They were amazing. The job took longer than expected, but only bc they wanted to make it look perfect, and only after confering with us. They did not add to the original estimate. Regularly gave updates to progress, and were clearly very experienced. When we met them with a small concern of the work, they were very happy to follow up until we were satisfied. We did different colors for almost every room, and they were more than happy to oblige, with minimal extra cost (just to cover the extra supplies) . They are definitely my paint guys now

We are very thankful that we chose CW Hand and Brush and Roll, Inc. They completed our exterior painting, door refinishing’s and wood/stucco repair job. CW’s detailed itemized quote and professionally are what ultimately lead me to choose him. Once the work began, Jeremy and the rest of the crew always arrived early and worked the entire day. We were greatly pleased with their finished work and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work!

We were very pleased with not only the quality work that Brush and Roll did in our new office space, but also the professionalism throughout the quick project lifecycle. They responded to our request immediately and gave us a detailed estimate that we were all happy with. CW was very communicative throughout the project and flexible when we changed our minds on what needed to be done. In addition to the fresh coat(s) of paint, the team also repaired some damage on one of the interior doors. We will definitely do business with Brush and Roll again when we tackle the next phase of office space improvements!

CW and team did a fantastic job painting the interior of my house. They got the work scheduled quickly as I was on a tight timeframe, put up sample colors in multiple rooms to help me pin down my choices, dealt with a couple of last minute changes in direction with aplomb, took care of some extras I threw in no problem, and followed-up quickly to take care of a couple of minor issues I noticed after they left. The paint job looks awesome. Highly recommended.

Mr. Hand and his team did great work at a great value. He and his team were professional and easy to get along with, which is a big plus when you have people in your home for the duration of the project. He was extremely responsive to texts/calls when i had questions about the project. The job was completed quickly without a compromise to quality. I dont generally leave reviews, but in a day and age when its difficult to get a company to even come out for an estimate, i couldnt have asked for a better combination of responsiveness, professionalism, competence, quality, and value. Mr. Hands team painted all the interior walls of our new home prior to our move-in. They were by far the most prompt, responsive, and reasonably priced of the several companies we got quotes from. They did a beautiful job! In addition, they seem to have their act strongly together in the project management and billing departments. They started and completed each stage of the job exactly when they estimated they would. I was able to walk thru and inspect their work before making each of the three payments for this job. They bill thru an online app (Joist), which made it easy to track payment status and view the invoices. They kept me notified about their progress and about any tweaks to the timeline. They were polite and professional. I strongly recommend them, and will use them again myself if we ever need anything else painted.

We moved into a home over 100 years old and asked CW to come and paint it for us. We were floored at the quality of the work and how quickly they were able to finish the job. They were incredibly professional and continually texted us with updates. Also very affordable. They were up front about pricing from the beginning and came in just under the estimate we were quoted. I recommend anyone looking to hire professional painters give them a call. We already have 3 more projects lined up for the future.

Despite some staffing issues our whole interior house paint came out perfectly! I live in Savannah, GA, but I hired Brush & Roll to paint the interior of a small second home I had purchased in Augusta in 2020. They were recommended to me by a friend of a friend. They arranged to meet me exactly on time when I told them I would be in town to unlock the place for them. Owner C.W. scored points with me immediately by declaring that he would be willing to paint the entire place for the same price that I was expecting to pay just to have two rooms done. He and his crew got right to work and, except for a slight (unavoidable) delay, finished in time before I had to return to Savannah. C.W. also pointed out to me a couple of small details that he wanted to “fix” next time I was in Augusta, in order to feel like he had done a thorough job. They were minor things that I probably would not have noticed on my own. Once again, he went out of his way to meet me the next time I was in town and did indeed take care of those details. Brush & Roll was very thorough and I would use their services again.

I got an estimate from Brush and Roll to paint some outdoor areas. The price was fair and the workers did a great job. The owner (CW Hand) found one area he wasn’t satisfied with. It looked ok to me but I trusted his expertise. He had his painter come back and Mr Hand made sure it was up to his standards. I can’t think of many businesses that would follow up so well! A commitment this solid from a company these days is hard to find. I would use them again.

This was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had when hiring a company to do work at my home. the entire experience was seamless and so easy for me. the painting team showed up at 7:00 every morning for the duration of the project. they were all polite and respectful of my property, never leaving trash or cigarette butts around. c. w. was extremely professional and stayed in contact with me every step of the way with updates. he did exactly what he said he was going to do and the work was absolutely outstanding. and i will say that i’m pretty hard to please when it comes to work on my home. i’m very particular- quite a perfectionist. luckily for me, so is the team at brush & roll. my house looks the best it’s ever looked. i will definitely be using them again and referring everyone i know.
