Highly recommend MB&E for home improvement services! Their prices are reasonable & theyre willing to help you find ways to stay within a strict budget. Communication with Bailey is always prompt & professional and Matt does beautiful work---he was willing to come and finish work on a holiday when the project ended up falling behind due to circumstances beyond anyones control. He was courteous, pleasant to have in our home, and an efficient worker. We chose MB&E because our house is old & contains lead paint; MB&E are lead safe certified & all lead removal protocols were strictly observed. This will not be our last project with MB&E!

Feel very fortunate to have met Matt. He and his brother renovated my bathrooms and kitchen , replaced my front door and storm door. Matt created a front deck for my home, repaired leaking foundation in my garage and applied new siding to the back of my condo. As you can tell, I have been so happy with his work I keep asking him back every time I need something done. I am already on his schedule for next year to replace a window. Highly recommend this company. Great workmanship for a fair price!!!!

Both Matt and Bailey were amazing to work with! Bailey was very responsive to our inquiries related to finalizing the quote. And Matt does high-quality work. There was additional rot identified during our trim replacement and Matt was quick to provide a reasonable solution to fix and stay on track. On top of that, he created a drainage spot to keep water from building up in that same spot. He certainly takes pride in his work and is determined to do things right.

We are so happy with the renovation work MB&E did for us. The new room looks beautiful! From the moment I contacted them, Matt and Bailey were friendly, responsive, professional, competent, and thorough. They were communicative through the entire process. Matt was a real lifesaver. A vent cover came off up high on the side of the house leaving a hole to the attic. After talking to Bailey to set it up he came by after another job, went up the ladder and took care of it same day. I am going to be using them again. So easy to contact and set things up.

We had two bedroom windows replaced. During the replacement work, Matt found damage to the wall support panels and support beams. Both areas were rotted and infested with mold. Matt and his staff were very professional and did a fantastic job replacing the windows and the rotted support beams. Matt had previously replaced the steps to the front entrance. It was a pleasure to work with Matt, Jarron, and Bailey on our bathroom remodel and custom sliding doors for our laundry closet. The result is just what we hoped for. They are skilled, careful, well-organized, resourceful, and unfailingly courteous. The jobsite was kept clear and they offered helpful advice when we were stumped. Equally important to us, they were quick to respond to our messages at every stage of the project. All at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.Five bright stars!

We had an exterior door on the garage with a rotted sill and frame. Matt from MB&E replaced the door, frame, and sill and installed the new lock set. He also replaced our old cracked mailbox post and attached our new mailbox. Great work and at a very reasonable price. (Another company had given me a quote for almost 4 times as much, and that didn’t include the mailbox work!) I highly recommend MB&E.

MB&E did an excellent bathroom remodel at our house, We are more than satisfied. Matt and Bailey listened to and considered our ideas and gave us exactly what we asked for. They were polite, neat, friendly, flexible and respectful. Matt knows what hes doing and he figured out solutions to the building challenges in our bathroom. I highly recommend them for any building project.
