    These guys make the impossible possible. We had a very challenging floor joists/beam repair project for them, and they put a lot of effort into fixing it. They did a great job. Do not hesitate, hire these guys. They are also very polite and approachable if you have any issues regarding financing your project. They can help you with that, too, and are willing to. Financing is significant if you have necessary repairs but have problems financing it. Great company!

    I can’t rate them highly enough! I have used them for years. Whether it’s a large job like a new roof, or small jobs like leaking faucets, I have found them to be very responsive, they do excellent work, they are friendly and honest, they do their utmost to get jobs done on time and to stay within the original estimate if it all possible. If there are unexpected costs, they let you know ahead of time and you can decide for yourself. I highly recommend Janson Construction!

    We had a leak in our roof so I called Jansons and Wayne came to check it out. After his inspection he determined that we had lots of hail damage and recommended we replace the whole roof. He helped me file the claim and even when my insurance pushed back , he dealt with them on my behalf to get the whole thing covered. They were quick and professional and we could not be happier. Even through Hurricane Helene our roof wasn’t missing any shingles and held up great! Can’t recommend them enough!

    We had our bathroom floor repaired. It was initially a 2-3 day project. The estimate process was fast, Jay was nice and friendly. Once the work started it turned out to be more extensive that we expected so it took longer but these things are to be expected when you are doing home projects. The crew kept me informed of the changes in the repair in my home and on the financial side. Nate and his team were always prompt in arriving and getting to work. The team always treated my home with respect. They were cleaning up the space and putting tools away before leaving each day. The price was very comparable to others when we were getting estimates. Overall I was impressed, we will definitely use them in the future for other projects that we are wanting to get completed. I would highly recommend this company.

    I had 3 shingles blow off my roof during the Tropical Storm. Called Janson last Friday and they sent out 2 guys to complete the work on Monday. Took about an hour to get everything repaired. The roofers were very friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

    Janson Construction converted our screened in porch to a sunroom and built a deck for us. They also had to do some roof repair to the existing structure. The sunroom is fully insulated, and has electrical and HVAC. They also built sliding barn doors to access the sunroom from the main part of the house. The deck is beautifully detailed with 6X6 posts and wide stairs. They were honest, reliable, and created exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them.

    Janson has completed numerous projects for me and I keep coming back because of the integrity and professionalism of their entire team.Projects included:-Complete home remodel on one of my rental homes.-Carpentry, masonry, painting, roofing, fencing, window and foundation work on my personal home.Jay, Nate and Kam were diligent on each project and gave me numerous options for me to decide the best value for what I was wanting.     When we bought our home we called Janson Construction to come out and look at an issue the inspector found In our downstairs bathroom. Jay came out to our future home, gave us an estimate for the work to be done and we told him after we closed on our new home that he would be the one doing the work. The toilets had a leak and the sub flooring needed to be replaced along with a seal for the toilet. Once we closed on our home, we scheduled Janson to come do the repairs. We decided that we wanted to upgrade to Ubatuba granite flooring to match our countertops. They accommodated the request and even picked up the granite flooring for us from Merit flooring in Augusta; which was one thing less for us to do. We had the flooring installed however we ended up having an issue with the flooring. It started to move or pop I guess you could say. I messaged Jay about the issue and told him what was going on with the flooring that his company installed. He told me he would have Nate call to set up a time to come look at the issue. Nate called to set up a time and came to address the problem. Nate told me that they would have to come out and replace the flooring since something about the schluter systems was not done correctly. They came back out to our home completely FREE to fix this problem. Materials labor and all! THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! This means so much to me as a homeowner because no matter what, they stood behind their work! That could have cost us a lot of money to have another company fix. Most companies now days try to find a way out per say, Janson Construction did not do that they took care of us! Thank you Janson Construction for doing us right. I recommend this company and will definitely call them when we need future work done.
