the invoice.The technician never made me feel stupid, even though some of the fixes were easy; in fact he made me feel better by telling me that even electricians can miss something obvious, and that he would call for backup if that ever happened.The technician was fast fast fast. He was neat and clean in appearance and was just a really nice guy.The majority of their workforce are also firefighters and paramedics; these are our everyday heroes working another job to make ends meet. Firefighters and paramedics do NOT get paid well in this area.I dont need to find another electrician again. Thank you Lite Electric!

By far the most impressive company I have used in 12 years in the Augusta area! Came out quick both times I needed them, once to check a dishwasher connection and another time to replace some two pronged electrical outlets and fix a doorbell wire. AJ and Kyle are super nice people and showed up ON TIME! Sadly, these things just dont happen anymore. They did a fantastic job at a VERY reasonable price and cleaned up after themselves. I will forever use this company...Excellent! Thank you!

Fast, professional and honest. Getting an electrician was headache with my busy schedule, but these guys were quick to help me out and on time.The first electrician I had out told me I needed a ton extra work to complete a small job including a whole new breaker box which was quoted at $3300 for everything. The guys at Lite electric were honest with me and told me I didnt need all the extra work. They fixed what was broken and didnt try to con me into more work which saved me over $2000. Will use them again.

Outstanding service that went above and beyond my (high) expectations. We have used Lite Electric a few times now install bath fans, fix external flood lights, and other lighting issues in my living room. Most recently, they discovered I bought a bath fan that was too large to install as the fans space was right beneath a joist - and they were kind enough to wait for me to run to the store and swap out fans.Great advice, very reasonable pricing, and professional staff.

Asked to change a 3-speed remote control on a fan. They paid no attention on the type of remote and replaced it with a remote that had only one speed. They charged $85 for the labor. When they came to replace it with a 3-speed remote they charged another $85 for the second labor which took only 10 minutes. Their excuse was that I only asked them to replace the remote and did not mention what kind. At the end of the year, the Lite CFO mailed me a $85 check and a letter stating that they have gone over the books and found the extra charge was unnecessary. So I will change the rate from 1 star to 4 stars.

First time needing an electrician here in Augusta. Was really happy with my experience with Lite Electric. AJ was out the same day. Diagnosed the problem on day one but came back the next day too just to follow up and to double check everything was still good. Even offered to come when the HVAC guys were here fixing the root of our electrical problem just to make sure everyone was on the same page. Highly recommend Lite Electric. Thanks AJ.

The crew from Lite, including Chris and Dirk, coordinated a same day disconnect/reconnect with Georgia Power, consolidated multiple antiquated power panels, installed smoke detectors, and were in and out in a day for a fair price. Look no further than Lite for your electrical needs. A simple rule of business - when someone wants to spend money, make it easy for them to do so. Lite Electric wasted no time in assessing, quoting, and scheduling the job. When confronted with the unexpected challenges of an older home, they simply handled them. This was the kind of job that some would try to shortcut or even walk away from. Lite Electric exceeded expectations.
